Dr. Karlsberg and his staff are always so kind and friendly. I can't believe these negative reviews! I feel bad that I never gave his office a positive review when I could have so many times. I'm coming in to get some broken capillaries removed from my nose and chin. I'll post before and after photos so check for my updated review. I'm going in next week. Here's my before photo. I promise to be very honest in my review. I truly hope this whole "negative reviews" thing is in no way a reflection on his office because some people can get very emotional when they don't get the answers they want. I also feel that he should have had an office visit with me before walking by the me in the surgery room telling me he was going to add a combination of implants size XL to my cheeks. I Never discussed this with him in an office visit!Unfortunately, everything that Dr. Morissette did turned out horrible, and I was botched I spent $12,000 and now it is hard for me to leave the house . She called Dr.Morissette and they got me in the next morning to remove the tooth. The staff was welcoming and sympathetic to my situation. I was scared because I have never experienced anything beyond a cavity. Dr.Morrissette explained everything to me, if I didn't understand something he was kind and simply went over the procedure again. He removed the tooth that morning without any complications. During our visit I noticed he also did cosmetic procedure's. I prompted an interest in Botox, fillers. and peels. Again without hesitation he gave his opinion on things that may help brighten up my features. In no way did I ever feel him pushing me into anything, in fact it was quite the opposite. I did end up doing a TCA peel Botox and had my lips done. I could not be happier with the outcome of everything. Dr. Morrissette has a lot of energy and is confident with his skill. I have to admit, a bit of nerves came on as I was waiting to be seen. This visit was unlike any other doctor's appointment I've ever had. I was immediately welcomed, genuinely welcomed when I walked in the door. The receptionist very nicely walked me through the paperwork and made sure I didn't have any questions. Unlike the usual doctor's appointments, my wait was VERY short. The associate who took me to the back was equally as friendly as she went over my file, asked, and answered my questions. She was very calming and super friendly. Dr. Thacher came in very shortly after and did my check-up. He was very professional and extremely friendly, calming, and knowledgeable. This office is hands down the BEST office staff I have EVER encountered. It was so refreshing to be treated with genuine kindness, and professionalism.
