Okay, it's April 2019, it's my 4th time rating this place. Thai Delight has had some ups and downs. The food was excellent, then so-so, now back to good. Not amazing, but solid Thai food and that's saying something for this area. Happy to say the Green curry and Drunken noodles are solid meals to order for dinner. I can't say enough about how much I liked the food I ordered. Everything was very fresh and well portioned. The place is very nice inside and extremely clean. Service was great too. As we all know, its all about the food when dining out. Atmosphere is nice, but its about the food, and Thai Delight is as good as ive ever had in the USA fro Thai food. Thai Delight is a hidden gem. The food here is some of the best Thai food I have ever had. Got the Pad Thai and Yellow Curry and some soups and everything was fresh and incredibly flavorful. The atmosphere is kind of tacky and small but the food was outstanding and the service was great. The prices were reasonable and the portions were miraculously manageable. This was a bad thing because we wanted leftovers once we were finished. Will definitely return. read more

I ate here 2 times. The first time the guy inside was a bit rude. I ordered almost 1 hour ahead and my order was not ready. On top of not being ready he forgot 1 item in the bag good thing I checked the bag before I left. The 2nd time I went, the guy was slow again and gave me everything I ordered. The food was mediocre, but everything was cold, I ordered 3 hot dishes and an order of fresh rolls the guy who works their is rude, the food is not great and was cold, the dishes are a bit over priced and not seasoned. They run out of items on the menu and you think that they have them because they don't say they are out on the phone and when you pick up your order they charge you for them when they are out. Also no one wears a mask in the kitchen. When I went in I saw them all in the kitchen mask less, I would never eat inside to much of a risk here. I have had take out here twice recently and was very happy both times. Chicken with ginger sauce was very good the first time and made me want to go back and try some other items. Fresh spring rolls are a very nice way to start the meal with a crispy snap of veggies and a little burst of fresh cilantro flavor. I also tried the spicy basil beef which had a nice spice offset by cooling basil with beef that was fairly tender and lean. Both trips I had no problems with my order unlike what a few people have described. I am looking forward to having a sit down meal in the cozy little dining room next time. read more

I love Thai food and this place definitely lived upto my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious. They will adjust the heat or ingredients as you prefer. The vegetables in each dish was fresh and cooked to the right crispiness. Service is fast and extremely polite. They move quietly but with efficiency. Despite the restaurant being very busy, I felt well taken care of. Nice fireplace inside. Clean and well maintained facilities. Not much of a decor which is easily overlooked when you see theiir prices. You cannot beat the value anywhere in the area, especially considering the amazing food and the excellent service. Good selection of Asian beers. I had a Laotian beer here for the first time - Beer Lao, Dark Lager. All in all, really food, great price, excellent service. read more

This place is deserving of five stars! It's a good old mom-pop restaurant not associated with a chain. This is a good home town style feeling place. The fresh spring rolls were delicious along with both dishes that were ordered. This is good authentic food that you can not get at a chain restaurant. Food tasted fresh and just cooked as the steam was still coming out as I took the first few bites. We came here based on other yelpers reviews and it was worth it. Excellent flavorful Thai food at a reasonable price. I certainly try to order different items to get a full scope of the menu, but it's so hard deviating from what you know is good. Chili chicken, masaaman shrimp, and tofu eggplant all rock! They will put some real nice spice on it too (without charging extra like Pho Vietnam). You won't be disappointed. My wife and I REALLY like this place, especially for date nights in (i.e., we do takeout). When compared to what you might find at a Thai place in Hell's Kitchen in NYC, it holds its own. I think my wife and I could only point to one other place (in NYC) we like better. The take out staff is VERY friendly. My only gripe would be that the size of your (take out) portion can vary drastically. Sometimes, I'm hoping for more; other times, they've loaded it up. Would love to have it loaded up every time. What a pleasant little gem. I have passed this spot many times and the parking lot is usually full. Today I had a chance to try it for lunch. They have a variety of lunch options and choices. I had wontons, coconut soup, and massiman chicken curry. The wantons were nice little pockets of tastiness. The soup had a very nice balance of flavors. The curry was delicious! The vegetables and chicken we're cooked perfectly. The service was friendly yet non-intrusive (I was doing work)... I will be back to try other items. read more

Heads up this food is for the American taste,not the authentic Thai restaurant us Asian are used to going to. No condiments that us Asians usually use , what a major disappointment.. but their Thai tea is really good,can't argue about that. I Really don't ever seeing myself going back there unless I want a Thai tea .they're over priced and the food is bland to the Asian taste bud. I ordered lad na seafood and they brought it out in a soup bowl with a lot of gravy that looked like a bowl of soup... not traditional style at all,and they used broccoli instead of Chinese broccoli. My wife and I have gone here since they opened a few years ago. I think it was better early on. Lately it's hit or miss. Not sure if there are different chefs cooking or what. I ordered some take out last night and the pad thai was pretty dry and tasteless...very disappointed. This needed to get 5 stars to offset some of the uncalled for lower rankings. Staff was extremely friendly, concerned with keeping the bill lower when my wife and I weren't concerned about price. The food is on par with what you could find in a respectable restaurant in a major city and this is an accomplishment for such a hidden spot. The prices are reasonable. I ordered green curry chicken and pineapple fried rice. I thought the food did not have the traditional Thai flavor that I am used too but it was tasty. This was my first experience with Thai food so I can't go by any past experiences, but I feel like they deserved a 5-star rating. Our group of about 20+ people came in on a Sunday evening with about an hour left until closing. We felt bad because they're a smaller than we expected and we thought we caught them off guard, but the service was professional and very speedy! What they lack in size they make up for with exceptional service! The food was excellent! Of the three dishes my friends and I had, the Massaman Curry was my favorite! I love spicy food so I asked for extra spice, but before you order it spicy, try it the way they make it. They are always willing to add extra spice if necessary! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend and I will be returning soon! read more

I love the food. I love it. I go frequently and there are always people there. That is a good sign because it is not around other shopping or restaurants. I have had their Thai Tea, coconut soup, chicken satay, spring rolls, Pad Thai and Pra Raam. All really good. The chicken satay is a lot of chicken. For someone with a small to moderate appetite, the chicken satay could be meal for one person and you might have left overs! I am so glad they are near my house! read more
