The appointment went by very quickly. I went for a scalp issue, and the doctor didn't even look at or touch it; she just observed from a distance and diagnosed it. I'm not sure if her diagnosis is correct; I'll have to see. Also, you can get your prescription there --it's friendly and easy.

She very nicely proceeded to give me step-by-step directions before wishing me a great day. When I walked into their Ventura office this morning I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to admit, a bit of nerves came on as I was waiting to be seen. This visit was unlike any other doctor's appointment I've ever had. I was immediately welcomed, genuinely welcomed when I walked in the door. The receptionist very nicely walked me through the paperwork and made sure I didn't have any questions. Unlike the usual doctor's appointments, my wait was VERY short. The associate who took me to the back was equally as friendly as she went over my file, asked, and answered my questions. She was very calming and super friendly. Dr. Thacher came in very shortly after and did my check-up. He was very professional and extremely friendly, calming, and knowledgeable. This office is hands down the BEST office staff I have EVER encountered. It was so refreshing to be treated with genuine kindness, and professionalism. The fact that they actually respect your time by not making you wait 30 minutes to be seen in the waiting room and don't rush through your appointment was something my general physicians' office could learn from. Dr. Morissette and staff are amazing…read more I was grateful to have been sent to Dr. Morissette by my endodontist who was performing a root canal when she realized the tooth was not salvageable. She called Dr.Morissette and they got me in the next morning to remove the tooth. The staff was welcoming and sympathetic to my situation. I was scared because I have never experienced anything beyond a cavity. Dr.Morrissette explained everything to me, if I didn't understand something he was kind and simply went over the procedure again. He removed the tooth that morning without any complications. During our visit I noticed he also did cosmetic procedure's. I prompted an interest in Botox, fillers. and peels. Again without hesitation he gave his opinion on things that may help brighten up my features. In no way did I ever feel him pushing me into anything, in fact it was quite the opposite. I did end up doing a TCA peel Botox and had my lips done. I could not be happier with the outcome of everything. Dr. Morrissette has a lot of energy and is confident with his skill.
