The inside looks completely renovated, so I was surprised to see it lacking in patrons, although I…read moredid notice they process quite a few online orders. I got the Tom Kha soup, and my partner got the yellow curry. The yellow curry was great, with hints of sweetness and umami flavors. I would definitely order it again. Unfortunately, the Tom Kha soup was almost inedible. I liked the amount of veggies in the soup and did eat the chicken, but it truly tasted like someone had dropped an entire bottle of fish sauce into the pot. What I was left with was essentially a hot, creamy, fishy soup that I couldn't finish. The staff was super attentive and nice. I will say that I probably should have mentioned something while I was there and given them the opportunity to fix it. I really enjoyed the yellow curry, though, and based on the other reviews, they're clearly well-loved by the local community. I'd be willing to come back and try something else.

My favorite place to have an extra spicy bowl of Pho. The waitress asked us if we were from Nepal…read more(which we were not), but made sure we understood the real meaning of "extra spicy". Honestly, the spices made me cry. Been there three times. Their Pho is specially good and the crab cheese rangoon. Iced tea was also enjoyable for my husband but I got kind of an allergic reaction to it. Will definitely go again, maybe on a cloudy day!

They do NOT have ramen! The photos of that need to be taken down. It's misleading. Maybe they are…read morefrom before the ownership change. We went there for ramen and were all bummed about that. It was later on a Sat night and we were the only family in the place the whole time. But the chef was very friendly, the cream cheese wontons were the best, and one or two of our dishes were really good. The curry had only a couple potatoes that were way too hard, and it was limited on veggies, but the broths/curries were good flavors. They have mango (in season) sweet coconut rice, which we all love!

I have passed by this spot for years and never realized it was a restaurant until recently - I…read moreguess I thought it was an Asian grocery or something. Anyway, somewhere I'd heard relatively good things, so I stopped in for take-out when I found myself on this side of town. It was well into the dinner hour but the place was relatively empty - just a couple of people at one table. In retrospect, I should have taken this as a sign. I ordered one of my go-to dishes - pad see ew - and decided to try the fried tofu as an appetizer. I am struggling to find anything positive to say, so I'll just give it to you straight. The pad see ew had barely any broccoli, which to me is essential to the dish. I ordered it with beef - they used steak, but it was cut into tiny pieces and tough - cooked too fast and too well done most likely. The tofu was deep fried hard - as in there was a really hard crust - and it was packaged with absolutely no garnish, just the hard blocks of tofu and a container of sauce. I'm not sure if they've recently changed ownership or if I caught them on a bad day - it just seems weird to me that my experience was so contrary to all of the other reviews. I may give them another chance, but I can't say that I'm going to hurry back.
