We arrived shortly after noon and the place was pretty full, but we managed to snag a table near the back. Neither of us was especially hungry, so we opted to share a couple of dishes. We started with one of their specials, the Shrimp Donuts. My dining companion assumed they'd be actual donuts with shrimp flavors, but this is definitely not that. It's essentially shrimp pieces shaped into a deep-fried donut. And it's good, real good. It arrived to the table piping hot, and I took a big old bite right away. The flavors are right on point, and the whole thing is enhanced by the accompanying sweet sauce. It's a terrific appetizer (although awfully expensive at $12 for four of them). For our main, we went with the Khao Soi ("Soft and crispy egg noodles, golden curry, coconut milk, spring onion, red onion, crispy shallot, lime, pickled veg") and we got that Spicy. It's a really solid version of this iconic dish. It's maybe not up there with the best adaptations I've had, but it's quite good. The broth is super flavorful and rich, while the other components are right on point. The spice level was perfect, too. The service was top notch, as well, so I have no doubt we'll be returning to Thai Barn Na at some point.

The satay chicken is a pass, pad thai is kind of sweet, and the khao soi is just fine. I will say these are on the slightly cheaper side compared to spots in Toronto (khao soi was ~$20?) Verdict: I think this place is alright for Mississauga, but being on Dundas Street, you're close to Toronto and you might as well go to a better Thai spot downtown haha.

So we decided to get some Thai food on a recent Friday night. Although we could have ordered beforehand, we decided to order directly at the restaurant since we were already in the area. The server or perhaps the owner advised that the order would take 45 minutes which was nice for them to let us know. We decided to go ahead with the order and they did say if the food was ready earlier than expected, they would give us a call. It was in fact ready in 30mins so it was a pleasant surprise as we were quite hungry. The dishes that we ordered included Chicken Satay for the appetizer. Our main entrees consisted of the Pad Kee Mao with beef and the Green curry with chicken. I decided to get rice noodles with the green curry instead of rice since this dish does not come with a side of rice or anything at all (a call out if you are ordering curry for dinner). The flavours of these dishes were on point, so delicious! They were definitely spicy so if you like it hot, I would definitely recommend. I also really enjoyed the chicken satay. The sauce was sweet and 'peanuty'. Oh I wish there were more than 4 skewers only! Give this place a try! Support this local restaurant to satisfy that Thai craving!!

It definitely beats bamboo legend and would land in my top 5 for sure. The chicken was delicious and not overcooked. The sauce was great, not too spicy or anything, Very much a tamarind traditional style pad thai, nothing fusion or heavily westernized. I'd get it again for sure. - For reference, my number one pad thai is Pho Dau Bo on Creditview.

She seemed annoyed that we had a stroller with us, even though it was tucked away to the side (not in anyone's way). Again, it wasn't busy (maybe 4-5 tables seated the entire time) but she also seemed like she was running the entire place herself by the way she acted. We ordered the Khao Soi (chicken) & the pad see ew (beef), and she got the order wrong and made them both chicken. She corrected the issue and brought us out a new dish, but I feel like if she wasn't so stressed and rushing everything, this could have been avoided. The food was good, but I won't come out of my way to visit here again because of the service.

We ordered a couple of appys- the spring roll and the shrimp. Both so fresh and delicious. The shrimp comes with a chilli dipping sauce which was pretty delicious! For dessert, we wanted to try the mango with sticky rice but it was not available due to the season so we ended up trying the fried banana with mango ice cream. Of course that was yummy! The price is very reasonable, food is really good, service is great! Definitely a good spot to try!

I went to Hello Bangkok for the first time and we just walked around before we decided to go here…read morein Port Credit and it looked busy so we decided to check it out. This was on a Friday night and the patio was almost full. We ended up sitting on the patio, beside the in and out door. To drink I ordered the pineapple coconut martini and I was really surprised that it didn't taste strong but it was strong or maybe I felt it more because I hadn't eaten too much before that. It tasted ok but I wouldn't order it again. We ordered the Bangkok style Pad Thai with shrimp and the pineapple fried rice With chicken. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. People that arrived after us, that's two parties one party of two and another party of three to four both got their food before we did Then I saw the pineapple Fried rice come out but then they didn't bring it to our table, they brought it to the table of four and when the server was asking them about it I saw the guest gesturing to take it and then I saw the manager come out quickly and take it back from them and guess what that was actually ours. When I told the manager he just said wait a minute wait a minute and he went back but minutes went by after that and I food still didn't come out. When the manager came out the second time I said we didn't get our food yet and we've been waiting a long time and then he brought out both dishes the pineapple fried rice which by now was cold and the Bangkok style Punta which was hot. The food tasted great. The food quality is excellent. The service kind of sucked because there's not that many of us out there and they really should have noticed that we haven't got our food. We were seated just beside the door so it's not really like we're invisible because they had to pass us each time they went in and out. I'm really disappointed in the service and that the manager knowing gave us cold food that was supposed to be served hot. We probably should have sent the pineapple fried rice back. Since he knew he was giving us food that was cold by now, I suspect they wouldn't have fixed it. I'll never know. I'm really disappointed to have this experience. I took one star off because our food took so long to come out and other tables who came after us for served before us. I took another star off was because our food got served to another table initially and that table even accepted it. And the last star I took off because when I told the manager I think it was ours and it was, he didn't listen and said one minute but it did still didn't come out after that. I had to ask again and then he brought out the same dish that was served to another table and I know that's true because it was cold. The manager knew this and still served it to us. Shame on you.
