Staff: They had really good service here. Everyone was friendly and checked on us regularly. Quality/Quantity: We found the food to be delicious. This night we got to try a lot of different items. We had the chicken phad Thai, garlic chicken, orange chicken, chicken lettuce wrap, crab fried rice, and spring rolls. Everything was really tasty. Portion sizes were fair. Value: I don't know as our beloved aunt treated us to dinner. Overall: We were really impressed with the service, food, and ambiance. This is a spot I really liked and would visit again.

Food was good ambiance was really cool but it did take a while to get our food so I'd take off a star for that. I didn't think it was too busy during lunch but I can't complain about much else.

Very good ambience. Decent food. I don't think the food was that fresh really. I definitely loved the Khai Krapow Gai. Mango and coconut sticky rice was absolutely good. However the spring rolls were bad and lack salt. Also it was not fresh - pretty much heated and served. Mixed reviews of food but atmosphere here was really good.

Not so crispy but salty chicken and soggy

As a Thai food fanatic, I walked in ready for a food adventure but left feeling like I'd been tricked with the ol' bait-and-switch. The Phad Kee Mao? Surprisingly decent. Let's call it the "least disappointing," which sadly made it the highlight. Now, the Crispy Garlic Chicken, think "crispy" in an ironic sense. It was soggy and salty enough to raise my blood pressure just by looking at it. Then came the Beef Salad, where the beef put up a serious fight.....chewy like it was training for the next Rocky movie. The Green Curry was bland enough to make me question what I was eating, and the Massaman Curry was like watered-down soup. I'm not sure who thought it should be so thin, but they need to revisit the definition of "curry." Now, let's talk about service. I would, if there had been any. We practically got the silent treatment until the bill arrived, which conveniently had an extra dish we didn't order. After watching a whole relay of staff members consult each other like we were solving a mystery, they finally removed it. Not exactly a Michelin moment. Thai Ginger, I wanted to love you, but I think we need to see other restaurants.

Didn't think the food would be filling but it was. Got spice level 3 and it was too spicy on the pad see ew but it was still good. The pad thai was my fav. I think it was $20/dish, I forgot but quite expensive? Service was amazing. 3-4 different people kept checking up on me quite often which was nice because I needed sm water for the spice lol. Would get again but maybe not the pad see ew because it lacked some flavor.

Food always consistently great with bursting flavors, fresh ingredients & hearty portions. Service is friendly & warm. Ambiance is authentic with smart interior decorations. Miss these guys at the Mariners Games. Come back to the stadium!

We had a great lunch on a Sunday afternoon here! They were able to get our group of 7 in right away without a wait. The Cashew Nut with chicken was delicious. ($17) White rice was extra ($2) And a Thai iced tea to complete the meal ($5) With tip and tax lunch came out to just over $31 which is bit more than I'd like to spend. But our waitress was very prompt and sweet. The interior decor was cool - we got to sit right under a big archway/roof. Plenty of parking nearby in free parking lots of parking garages. The restaurant is located on the 2nd level of the outdoor town center.

Ambience - 5/5 Food - 3.5/5 Usual Thai food that you'd find in any Thai place. Nothing out of the ordinary. The service was pretty quick. Might be difficult to find this place as it is inside the Redmond town center mall. The place usually gets pretty busy and it's good to get a reservation for party of larger count. The quantity is just right and the spice level is perfect for me. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Overall worth a shot but not something I would go back again for

If you're in the mood for some Thai food at Redmond town center, then Thai Ginger is definitely worth a visit. I got the basil fried rice with chicken with spice level 2 and it was delicious (spice level was also good for me and what I was expecting). Not to mention, the portion sizes were more than fair for the price. Though the overall experience was good, it was nothing out of this world. Nevertheless, Thai Ginger deserves a solid 4/5 stars for its good service, tasty food, and enjoyable ambiance.

Thai Ginger is A-OK. If you're wanting Thai food and are walking around Redmond Town Center then this is the place for it because it's the only place for Thai food in the shopping center. So, you're bound to check it out when in the area because who doesn't love Thai food, right? I box nearby, so my boxing buddies and I decided to check out Thai Ginger for dinner on a Friday night since we all love Thai food. Located on the upper level of Redmond Town Center, it's spacious enough with plenty of seating for large groups. Service was slow though. The menu had a lot to choose from, with many veggie options and they even had a vegan and low carb menu, which is great for anyone with dietary restrictions. As for drinks, they had a wine and beer list, as well as some juices and of course, Thai coffee and Thai tea. I ordered the wok fried seafood, which came in a yellow curry and we had a large bowl of brown rice to share for the six of us. When asked how many stars out of four for my dish, I ordered three, which was spicy enough! I liked that my dish came with an abundance of seafood: squid, scallops, shrimp and crab since I love seafood, and the portion was large enough that I was set for lunch the next day. Was it outstanding? Well, no. It was alright. Nothing special, but for my Thai fix, this isn't a bad place for it at the Redmond Town Center. It cost over $20, so it's pretty spendy, especially compared to other Thai restaurants on the eastside. But hey, it'll do for the Redmond Town Center.

I've been to this chain before, and this was my first visit to this location. The food was very good. Got the phad Thai with shrimp. My friend ordered the yellow curry with chicken. We shared a bowl of white rice. The portions were just right. The food was fresh, hot and of a good quality. My friend said he really enjoyed his food. Mine was also quite tasty. Service was lacking but am aware that there is a shortage of staff in the industry. No one was at the host stand, and a waitress waved us over to a table. She didn't greet us and seemed put out when presented with a gift certificate given to me by the owner. Drinks weren't refilled. There were just two ladies working the floor, and we were checked on once by them. They were busy with a half filled dining room and the phone kept ringing with to go orders. Saw several guests standing at the front door over and over, waiting for a table. Hope they get more FOH soon.

Great place when you're craving Hainanese Chicken…read more I had the combo chicken rice, which comes with your lighter Hainanese chicken and fried chicken. The Hainanese chicken was so tender and almost pure. It had depth and complemented the chicken fat infused rice. It's a nice balance and you can dip sauce into it if you like more intense flavors. I also liked the fried chicken because it had more texture to a tender dish and I found it nice to go back and forth. We also tried the noodles and it was decent and had a slow burn (spicy) to it but i like the rice dishes the best. The combo chicken was more than enough food for me - I left very full. Ambiance is casual. We arrived on Friday around 6:45pm, and joined a waitlist of 9 for 2 ppl. We waited about 25 minutes for a table. You sit down, order via QR code, and food comes out! Service was decent - nice and friendly and attentive - it's not a place where they'll wait on you regularly but it's also not that kind of setting. Parking is either on the street or in the H Mart complex parking lot. All in all - great eatery

Also, I noticed their floor were extremely greasy and slippery. They put down black rugs in main walkways , but on the way to the restroom was without and I almost slip and fell. They really need a deep clean to their floor, or someone might fall for real.

My favorite dishes are the PHAD SEE EIW with chicken ($16.25) and the THAI GRILLED BEEF SALAD (cooked medium) ($20.50). The PHAD SEE EIW has the perfect sauce balance of sweet and savory flavors and comes with broccoli and carrot. The noodles are super long and wide so you know they are fresh and not from the box. The THAI GRILLED BEEF SALAD definitely has a kick to it. This dish comes with raw cucumbers, carrots, onions, and basil and is served in a tangy and umami fish sauce vinegar mix. The beef is extremely tasty, tender, and well-marinated. This past visit, my friends and I also tried two new dishes that I've never had at Isarn before- their CHIANG MAI NOODLES (aka Khao Soi) ($17.25) and the MINCED LAMB WITH THAI BASIL ($16.50). The CHIANG MAI NOODLES were beautifully presented with a nest of crunchy egg noodles on top of a creamy yellow curry with soft egg noodles underneath. It was served with pickled mustard cabbage and onions for extra punch of flavor. The MINCED LAMB WITH THAI BASIL reminded me of Vietnamese larb. However, this dish was more savory and less tangy than larb and the basil really shined through. It is quite oily though so make sure to enjoy it with a side of JASMINE RICE ($2.75). Portions are generous for all dishes and I always leave with leftovers. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and trendy. It's a great place for catching up with friends and not too loud. I will say the restaurant is a bit on the darker side, but that's just how they set the ambiance. Service was good and we got our food promptly within 15-20 minutes after ordering. It took a bit of time to waive the waiter down for to-go boxes, but they were attentive otherwise. Note that Isarn doesn't take reservations and it's street parking only. Luckily, we just got the next one available, but felt like a needlessly stressful experience. Jumbo Firecracker Prawns (4.25/5): Spring rolls and shrimp had a baby. Crunchy outside with tender shrimp and sweet chili sauce - a perfect appetizer to share. Isarn Fried Rice (4.25/5): A fried rice unlike any other. Was my personal favorite dish of the night. The rice kernels were separated into individual grains and coated in grease in the best way possible. I'm a kale hater, but the combination with salted eggs and the purposefully chewy fried steak pieces was just super delicious! Northern Style Sweet Curry (3.75/5): The curry itself is fantastic: super balanced between savory, fragrant, and sweet. The steak chunks unfortunately were just a bit overcooked and chewy. Durian Sticky Rice (4.25/5): Sticky rice has a super satisfying chew and I appreciated that the sauce wasn't overly sweet. Durian itself was sweet and creamy with just a touch funk. If you've never had durian before, this is a fantastic intro.

The fact that these were also coated in oil was pretty nice. On the inside, I thought the prawns were cooked well - they remained pretty soft and didn't appear overcooked I did feel like the spice was pretty much missing, though. I ordered 4/5 stars, but it tasted more like 1/5 stars as there was a pretty significant lack of spice that took away from a lot of the flavor potential. Speaking of the missing flavor, there should've been a lot more sauce added to this dish - either poured on top of the prawns or the prawns come sitting in it. The benefit of this is that it you can mix everything with the rice - and this sauce coats the rice to make it taste good. The way it's currently presented, the prawns are too large to really eat with the rice, and mixing the two will just result in eating the meat and taking another bite of plain rice because there isn't enough sauce to coat the rice. This dish just ended up being eating the prawns by themselves - the rice wasn't super useful As a result, after finishing I really wasn't that full For the price (around 20 ish) there are a good amount of prawns, but I wouldn't really say you're getting a good deal here
