Came here 2 times 1.5 years apart. I live in SF and have had work projects down here and this was a solid Thai place. Extremely large portions and one of the best lunch specials! The pricing is so affordable and the times I've been here they are always busy and slammed with Togo orders. Just cuz it's a lunch order they don't skimp on the protein. O how i wish we had this place at home i would be a regular all the time. Will definitely be back again when im in town! Service is great super attentive pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended

Passing through and was very hungry! We wanted Thai food and found this place on Yelp (of course). It's family owned from what I could tell. Very welcoming and friendly. Staff was efficient from the moment we sat down. Took our orders and it came out within 5-10minutes. I blinked and food came out. LOL I could tell this place is a local favorite because they had a lot of takeouts waiting to be picked up. Great prices and portion-- importantly, the food tastes like authentic Thai. The people working spoke in Thai, so that's why I concluded how authentic the food tasted. Restaurant was clean and tidy. They had lots of different types of Thai decor throughout the restaurant and a big fish tank in front if I recalled correctly. This is an awesome stop for anyone who wants a hearty meal. I definitely bookmarked this for next time.

Ordered takeout. Food was ready fast. We ordered potstickers, Mongolian beef, chicken fried rice, and drunken noodles. All were good and large portions.

Stale spring rolls, and yellow curry in the container and jasmine rice in the paper to go container.

All of their food is usually amazing. And the people who work there are lovely. Tonight, 2 out of 3 of the items I got there were blah. The fried crispy spring rolls were just flavorless and stale. I think all the restaurants here buy their spring rolls from the same food purveyor and nobody makes them homemade. You can tell they're all just kind of stale. I don't think I've had a good crispy spring roll probably since I moved here 7 years ago (Baht is the rare exception that actually has really crispy spring rolls that are flavorful imo). Also, THREE frigging spring rolls for $10?!? Highway robbery!!! Secondly, the rice ....... it seems like it should be hard to mess up. It's straight up just jasmine rice, which if you are a Thai restaurant seems like it should be be good there, but it was old and dry and stale. And it was like 6 o'clock on a friday night, so you would think they would have had a fresh batch of rice for the upcoming busy shift, but no, it was definitely from probably the beginning of their work shift. Very disappointing The yellow curry was amazing. Nothing else to say about it, except for that. It was awesome! Wish the rest of the items had been awesome too, but oh well

Service was great. Food is fresh and flavorful. Friendly staff. However it is a bit overpriced.

everything here was DELISH!! param chicken - very peanut flavor heavy, yet mixed well with the other flavors. huge hit with the table, the ones who took us there to eat said it's their favorite, and we see why! pad see ew- always my favorite dish, basically a thai version of chow fun. good balance with the amount of well cooked broccoli, meat & noodles (we usually get beef, the meat wasn't tough) bbq beef short ribs: yummmmyy tender and not too much fat. not pictured: chicken larb, crab wontons larb was sooo tasty, right amount of sour & fish sauce and onion/ cilantro/ mint. wontons had that good crunch and perfect amount of crab/ cheese filling. service was quick and attentive, even though it was packed-- which is a great sign, goes to show that this place is quite popular. well deserved crowd, really. dreaming of the next time we visit atascadero to hit this spot again!

Their…read morecrispy rolls are so perfectly crunchy they should come with a warning: may cause uncontrollable joy. And the coconut shrimp? Let's just say I was halfway through my plate when I realized dinner at home was officially canceled--I immediately put in another order for my husband and me to enjoy again tonight. But the food is only half the story. The staff here are wonderfully professional, friendly, and genuinely joyful. Walking into GoGo Thai feels like stepping into a warm hug (with extra chili sauce on the side). Every visit feels like being welcomed by old friends who happen to serve incredible food. Their warmth and attentiveness make the dining experience just as memorable as the flavors. And the restaurant itself? Spotless. I love a place where the sparkle of cleanliness matches the sparkle of the flavors. This place is pure magic: layers upon layers of flavor, each bite more authentic than the last. It's like a passport to Thailand without the jet lag. I love this restaurant so much that I find myself here at least twice a week... sometimes more (don't judge, the shrimp made me do it!). GoGo Thai isn't just food--it's a mood. Delicious, authentic, welcoming, and downright addictive. Highly recommend, unless you were planning on cooking dinner... in which case, abandon ship and order here instead.

We were not asked if we wanted any level of spiciness. The service was even worse than the food. He took our order and when the food was done he brought it to the table and we never saw him again. The Mongolian plate wasn't too spicy but we were able to add some chili oil to make it a little more spicy. The food we ordered was really good. It was the end of a long, windy, and rainy drive all the way from 17-Mile Drive after heading down from San Jose. By the time I reached Morro Bay around 8:00 PM, my GPS and phone signal finally started to return. I then drove from west to east and reached San Luis Obispo, which I had visited the day before and which had left me with a very good impression. A kind police officer had even left a citation on my windshield with a $0 fine after I mistakenly parked my car in a commercial loading zone in Chinatown during a restricted time I hadn't realized was in effect. That Chinatown was small--perhaps the smallest I have ever seen--though I once thought the one in Singapore was the smallest, but then again, isn't all of Singapore essentially a Chinatown? I drove back into the heart of San Luis Obispo that evening, and instead of just finding a Domino's pizza, I decided to have a proper sit-down dinner. I searched for restaurants near me, and Thai Delight Cuisine popped up with a high score on Google Maps, only a few minutes away. I arrived around 8:20 PM, parked by the road, and paid the parking fee through a kiosk. The machine was as kind as the policeman and only charged me until 9:00 PM, after which parking was free. Once I entered the restaurant, every table was occupied except for one that hadn't even been cleaned yet. I was seated after being greeted kindly by three different waitresses. I was cold and sweaty from the drive, but I still ordered a glass of Thai tea for the caffeine, knowing I still had almost four hours of driving ahead of me. Unfortunately, the tea was too sweet and lacked the strong, aromatic flavor that a normal Thai tea should have; it felt more like a glass of sugar water. The atmosphere was very pleasant, though it was interesting to note that in the entire restaurant, only two of us were Asian, and we were the only two using chopsticks. Being in wine country, the restaurant had a large storage area with various wines that looked excellent, but I was in a hurry and not in the mood for a tasting. The Tom Yum seafood was served quickly, just a few minutes after I placed my order. It arrived in an aluminum pot that lacked the traditional middle chimney but was still good-looking. I took several pictures of the dish and then used my right hand to take the spoon to pour the soup, but I was "bitten" by the spoon--a very strong pain in my finger. I was confused and tried to take the spoon a second time, but I dropped it again. I realized the tip of the spoon had been resting directly over the fire underneath the pot and had become extremely hot. I had to grab some ice from my water to try and cool down my finger. The Tom Yum soup was neither spicy nor sour--perhaps just a hint of sourness, but far too little. It wasn't spicy at all, and the waitress didn't even ask for a spice level when I ordered. I wouldn't give this Tom Yum top marks if I were in Bangkok, as it was well below average, but honestly, it didn't taste bad on a cold night after a long drive. The seafood in the pot was very fresh, which I didn't expect to find in the middle of the mainland. The shrimp were big and tender, the crab was fresh, and the scallops and fish were all high quality; they used good sea fish rather than cheap basa. The only pity was that the soup was too sweet without that strong sour attack, which is the spirit of Tom Yum itself. I waited quite a while for the fried rice to arrive, only to find it contained the exact same ingredients: squid rolls, mussels, shrimp, crab legs, scallops, fish, and even tomatoes. It was identical to the Tom Yum, just in a different form. I wish they had told me the ingredients were the same when I ordered! The taste wasn't bad, even though the tomatoes and eggs were slightly burnt with dark marks and the rice was a bit too moist. Again, it was just way too sweet. So, in the end, I had a glass of sugar water, a pot of sugar soup, and a plate of sugar rice, and I got my finger burnt in the process--but I would still give it 4 stars. The seafood was incredibly fresh, the environment was very warming, and overall, I think I had a very good trip.
