I recently visited TGI Fridays, and overall I had a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly from the moment we arrived. Our server Nickisha was attentive, checked on us throughout the meal, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the portions were generous. Everything was flavorful and prepared just as ordered. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a bit of a wait for our food, but the quality made it worth it. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I'd definitely return. I honestly think TGI Fridays is one of the worst restaurant companies right now. Their website and app are overly complicated and frustrating to use. I have points that are about to expire, and when I tried to redeem them, I was told I could only use two free entrées at a time -- which was annoying but acceptable. Then, for my birthday reward today, the app automatically assigned it to a location in Maryland, even though I live in New York. That's ridiculous. No phone support! I Just took a party of 20 to a different restaurant and decided not to go to TGI Fridays and will probably not ever go back. This kind of broken experience is exactly why they're closing so many stores. Nothing about their stores or their digital platforms feels great -- it's all confusing and unreliable. When I try to pick my store it came up with some chicken place and when I asked the restaurant what that was all about they didn't seem to really know but he said that it was something they did with the online presence but it was also inside the app But it sounded like this chicken place was somewhat associated or affiliated with TGI Fridays. Just a huge turn As for the food, a lot of it is just disappointing. The chicken chunks, pot stickers, and many other items taste like cheap frozen food you can buy at the grocery store. 3/19/2026 Visited TGI Friday's for lunch and had a disappointing experience. I ordered wings with whiskey glaze sauce on the side, and there was hair in the sauce. when the server put it down on the table. I told the bartender and she replaced it, but it was still very off-putting. When the bill came, there was no adjustment until I asked to speak to a manager, and the bartender went to speak with the manager and they only took $5 off, which didn't feel appropriate for the situation. I went to TGIF after not having it for years. Let's just say I see why they been closing down. I ordered the Jack Daniels ribs and shrimp. The ribs were so burnt and dry, I don't know how they thought it was okay to serve that to anyone. I complained about them and did get a fresh rack. The shrimp was so greasy, the breading was falling off and lacked any kind of flavor. Although the place was empty and the waitress only had two tables, we kept having to ask another waitress to get her. Then the bill was all wrong as we was charged full price for happy hour drinks and the kids meal which is free on Tuesdays we were also charged for. When that was brought to the attention of the waitress, she said "let me fix that for you" instead of apologizing for her mistake. read more

Came here only to use a gc that was gifted to me since the location by me closed. I placed an online order for pickup and arrived at the chosen time. Now I know why they had to close down so many of their stores. When I went to the designated pickup area, nobody was there. The restaurant only had a party of 3 at the time. I waited about 10 minutes in front of the kitchen in hopes of hunting down someone to help me. Finally an employee spotted me & said 1 sec. Another few minutes later...the guy who seem to be the manager (busy on the phone) asked me for my name and went to get my order, which just got ready. I got the crispy chicken fingers with seasoned fries & mashed potatoes (it was my all time fave at Fridays) as well as a kid's fettuccine with butter and mozzarella sticks as a side option. The fingers were not as good as I remembered it to be- they were small & dry, still tasty tho with the honey mustard. The seasoned fries were good, mashed potatoes were very salty, fettuccine was bland and the mozzarella sticks were hard & soggy (from the marinara sauce bc the lid wasn't closed tight). Located inside a large shopping center. About ten beers on draft - all macros. Quickly grabbed a seat at the bar. Bartender was very quick. I had a Sam Adams Boston Lager. They had a happy hour at $5 for a full pour for a beer. One of the best happy hours I've come across. Lots of TVs around the bar. read more

Service don't get me started , we waited 10 minutes for seats away from the loud music that will make sure you leave the place with a headache . When your waiting to order , it'll take estimated 15 minutes and they'll walk past you like if your a nobody . Unfortunately, the service warrants a review. I was 6 towns away. I tried calling ahead my order. After 10 minutes of phone being busy and finally getting someone to pick up, someone picks up the phone and has me on hold for 21 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant to find that not only is it not that busy in the dining area, they took they phone off the hook. When addressed with the manager, O'Neil went to expedite my food. Still wanting to give the benefit of the doubt, I check my food to find its less than what I ordered. I had o request the additional chicken that was not in my box. Yesterday, at approximately 5:00 p.m. I went to dine at this establishment (TGI Friday's Valley Stream, NY) with a colleague. We both ordered one drink each during happy hour. She ordered the warm pretzels with the dipping sauce which we shared. The waitresses were attentive and welcoming. However, when we got to the bottom of the dish, we noticed that there were crumbs left from fried chicken. We immediately stopped dining and asked for the waitresses to call the manager. After a few minutes, he came out to the bar area where we were seated. However, he appeared to avoid coming to speak with us. One of the waitresses asked him, "Are you going to go speak with them?" He came over reluctantly. I told him what we ordered and that there were food crumbs at the bottom of the dish that weren't from our order. He listened and asked us what we wanted to do. I told him that we didn't expect to pay for anything after eating from a dirty dish that could possibly make us ill. He told us that he would take off the price for the pretzels ($5.00), but he would not take off the price for our drinks ($5.00 each for a total of $10.00). When I explained that we could become sick from eating from a dirty dish and that it was unacceptable, he wanted to argue with me, insisting that he still expected us to pay for the drinks. We have been there at least once a month over the past few years along with other colleagues, so we were not simply trying to be cheap or avoid paying our bill, but simply standing on principle. The manager continued to argue the point that we should be paying for our drinks. He was unreasonable and unapologetic over a matter that could have resulted in the illness of two patrons that the basic expectation of good food, cleanliness and thoughtful customer service. There was not even an offer of coupons or any gesture of apology for something that was more than an inconvenience. The manager finally resolved the bill issue without charging us the $20.00 and tax. However, he responded by saying "Next time I won't be taking the money off." Why was this even a thought or a response from a manager? With the closing of the other TGI Fridays across the region, I would have thought that customer service would be the priority to the community and customers who patronize this remaining establishment. I will never return to this establishment again. TLDR: DIRTY DISHES AND POOR MANAGEMENT!!! read more

Stopped in after a quick trip to Target for some last minute Easter goodies. Well... we should've went home and cooked because the service was terrible and the food was ok. The waitress took forever to do everything and the best thing was the breadsticks. I guess you live and learn because I saw these bad reviews AFTER we arrived and ordered. I came into this location this evening and was seated. 30 MINUTES go by, nobody asked if me and my party wanted drinks, nobody came by to greet themselves and nobody stopped by to tell us there would be a delay. Somebody from my party went into the restroom and was introduced by this *see photo* while a handful of 5/6 employees were all hanging out by the bathroom and not cleaning it. We witnessed a supervisor yelling at the staff asking how many people does it take to clean a bathroom and it still wasn't done. Another 15 minutes go by and we STILLLL don't get serviced. Needless to say we left. This place is disgusting, the employees need a refresher course. read more

I like it here! When I want a good low key spot to just have finger food, drinks and a good time, I come here. I wouldn't suggest going for actual meals but their wings, fries, mozzarella sticks and drinks have always been great when I come here. Again, this is not a fine dining restaurant lol I highly suggest only getting finger food unless you really want to roll the dice with your meal. So with that being said..... I had a good time recently! I ordered a mango Hennessy that was nice, strong and sweet. A good balance but stay away if you don't like a sweet drink. For food I ordered mozzarella sticks, signature whiskey wings and fries to share. Everything was FRESH AND HOT. The mozzarella sticks have the most stretchy guilt inducing cheese and are SEASONED. So good. The wings are pretty much a sweet bbq with a very light, if any, whiskey kick. Simple but good. The fries were nicely seasoned with salt and pepper. There fries so lol not much to say but they were good. I wasn't stuck with anything cold or stale tasting. It was all decent in flavor. To round everything out, I ordered the Irish cream cake. I believe that's what it's called but don't shoot me if it's not. But WOAH! That dessert was something I wasn't expecting! It was actually so good! The cake was dry, but I believe it was done on purpose given the moist filling and vanilla ice cream PERFECTLY balanced out the whole dish. I forgot I was at TGI's for a second lol seriously a good dessert option if you're coming here. All in all, I had a great time, with a great waitress, some decent finger food and a shockingly enjoyable dessert. Definitely won't be my last time here. read more

Your bartender sucks. I sat down at the bar, I had to ask her for a menu. I watched her assist a patron, she made both of his drinks. She then went back to two customers who were already eating; she took an additional order from them. She spoke to customers that she knew that seated themselves at the bar. She even took the new comers menus without them even having to ask. I had time to speak to a waitress walking by and ask her where her section was and the bartender still never said anything to me. Please bring Fabi back to the bar, at least she acknowledged the customers and made you feel like she wanted the business. And the bar was not busy for a Friday evening. read more
