    1/2 of the spring rolls

Saturday night delivery! It was so good! We ordered Spring rolls, Dynamite Wings, Pepper Steak, and the Angry Dish. It was way too much food but oh so worth it! First off the food was delivered as hot and fresh as it would be if we ate it there. The spring rolls were crispy and delicious, the wings honestly made the top 3 list, and I picky! The pepper steak was delicious and the vegetables were so fresh! Lastly the angry dish with chicken was perfect! Warning! If you order it spicy it's no joke! Most places it's just warm... this is smoking spicy and I loved every bite!

Came here during Iowa City Jazz Fest on the 4th of July Weekend. Overall pretty solid Thai food and standard service/ambiance. It was my first time trying the Tom Yom soup so the sourness was quite overpowering, with very little meat/vegetable/substance in the soup to keep me satiated. The noodle dishes and potstickers we order were also yummy but not anything mind blowing.

Service is great and the food is decent. I ordered the Tom kha gai, drunken noodles and papaya salad. All of them were good. Ambience is really good. A good date night spot. They were playing a lot of Alina Baraz which I appreciated. Felt like a modern American Thai restaurant.

I only got takeout so I cannot attest for anything within the restaurant but the food was great. I got the Thai style noodle soup which is by far one of my favorite foods that I struggle to find often and I would gladly get it from here again.

My favorite Thai restaurant in the Des Moines metro. Thai flavors has never disappointed me and I can say that I have always thoroughly enjoyed my meals there. My favorites include the Avocado Curry, Pad Thai, yellow curry fried rice, and the General Tao Chicken. The portions are wonderful, the quality is amazing, and the ability to pick up in store quickly is great as well. Would 10/10 recommend.

Pad See-Ew with Chicken with mushrooms. It was very good. Definitely a great noodle dish.

The spicy edamame had a little kick but nothing too crazy. The sushi was very fresh and everything we ordered was really good. The waiter seemed to be new bc he seemed nervous but the overall service was pleasant. The vibe was chill, the temperature was perfect on a sub-zero freezing day, and the lights were the right 'dim' amount. I recommend this restaurant and I definitely will be eating there again.

A lady swung around from the bar and said "oh I didn't see you." Turns out she was the hostess. Food was ok, a bit pricey in my option. We ordered very basic rolls California and shrimp tempura rolls those were $6 and $9. I was with my teen daughter and she only like California rolls. So it was fine. I've had better sushi ironically in Ankeny. For a quick bite this was fine- but I wasn't overwhelmed by it. Service was ok. Food came out fast but was well paced with the appetizer we ordered first. However our server wasn't overly friendly and seemed like she didn't want to be there at all.

The neon blue decor and black inside is such a fun ambiance to eat in. We sat in a booth and ordered some crab Rangoon and hot and sour soup. Although the broth was delicious, I'd only give it a 3/5 as it's loaded up with SO MUCH STUFF that there's hardly any broth which is what I wanted in the first place. But the flavor is still really good. The crab Rangoon was 5/5. Always delicious and piping hot and full of flavor. I got the mango lovers sushi roll and let the server pick it out of two options which is good because I was leaning towards that one. It was very refreshing and so much flavor. 4/5. Hubs had the chicken red curry level 4. He toned the spice down for me so I could have some. It still had a good kick to it spice-wise. Chicken was tender and the red curry was delicious!! 5/5. The meal begins with a salad course followed by a pasta course. The cod cake salad was incredibly delicious! Both the gnocchi and the amatriciana were standout pastas. I had the pork ribeye which was succulent and cooked to perfection and served with a tomatillo sauce that was so tasty! Dessert is family style with an assortment of desserts for the table including a lemon cake and a tres leches cake. The service was great from start to finish including making the reservation (which I highly recommend). We were greeted the moment we walked through the door and quickly shown to our table. Since we were dining early, the venue was quiet for the first half hour or so, but diners kept coming in and by the time we left the place was hopping. It is very cozy and intimate but not so much so that you feel like other diners are on top of you or that you are listening in on their conversations. We brought our own wine, but there is a vast assortment of wines available. We enjoyed Lucca so much that we have made two future reservations already and are very much looking forward to dining with the wonderful crew there soon!

I come here for lunch regularly because the menu is fairly priced & the food is quality. I typically order the cajun tuna sandwich because i don't order tuna regularly so it is a real treat. As a side, soup on cold days or the lucca salad on warm days You really can't go wrong with a majority of the menu as everything is good. Side note, it comes very quickly after you order (another plus). I've only had dinner here a few times. The menu is prix fixe with 4 courses (if i remember correctly). All of them delicious. Well worth it. Bonus -- drinks are made strong.
