    Cooking 3 Flavor Tofu
    John H.

After 20 years of eating here, it's nearly the same place and I order almost the same thing every time. You should definitely get food here!! This is a perfect spot to get some authentic dishes at a reasonable price. It's on the UC campus with a small fenced-in metered parking lot next to it. The Thai ladies working here are always the best! Check the specials on the board. The 3 flavor tofu went from $8.00 to $11.50 in 20 years...seems reasonable. It's an amazing dish with great flavors and plenty of tofu. I like the tomato wedges in it. The sweet helps cut the spicy. The spring rolls are small, but fresh. For your dish, they ask 1-10 on spice level. I get a 6 and it's fairly spicy.

Their special items - A whiteboard menu displays handwritten descriptions of Thai dishes, including a special eggplant dish, Khao Soi, and fried banana. The board features different colors of ink for dish names and descriptions, with prices listed next to each item. The background includes a yellow wall and a wooden frame around the board, indicating it is part of a restaurant or food stall setting.

Amazing food and friendly service! This place is a hidden gem of Cincinnati. It's one of those mom and pop's place. You won't be disappointed!

Interior - The image shows the interior of a small restaurant kitchen with multiple staff members preparing food. A woman in a gray hoodie stands at the counter, while a man in a cap is behind the cooking area. The kitchen has a yellow counter, stainless steel appliances, and various supplies on the counter. The ceiling has fluorescent lighting, and the walls include fire extinguishers and safety notices.

The customizable spice made me very grateful! Level 2 and 3 were perfectly delicious for us, who do not have mouths of steel. They do mostly carry out business (DoorDash, grub hub, Uber eats) because there are only 5 seats and the interior is not beautified. Friendly staff speaking fluent English. Authentic Thai cook staff. A local said it was the best Thai place in Cincy. We're from out of town but we'll be back!

The image shows a takeout container with a plate of food featuring a fried egg on a bed of white rice. Behind the rice, there is a stir-fry mixture of mushrooms, onions, and tofu, likely seasoned with Thai basil and spices. The food is labeled 'Holy Basil Stir Fry,' indicating a Thai-inspired dish. The container is open, revealing the meal inside.

Visited good ol Clifton to see a friend in UC and grabbed lunch at our fav place near campus. As usual, this is a takeout place. There's negligible seating arrangement and it's not a dine in experience at all. My friend got Green Thai curry with chicken and I got the Honey Basil Stir fry with fried egg. It took about 15 minutes for our orders to be ready. My friend enjoyed his curry. He found it wholesome, flavorful and delicious. His exact words. My dish was tasty as well. The honey and basil combination was interesting to venture into. The quantity that these guys give really last for two meals. My order costed $13 and I'd call it fair for the quality and quantity both.

The hole in the wall exteriors often lead to the BEST food! Well worth the fight to find parking for their pad thai alone. Level 3 is good for most with enough heat but not a burn. Lots of vegetarian options! We are transplants from Seattle and we're skeptical that we could find great Thai food - we found it here! Call ahead for quick takeout. Very limited seating inside.

Best Pad Thai in THE COUNTRY!

SO SAD (Closed on Sundays!) Guess I'll just have to come back during the week. Best Pad Thai in either Cincinnati or Placerville, CA!

A variety of drinks for sale in fridge - Two cans of drinks are positioned on a wooden table. The left can is Sanpellegrino Aranciata, a sparkling orange beverage with a yellow and blue label featuring illustrations of oranges. The right can is roasted coconut juice with a white label displaying images of green and brown coconuts. The background shows a blurred indoor setting, possibly a store or restaurant, with people and equipment visible.

Speedy and friendly, this is the place to come get your fix for Thai food. Call to order ahead and make sure you allocate time for parking as you might need to circle the block a few times to find a spot. This is great for college students on a budget. The place is open with two tables in the front where you can eat in on the fly. This is a very casual spot where you can make friends with the cooks and owners.

This might be a 'hole in the wall' but don't pass it up if you enjoy Thai food! We phoned in an order of crab Rangoon and Pad Thai with chicken. The crab Rangoon was finishing frying as we walked in and the Pad Thai was ready. Both were good. However the Pad Thai was absolutely delicious. Probably one of the best I've had in the Cincy area recently. Price is reasonable. There is no indoor or outdoor dining, just take out.

Chicken Pad Thai. I was stuck in traffic and had to reheat it when I got home so it isn't in its original container.
    Donielle W.

I picked up some Chicken Pad Thai today and it was the best Pad Thai I have ever had. I ordered it at a medium spice level but it was spicier than any medium I've ever had before. I guess I should have ordered mild. That would have been perfection. Tbat was my bad though, i still recognize how amazing the flavor is, and still loved it. I ordered Chicken Satay as well. It was good but not my favorite. The salad It came with was delicious though. My sister got the sweet basil stir fry. She said it was good but too spicy. So, I recommend getting a level less spicy than you would get at other restaurants. The price is good and they give you a lot. I definitely recommend it. The only bad thing is lack of parking.

The best Thai food in the city. Not even close. All that Pad Grapow you've been eating elsewhere doesn't even have Holy Basil in it.

After a search on Yelp we landed on Thai Pavillion and I'm so glad we did. Here's why... 1) I ordered on their website and it was a very seamless process. I liked that we were even able to select how spicy we wanted our food on a number scale. 2) The pick up time was not long after we ordered, even with it being in the middle of the busy lunch hour. 3) There's parking directly out front so I was able to simply pull up, throw my flashers on, and run in. It was there waiting for me when I arrived. 4) We both ordered the same thing, the pad Thai (spice level 1) with shrimp. We also shared an order of vegetable spring rolls. It came out to about $50 and that included a $5 tip. We both really liked what we got, but I'll stick with my specific opinion. The spring rolls were crispy and definitely hit the spot as an appetizer. As for the pad Thai, it was a great portion size, the spice level was exactly what I wanted, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. It didn't have an overwhelming amount of bean sprouts, which was appreciated. The sauce was rich in flavor and the noodles were just right. We both agreed that we would order from here again. It was the best pad Thai I've had in a while. Definitely give them a try!

The restaurant is quaint, yet open, and totally family friendly. Servers are warm and courteous, even when they are slammed during peak dinner time (6:30-8). You get to choose from a Japanese and Thai menu, which contain a wide selection of equally delicious dishes, including fresh Sushi. You get 3 good restaurants in 1! Some dishes we've tried multiple times and recommended based on balanced flavors and consistency are: THAI: Spicy basil pork- has sweet scent of holy basil and abundant sauce. Our favorite to pour over rice. Papaya salad- full of flavor, but be conservative on your spice level selection ranging from 1-10. If you want "medium" spice, go with 2/3. Panang curry- you can choose your meat, but it's traditionally served with beef, which I think it's the best pairing as well. You can never go wrong with Thai curry, unless you order above your spice level ;) Pad see ew- stir fried wide rice noodles, also known as soy sauce noodles, comes with your choice of meat and veggies. Kids love it because noodles are soft and sauce is sweet. Crowd pleaser. JAPANESE: Katsu don- crispy chicken or pork cutlet drenched in sweet & salty sauce mixed with scrambled eggs and caramel used onions served over rice in a bowl. Total comfort Salmon teriyaki- great, nutritionally balanced meal with perfectly grilled salmon basted with teriyaki sauce over rice, and a side of shredded and steamed carrots and zucchini. Never regret ordering this. APPS: shrimp shumai and miso soup SUSHI: Cincy roll, spicy yellowtail, salmon nigiri As you can see, there are a lot of good options here. Go with a bigger group and dine family style to get the most out of your visit.

Really rich, balanced, and comforting. The only downside was the lack of fresh herbs on the side. It only came with a dish of bean sprouts, so it felt like it was missing that extra freshness that usually completes a bowl of pho. Service was amazing, mostly students from UC.
