Lunch after a mall stroll--and what a great choice it was! We started with a Bird Pepper Margarita that hit the perfect sweet-and-spicy balance. The veggie spring rolls were fresh, hot, and perfectly crispy--clearly made to order. For mains, we had the tofu Khao Soi, which was absolutely packed with flavor, and the curried pineapple fried rice, which hit all the right notes--fragrant, savory, and just the right hint of sweetness. Service was a highlight: we changed our order from Pad Thai to Khao Soi about 10 minutes in, and they were super accommodating and kind about it. The staff checked in on us just enough, and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. The classy decor added to the experience. Highly recommend--every dish was a hit, and the service made it even better!

Snow Angel with lychee

The drinks were beautiful and tasty. Got the snap dragon mocktail and snow angel mocktail. The snap dragon is a little sour but refreshing. The snow angel is sweeter. Pumpkin curry is flavorful, but it doesn't come with rice. You'll need to order it on the side. It only comes in medium spicy but it is still less spicy than hot Cheetos. Pad Thai was sweet and delicious. Also got it in medium, and it was less spicy than a hot Cheetos. Chicken satay sauce was amazing. The cucumber side was refreshing and not sour. Careful of the turmeric it will get on your hands from touching the stick. I forgot the name of this entree, but it has crispy pork belly. The rice has a nice flavoring The decor was very clean and they seemed to keep fresh flowers Service was friendly and attentive. They checked in on the tables frequently, giving advice on how to enjoy some of the dishes and checked if the drinks were too sweet. They offered to add more soda to help if the drinks were too sweet. Incredible service! They have two entrances. One from the Main Street, you will climb some stairs. The other is connected to the mall and the parking garage, it's on the third floor.

Drunken Noodles

We had a bit of trouble finding this spot. It's on the 2nd floor, but make sure to cross the "bridge" out toward the parking lot. Drunken noodles with chicken were tasty and flavorful. Everything came together nicely, though the large veggie pieces (especially the basil) could've been chopped smaller for better balance. Pineapple fried rice was just okay, great for anyone who prefers mild flavors. You get a subtle curry note and a hint of pineapple in the background. Service was super quick and the spot itself is nicely tucked away. Cute and casual, great for dining any time of day.Is just me or everyone seemed to know each other here?

Pad Thai with fried tofu

Overall average pad Thai. Not the best, I felt the noodles were overdone. The waitress seemed to be in a rush even though there wasn't really many customers at 2 pm. My advice is to take your time listening to the order because she did mess up with my order. Overall decent place. Clean and ambiance is relaxing.

Ambiance : 10/10 Service : 10/10 Food : 9/10 Found this Thai place in Bellevue. Quickly got seated; there was no wait time. Ambiance is great. Very spacious and nice decor. Service is excellent. Our server always comes by our table and see if everything was okay. Of course, there will always be drinks. Got us both mock-tails! One was snap dragon which was tangy and light sour. It was good. Second was sweet sunshine which it tasted like a sweet candy. Both drinks are flavorful and definitely recommend if you looking for non alcohol drinks. Food was delicious but there was one dish that was a little too spicy for me but it was good. Pad Thai and pad see ew are both my favorite dish when it comes to eating Thai food. It was delicious. Overall, this is a place where you can go after a long mall walk. Recommend place if you are looking for some good Thai food!!

Traditional Phad Thai (GF)

We came in for lunch and thought it was fantastic. We were seated right away, they use QR codes for the menus. Service was quick and friendly. We got the traditional pad Thai and yellow curry - both great. The pad Thai noodles were cooked perfectly and had really good flavor. Wasn't too busy but still a decent amount of people there. Will definitely come back to try some of their other dishes.

Panang duck curry

One of the best Thai food places! We started off with the crab wontons, and they were the best I've ever had! They added pepper, or some thing, that just made them out of this world. I also had the duck curry which was delicious and service was great. Large dinning area with beautiful seating and a good location in Bellevue mall by the parking garage

I met a colleague for lunch here and surprisingly Thai food was delicious. It's located between Crate & Barrel and Nordstrom on the second floor of Bellevue Square. We've ordered pad thai and a shrimp dish with brown rice. Pad Thai seasoning was flavorful & noodles cooked just right. Shrimp dish had tons of flavor & fresh shrimps. I've ordered 2 Star & a bit spicy - make sure to spice down. Friendly staff who are very attentive. Ambience is pretty, lighting is great with big windows. If you're shopping at Bell Sq & need to grab delicious Thai cuisine, stop by for A delicious treat. Bon appetite!

Drunken Noodles, pad Traditional Phad Thai (GF)

We ordered drunken noodle with fried tofu and pad Thai with chicken and they were both good but too greasy. Too much oil added to the noodles but other than that the sauce and taste were great.

Bangkok Chicken

Its been a while since my first visit here so i decided on a Saturday night to take the husband here to give it a try. We ordered the Bangkok Chicken (crispy throughout but a bit stiff to bite through), Curry Pineapple Fried Rice (sweet pineapples, generous with the cashews, egg, and pineapples mix, but chicken was dry), and Cashew Gai (over drenched in sauce and barely any cashews within the dish). For drinks, my husband ordered the Jasmine Blossom. A smooth drink and he described it as "tastes like you're drinking from a hibiscus flower". Overall, we will not come back here again. Wanted to give them another try from the last time i tried them out, but sadly seemed more disappointment in this experience than the last. The drinks and service were great though.

Lunch special

Big lunch portion for a good price $15. I had the yellow chicken curry. It had potatoes and another vegetable that was shredded bamboo. It was different than what I'm used to but the bamboo was fresh and added a complex flavor. Overall I enjoyed it and this is a good option for lunch.

Fresh Summer Rolls

We arrived at 7:25 PM on Friday, 3/03/23. Had to wait to be seated since it was peak dinner time and there were a lot of people dining in. The hostess took us upstairs and seated us at a table. We didn't receive any menus, so we were checking on our phones until one of the servers came and gave us 2 paper menus. After a brief look, we picked out our food items. Ordered the Fresh Summer Rolls with Shrimp, Pork Belly, Papaya Salad (5 Star Spice Level), Phad Woonsen with Chicken (4 Stars), and a Mixed Veggie dish with Chicken (3 Stars). We got our appetizers after about 10 minutes of ordering - Fresh Summer Rolls, Papaya Salad first and then the Pork Belly. The 3 Apps were pretty tasty. The Papaya Salad was more on the sour tasting side even though it was plenty spicy. The entrees we got were definitely not at the spice level we had asked for at all. Mixed veggies and the noodle dish tasted bland, lacked flavor and had 0 level of spice! Not sure what the point was of asking us for the spice level if they weren't going to put any chili in there?! I mean, didn't see a single chili pepper or taste a hint of spiciness at all. Not sure if the order was placed correctly or if the chefs were too busy with all of the other customers' orders, but we were pretty disappointed with the flavors. Lack of seasoning, lack of flavor and attention to detail with the main plates we ordered... Overall a disappointing and unsatisfying experience. We have been to this restaurant many times before and never had a bad dining experience until now. I mean, the foods tasted alright, just weren't up to our standards and didn't meet our expectations with the spice level in general even though the service was good.

23 $ worth nothing in this platter.
Monita B.

Save your time and money. This place is not worth. Even with happy hour menu everything came cold and way less portioned. Service didn't care to ask or pay attention to our needs. Drinks came out nothing but water and ice. Truly disappointed and won't bring back my business.

The ambiance is so romantic for dinner dates.

The experience was a resounding success, with my family praising the food, service, and ambiance. This year, I returned with friends to celebrate Mother's Day. The dishes were expertly prepared, and the service was efficient and friendly. My friends were impressed by the high quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. Indeed, this place is quite adorable, great for girls' night out or date night. They have a sizable full bar for the boozers. Service was fine and kept our water filled. The restaurant is good overall except menu prices run about a buck or two more than my usual Thai places. I suppose that pays for the decorations. Noodle dishes have a sizable markup if switching proteins at $5 beef, prawns, or $8 seafood. Perhaps they use higher quality sources. This location has their own parking. The Food: Crying Tiger, $27.95 - 4 Stars Menu: Grilled glazed marinated New York strip steak Super cute presentation that is also eye-busy, made me pause to think "where do I start." Beef is tender. The side salad is refreshing. Shu Chee Salmon, $27.95 - 3.5 Stars Menu: Grilled wild caught skin-on Alaska salmon in creamy red curry paste with bell pepper, basil I was bummed when I saw this. The fish is breaded and deep fried. I have ordered curry salmon from many area Thai restaurants. This is the first fried version. So unnecessary. The rest of it is good. I quite like the steamed broccoli to accompany the protein. Koong Oob Woon Sen - 4 Stars Menu: House special bean thread noodle with prawns, mushroom, celery in sweet ginger sauce I am a fan of bean thread noodles, aka crystal noodles or clear noodles. This is a common dish found in Thai restaurants. Bouncy, chewy noodle is served on spinach. Their version is less greasy than another restaurant that serves it in a hotpot. This visit is from first half of 2025. Prices are updated to current.

The fact that these were also coated in oil was pretty nice. On the inside, I thought the prawns were cooked well - they remained pretty soft and didn't appear overcooked I did feel like the spice was pretty much missing, though. I ordered 4/5 stars, but it tasted more like 1/5 stars as there was a pretty significant lack of spice that took away from a lot of the flavor potential. Speaking of the missing flavor, there should've been a lot more sauce added to this dish - either poured on top of the prawns or the prawns come sitting in it. The benefit of this is that it you can mix everything with the rice - and this sauce coats the rice to make it taste good. The way it's currently presented, the prawns are too large to really eat with the rice, and mixing the two will just result in eating the meat and taking another bite of plain rice because there isn't enough sauce to coat the rice. This dish just ended up being eating the prawns by themselves - the rice wasn't super useful As a result, after finishing I really wasn't that full For the price (around 20 ish) there are a good amount of prawns, but I wouldn't really say you're getting a good deal here

The restaurant was hosting an event, so part of the space was closed off, and service was noticeably slow. It took a while for the food to arrive. The khao soi was decent--not the best I've had, but still a solid choice. The Panang curry had a mild flavor with a subtle lime note and a touch of sweetness, which was interesting but not particularly bold. Overall, the food was okay, but unless you live nearby, it might not be worth the trip. If you do go, I'd recommend ordering a higher spice level, as everything leaned on the mild side. Good ambiance overall.

I ordered the mango mocktail and the banana curry, and both were delicious. The curry especially stood out. Rice isn't included by default, but there are plenty of carb options--you can add noodles on the side if you're not in the mood for rice. Portions are very generous, so come hungry. One slightly odd thing: they had space heaters running indoors. The overall temperature was comfortable, but the person sitting right in front of one was definitely feeling the heat. Service was very attentive and friendly, though not the fastest--dishes didn't all come out at once. It looked like there were only one or two people in the kitchen, so it's understandable. Even though I really wanted to love this place, this place was definitely overhyped; I'd say it's about the same level as A Ma's, which I also didn't enjoy. It might be because the place has gone super viral as we ended up waiting 80 minutes on a Saturday night, so quality control might be more difficult at this point. Tip: the iPad will say the wait is 30 minutes, do not trust the iPad. Hainan Chicken was tasteless and overcooked. The texture was way too chewy and was my least favorite preparation of the night. Gai Tod (fried) was better with a crispy outside, but still a tad overcooked. Gai Yang (grilled) was definitely the best version of chicken and is solid enough if you live nearby, but definitely not driving out of your way or waiting for. Rice wasn't super fluffy and I just prefer garlic rice over ginger. The chicken stock is probably the best part of the rice plates. Upside is the joint is definitely family owned and they do their best to provide good service in spite of the chaos. My favorite dishes are the PHAD SEE EIW with chicken ($16.25) and the THAI GRILLED BEEF SALAD (cooked medium) ($20.50). The PHAD SEE EIW has the perfect sauce balance of sweet and savory flavors and comes with broccoli and carrot. The noodles are super long and wide so you know they are fresh and not from the box. The THAI GRILLED BEEF SALAD definitely has a kick to it. This dish comes with raw cucumbers, carrots, onions, and basil and is served in a tangy and umami fish sauce vinegar mix. The beef is extremely tasty, tender, and well-marinated. This past visit, my friends and I also tried two new dishes that I've never had at Isarn before- their CHIANG MAI NOODLES (aka Khao Soi) ($17.25) and the MINCED LAMB WITH THAI BASIL ($16.50). The CHIANG MAI NOODLES were beautifully presented with a nest of crunchy egg noodles on top of a creamy yellow curry with soft egg noodles underneath. It was served with pickled mustard cabbage and onions for extra punch of flavor. The MINCED LAMB WITH THAI BASIL reminded me of Vietnamese larb. However, this dish was more savory and less tangy than larb and the basil really shined through. It is quite oily though so make sure to enjoy it with a side of JASMINE RICE ($2.75). Portions are generous for all dishes and I always leave with leftovers. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and trendy. It's a great place for catching up with friends and not too loud. I will say the restaurant is a bit on the darker side, but that's just how they set the ambiance. Service was good and we got our food promptly within 15-20 minutes after ordering. It took a bit of time to waive the waiter down for to-go boxes, but they were attentive otherwise. Note that Isarn doesn't take reservations and it's street parking only. However, they have a waiting list kiosk inside the restaurant and so if they're busy, you can sign up for notifications and walk around the downtown Kirkland shops while you're waiting. Crunchy outside with tender shrimp and sweet chili sauce - a perfect appetizer to share. Isarn Fried Rice (4.25/5): A fried rice unlike any other. Was my personal favorite dish of the night. The rice kernels were separated into individual grains and coated in grease in the best way possible. I'm a kale hater, but the combination with salted eggs and the purposefully chewy fried steak pieces was just super delicious! Northern Style Sweet Curry (3.75/5): The curry itself is fantastic: super balanced between savory, fragrant, and sweet. The steak chunks unfortunately were just a bit overcooked and chewy. Durian Sticky Rice (4.25/5): Sticky rice has a super satisfying chew and I appreciated that the sauce wasn't overly sweet. Durian itself was sweet and creamy with just a touch funk.
