This is a very good Thai Restaurant in Moab! They followed all COVID-19 related safety regulations. We felts very safe. Their yelp posting says that they are vegan and vegetarian friendly and that is what attracted us to go there. Their only one curry is vegetarian and one or two other items are vegetarian so there in not a many choices. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the ingredients they use. Food was super tasty and ending our meal with sticky rise and mango dessert was great! I did not give 5 star because I want them to add clear indicators on menu for which items are vegetarian and vegan because without that vegetarian and vegan people will surely order wrong items. read more

We stayed 4 nights in Moab and had dinner here twice- that is how much we like it here. i've eaten a lot of Thai food in many places, and it is surprising to me how good the food tastes here. The wait can be a bit long, but it is worth it. The outdoor seating atmosphere is lovely with lights on a summer evening. The presentation of the food is beautiful. The portion is also great for the price. We want to give a big shout out to our waitress Cy. She is a lovely person with a wonderful smile and welcoming manners. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Wow.. just wow.. so we are in Moab for 3 days and I find this gem on our second day here and I am in love. We ordered Pineapple fried rice with shrimp Thai soup with ck Thai basil ch All of these dishes were out of this world. The soup was fresh, crisp, full of good for your soul flavor. Perfect for reviving the soul after hiking the entire day. I think the broth can cure a bad cold instantly. The rice had so many elements to it and I added the shrimp. Those shrimps were so fresh, big and juicy. The rice was delicious with chucks of veggies and I think raisins which gave it a hint of sporadic sweetness making me so happy to find more. I ordered level 2 as we are wimps but it was just perfect. My husband thai ck was amazing. We are here on vacay from texas. I have been known for driving 3 hours for good thai food. And this place is in that category for me but while I can't be drive to it once I leave for texas I will sure tell everyone I know to stop by. I plan to stop by one more time before we leave town. I found this place on yelp when me and my family went to Moab. Sy was our waitress and she was very professional and so exceptional! Nice wine selection and hot sake. As appetizers we ordered spring rolls, 3 orders of fried Gyoza (only because they ran out of fresh Bella rolls that sounded delicious in the menu description), edamame properly salted, and 2 orders of Chicken Satay that was a large enough portion to be an entree, definitely enough for 2 to share. The owner, Bella, is a lively bright woman who gave us great tips on making our own Thai food. The restaurant is very clean and well appointed. This place got great reviews but I was not expecting such deliciousness! We arrived a little bit before closing and the place was still packed from dinner rush. Service was a bit slow at first, but understandable with how busy it was and with new COVID adjustments. We ordered Coconut Shrimp, Khao Soi, and green curry. Absolutely atrocious customer service! Thai Bella might be the WORST restaurant in Moab. The hostess could not be ruder if she tried. Before I even approached to pick up our order she was arguing with another customer. When I gave her my name she was agitated that she had to do her job (swipe a credit card and hand a bag of food, not quite rocket science). After charging my card she told me that it would be another 45minutes, on top of the "it'll be ready in 30 minutes" that I was told when the order was placed. 48 minutes later I checked back with here, where she told me that she already gave me my order. After another ten minutes she came back with a bag that when we opens it was cold. Absolutely CRAP service for highly mediocre food (if it had been hot, which it wasn't). worst of all they screwed up a sever allergy in the order that was made exceptionally clear when the order was placed. We ended up having to throw away 2/3 of the order due to their lack of concern for allergic reactions. Do not go to Thai Bella. Do not get takeout from Thai Bella. There are MANY better choices in Moab than Thai Bella. The staff is rude, slow and most importantly does not take food safety seriously. If you have any food allergies be careful because Thai Bella certainly will not be. read more

Wonderful Thai food very vegetarian friendly! We had Edamame, Bella Fresh Roll, Fried Tofu, Peanut Delight with Tofu, and Fried Banana. All were well cooked and not greasy. This was a beautiful queen that little restaurant 1 block off of Main Street I noticed it had a pervert five star review on Yelp which is hard to find so we thought we would give it a try and it did not disappoint. 1. For food, 5 stars. We had pad thai, tom yum noodles, and thai tea. 2. Customer services: 5 stars till... checking out. I was asked to pay for at least 20% tip. My family just have 3 people, husband, wife and a 13 years old boy. I didn't bring much cash for my trip, so put the tip in cash which doesn't enough for 20% as they required. I am a business owner too, and totally understand that if you go with group of 6 people, by law, the restaurant can apply 20% up to the bill for tip; but, not apply for group of 3. Now, the case is, the man who came out to talk to me, made me feel I am a "no knowledge person". He talked to my family about how we should tip them, and not only me and my husband, but also my 13 years old boy felt the man was too much, like a ...thief. Ridiculous case. I was shocked, and could not talk back to him, because I didn't want to make my son feel embarrassing about his mother. When we walk out, my son was so upset, and told me, we should not go back again even though their food is good. I paid another separate transaction on my card, just for tip part, AS THEIR REQUEST. 3. Business honesty: 0 star. At the counter, they post a note "5% off when pay by cash". To business owner, be smarter to make your business better, not this cheap method. Your competitor, Arches Thai, they post on the website that they will add 20% on the bill when client dining in. Now, customers wont be upset if they come there and be charged for this tip on their bill, because this information is POSTED ON THEIR WEB, and your business don't. I did research before I go to your place, and noticed your restaurant cost higher than the other; but you don't count tip on the bill. However, reality was opposite, you REQUIRED BY FACE TO FACE FOR TIP, AND AT LEAST 20%. Yes, I paid, because I didn't want to put my level as low as yours, and I wanted to teach my son a lesson of how important your personality effect your business. We felt the way the man talked to us just like we weren't be respected. Business owner may not care for what people post up here, but I still post, because I believe, someone could find something about this business before they decided to come here.
