I've never seen Mongolian beef with no white onions in it...It had a little spring of green onion...So I ordered a small side of broccoli...Six dollars! And the beef tasted okay but I wasn't sure how fresh it was because it had a strange taste...Up charge for brown rice...Plus 3.50 for a tea! The owner just continued watching football the whole time as no one was in the place... Way overpriced for food with little to no vegetables... Eh. Go elsewhere

Went with a group of friends and had excellent service and the atmosphere was inviting! I ordered a glass of Plum wine and Moo Shu Chicken. Huge portions and very tasty. Huge chunks of chicken!!

Four of us dined there and it was a very pleasant experience. Two diners had special food needs (one vegan and one vegetarian) and the servers were very knowledgeable and attuned to that. (So many restaurants/servers don't know what's in what). I ordered the tofu pad thai and it was good but not great. It was a little too sweet and bland and could've had more sprouts. the fried tofu that came with all of our dishes was spectacular, though. excellent service, nice and clean, and the cleanest restaurant bathroom I've ever been in in my life.

It's been a while, and my review of this WONDERFUL choice for an UYE is QUITE overdue, but I want to be sure to leave no room for doubt that this was/is a GREAT place to dine casually on some of the best Chinese food I've had here in Ohioooooooooo in a WHILE, and worth the nearly 1hr drive!! We were a larger sized group, and our server gave us plenty of time to check out the menu. I'm happy I checked it out a bit online in advance, because there are TONS of great choices, many of which I just can't find in the Springfield/Dayton area. I ordered the spicy chicken dumplings, which weren't all that spicy, but still quite tasty. Next time, I might go for something more adventurous, possibly from their extensive sushi/sashimi menu. My Szechuan Eggplant entree (which is IMPOSSIBLE to find here in Springfield...) was AMAZING, perfectly seasoned and I had to FORCE myself the leave leftovers for the next day!! I ordered another favorite to go, cold sesame noodles, which provided several wonderful meals for me later in the week. GREAT service, reasonable prices, TONS of delicious choices, ESP. if you're gluten free (!!!) and although it was a "bit" far for me, I'm already planning a return visit, next time I'm in the area!! Thanks for including me, MG, and though not the "happiest" of occasions, Panda House is a GREAT choice to meet up with old and new friends!!

We came for dinner last night and it was a first. Our server handled our group like a pro and even repeated orders to make sure he got them correct. The Mai Tai's are very tasty and come with umbrellas as they should. We handed them down to the young kids at the end of the table. The multi-page menu has so many selections that sound good and it really is hard to choose. I started with the Avocado Rolls (2) that reminded me of the ones that The Cheesecake Factory serve, but I liked these better. My entree was the Coconut Chicken with brown rice. You may also choose shrimp vs. chicken. It was delightfully delicious. I love coconut and appreciated the coconut flavor. Boyfriend had a bite and didn't think it was strong at all. I would definitely get this dish again. I also want to try the Malaysian Noodles, and the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. A great restaurant and close to home!

It was Mother's Day yesterday so my husband made a reservation for 6. We have gone here before but thought we would t get anything available so was pleasantly surprised they had some openings. Our waitress, Teagan (sorry about spelling) was sooo amazingly sweet. She had so much energy and was so upbeat. We ordered our food and got some spring rolls for appetizers. My husband and mom are vegetarians so lots of veggie options. My husband got mat pi tofu and mom got Szechuan eggplant. My dad got their cheesecake and shared with all of us. My daughters got chicken pad thai and vegetables and brown sauce. I got broccoli and chestnuts with chicken. I was going to get the option for shrimp but it would be in the white sauce and I preferred the brown rice. Wish they had an option for shrimp and use the brown rice. Anyways all in all the food was amazing but my daughter said pad thai was just ok. I would definetely come here again. Teagan was awesome and kept he king on us. I am pretty picky when it comes to food but I would definetely Come here again. Also brought food home since the servings were alot. Wish I got more rice though.

After a late game We wanted something nice and hot, this restaurant was beyond our expectation. Very beautiful decorations, the hot and sour soup was slightly different from usual: it has no soy sauce, But We all liked the taste. Definitely will order again. The green beans we're so tasteful, mild spicy actually not spicy at all, My son, who doesn't eat hot food, ate quite a bit. The shrimps we're crispy and fresh. The other dishes were great too. Also the prices were decent, for all these less than $70 before tip! Will visit again when in town.

I walked in, I was standing at the hosted stand, waited for literally 5 minutes, I almost turn around and walk out, how do you let a customer standing at the front for 5 minutes? Since it was my first time, I'm not sure do I seat myself or someone will come up and help me seated. I saw 1 waitress working, she was pouring drinks for a table of 8-10 people, for a bit, i seriously thought she's the only one working at the front. Finally, another waitress came out from the back. I seated, already not happy with the service for a first time customer. The other waitress came, asked me what I like to drink. I looked over the menu, and read some the options, seem like the popular dish is the $12.99 lunch bowl, waitress came back, no drink. Asked me ready? Help yourself. Huh? I'm like no I'm not ready, where is my drink? I seriously wanted to walk out. I'm like okay, give it a chance. She came back with my drink, asked me again, I told her, I never been here, how is this work? She said you can take the $12.99 lunch special, or you can do the special combo, which includes drink, appetizer and I think the California roll for $19.99. I told her just do the $12.99, and she told me take this empty bowl and go get my own food, they cook it for you. I'm still very confused, they give you a card, write down your name and your table number. So I'm thinking maybe I take the card with me, I took whatever I like to eat, and leave the card with my bowl for the cook. After few minutes, I was t really sure, do I go get the food myself or the server going to bring the food to me? Very confusing, I read the other Yelppies wrote the server is very helpful to her, but I gotta say, not at all during my visit. Food is okay, nothing so special except is cheap, $12.99 lunch special Very bad experience for sure You all can go tried, you maybe like it, but don't expect anyone will help you

I love that they have brown rice as an option for the base! The chicken and veggies in my bowl were cooked nicely and were abundant! The brown rice was a little greasy but the meat and veg were not. I got the Hibachi sauce and it was tasty! We also ordered one order of steamed gyoza and one order of fried gyoza. The fried ones were deep fried which was a surprise because the picture on the menu looked as though they were pan fried. I really enjoyed the steamed one! We will definitely order again! They have a huge menu and I'm excited to add some sushi to our next round!

From the parking lot, The Blue Sushi does not look like much, but once you step inside, the décor is refined and elegant. We ended up ordering the Crispy Tuna roll, the Angry Lobster roll, the American Dream roll, and a steak Hibachi. The Hibachi comes with a side of salad and fried rice and was delicious. Now my life has changed, and I can take advantage of lunch at these places. Completely empty at noon on a weekday, a little disturbing. But, better than not being able to get in. Classy inside, nice seating options, quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent service throughout. Large sushi menu, plus hot entrees, many apps, etc. A lot I wanted to try. But I had to start with the crab Rangoon tarts. Never seen it this way. Three fairly small tartlets, nice crust, with a dollop of "Rangoon" filling. Could have used more in each tart, but tasty enough. The sauce is a little zippier than most for crab Rangoon. Good, different, not amazing. And that pretty much describes the rest of the meal. Were my expectations too high? Nothing was bad, everything was pretty good, but not amazing. I had the Red Scorpion roll next. Mid-sized, a nice roll of kani, tuna, avocado, and more, topped with several sauces. Barely fit each piece in my mouth. Tasty, but again not amazing. Not what I expected from a place like this with reviews this high. A little heat, far from the spicy suggested by the name and reviews. Also had unagi and toro nigiri. Again, good, not great. Neither was as tender as I'd hoped, though decent all in all. Flavors were good on the unagi, and the toro was somewhat buttery/creamy but not on par with others I've had. Hmph. Cost was not bad, considering the decor of the place and that it's sushi. I left full but not overstuffed. I'd come back, maybe for a date night. But it's not incredible, and I guess I fell for the buzz.

Often the conveyor belt would come through with no choices available it almost felt like winning the lottery when there was food available from the belt. Compared to Hokkaido this is night and day. Kind of like the difference between a Holiday Inn and a Marriott Marriott. Both our hotels, but the experience is very different between the two. Also, I prefer Hokkaido because it is truly in all you can eat not because I want to eat a ton of food. It just is that I don't have to be conscious about the number of plates. I'd take from the conveyor belt. Also, there are more options besides sushi. The sushi itself was mid grade at best. I wouldn't call it good but it wasn't bad. I think this place caters is more towards families with children who are there more for the experience and not necessarily for a decent meal?

The place was clean, but the service lacked a little. You can grab the sushi from the conveyer belt or order other dishes from the menu like ramen. As per the conveyer belt sushi, there's a variety sushi on small plates that comes around automatically on the conveyer belt. If you see something that you like, you just pick it up. The plates are very small, and you are charged per small plate. I believe the plates are about $4 each. Before you know it, you can easily grab 6 to 8 plates. The sushi's were all just ok. Nothing that will make me want to go back. I would recommend this place if you have never experienced conveyer belt sushi and you are just going for the experience. However, I do not recommend this place if you are going for the food.

Given that it's technically in a strip mall, my expectations weren't very high but I was quickly transported and impressed. I've been to quite a few Omakase dinners that left more to be desired and this was not the case here. The dinner here was on par with some I've had in NYC. We opted to add on the premium course which I would recommend highly. The wagyu was absolutely incredible. The courses were timed well and I felt extremely satisfied. One thing to note is that they do not sell wine by the glass. You'll want to order a bottle or do the pairing. We did not do the pairing since my husband had to drive, but coming back I would definitely add that. For the premium omakase, a bottle of wine, and one additional piece of nigiri each, our dinner for two ran around $440 before tip.
