Wonderful hospitality and excellent service. Delicious food and drinks. Our hostess was a lovely woman but then the gentleman took over O'Neil L he made our drinks so well and delicious. I also enjoyed my sweet chili wings. The oxtail taco 6/10 The shrimp rasta pasta 10/10. An overall good time. Don't let the outside fool you--and don't even try looking for parking. Once inside, my sister and I were warmly greeted by multiple servers, and the vibe was immediately welcoming. Keep in mind this was a Friday night. We sat at the bar where the venue manager and another bartender took great care of us. The staff's camaraderie really stood out and made the experience even better. We ordered the shrimp tacos and oxtail quesadilla, both of which were delicious. There was a small mix-up with the taco portion, but they made it right by giving us extra food, which we appreciated. Drinks were on point, and the DJ was incredible. I'd definitely go back for the food, drinks, and the music. read more

The food was decent & the drinks HIT!!!!!. The music selection could use some improvement. Gratuity is automatically included - ok no problem... What got me was the fact that the waitress told us that gratuity & tip are not the same thing. They both are paid out to the waitstaff. It just seemed like the waitress was trynna get extra money out of us. Was her service good - yes I'll give her that. I understand checking ids against cards being used but to take my card & license & walk away with it? . Not too comfortable with this, especially in a time when identity theft is on the rise. I'm not saying that the waitress did anything sketchy but just something else to make you wonder about. Would I go back, probably but will definitely pay in cash. read more

Went here with my daughter and her besties. We enjoyed. Our wings were delicious. The service was good, the night we went was very calm. This is a nice after work, wind down spot, have a drink (or 2 w/an established designated driver beforehand) have some dinner and vibe out to some music. I will return. read more

I came in here after the long DMV appointment to grab a drink. I ended up meeting Tanisha, her service was excellent! She put me onto the lunch special. I got a pina colada, fried chicken, rice and peas with curry gravy. 10/10, great vibe for a solo person. read more

Good morning. I came in at 7:45. This is my 2nd time to eat not lounge. I thought to give it a 2nd chance. It was poor on the salmon. Waiter was sweet but, it was BBQ sauce only n not jerked salmon. Ur chef cared less. No spice it was BBQ. I ear Caribbean food everyday from many restaurants since I'm friends a a few. We brought it up w the chef and he insisted it jerk sauce. Slice was also pretty small. Ambiance is nice but, the food needs flavor. Not BBQ sauce. The fish dishes second time n the same poor flavor. Presentation pretty but, flavor no. And ur Guava juice is not Guava. Totally different from what I have in my fridge from THE DOOR. Love the owner love ur dj. But food food is the key read more

On November 28th, we went to celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday and nobody came on time. I was feeling down and out about how things ended up turning out. "Then" our waitress for the night (I don't remember her name), when I tell you she looked out for me/us. Because of her my brother-in-law was extremely satisfied/happy. I think her name was Christina. Nevertheless between her and the man at the bar, I would definitely recommend attending this place. A huge heartfelt thank you to those at 12.Six Lounge that helped my sister and I make that night special for him read more

I came there Mother's Day for brunch the food was very good but the service was the worse ever!!! My server name was FiFi well that's on the receipt her attitude was so bad and unwelcoming they need better customer service not going back read more

Watch your credit card!!! A bunch of things were GREAT - but the very last thing rubbed me so wrongly that I was a little disturbed. My friend and I were in NY for the weekend. Queens is a halfway point for both of us. We decided to go to this lounge because my friend saw it pop up in Insta. They offered a Mother's Day brunch and it wasn't too far from our hotel, so we decided to go. Got there 1236 and they were still setting up (cool, we waited because we wanted to support our fellow Jamaicans). We finally got appetizers (which were GREAT), dinner was .... Ok - too salty but we still weren't mad at it. The drinks were good - I'm not a drinker - then we got the bill. $165 for both of us - no issue there. Handed the bartender my card and he ask for ID - cool - then I see that he was typing (huh) - I asked what he was typing and he said he was typing my name - what for?!? That was sketchy but I didn't make a thing of it because I thought it was their policy. I was going to tip, but then I saw that gratuity was already added. Paid, walked out to my car, and then got an alert that I was charged $199!!! Luckily I didn't pull off, so I decided to go back in and question the charge. I got some BS response about "oh, you didn't order oxtail Mac/cheese, it was a mistake that it was added. I am so sorry that happened"! He refunded me in cash. I didn't clock him because I didn't want to cause a scene and embarrass him!!! I am not stupid - my card was charged after I left because they thought I wouldn't notice. And, how could it be a mistake when you handed me a bill with one amount and then add something after I paid. I am not even mad, I am very disappointed because he was so nice and apologetic for the delay. We had plans to return because the vibes were good and the people we're friendly, but after this experience, NEVER AGAIN. read more

Yall NEED to come here !! Music is bomb , ambiance is fire and if you're a hookah person they have that here . The food is so good. Only complaint my friend had is that the oxtail mac and cheese bowl is so small portion. Also food took 20+ minutes to come out , drinks come out fast since seating is near the bar . Definitely good for girls night out , birthday, and date . read more

10/10 service tanisha was so sweet she took care of me and my friend she has a great personality and helped us very much we had a great time

It's very easy to miss this spot, it's nestled in with a bunch of stores right off rockaway blvd. (It's opposite the shopping plaza/Applebees, and if you reach ihop, then you've passed it) Went here for brunch yesterday with 2 friends shortly after 2pm. They were completely empty, but once we were seated, they started filling up pretty quickly! (perfect timing). They have a pre fixe brunch for $45 p/p which includes 2 hours bottomless mimosas, with an appetizer and an entree, definitely a good deal. The service was good. The food was really good and flavorful (just needs some dipping sauce options), the mimosas definitely did the job, and the music was a vibe! They also have hookah ($40 cash or zelle). We ordered the watermelon mint and it was just ok; the flavor was light and lacking. Our waitress said it was her favorite flavor so we made her try it and she agreed it was lacking. She took it back to get fixed but it was still light on the watermelon and tasted like just mint. We had a great time and will definitely be back another time to try out the regular menu and drinks and maybe even hit the happy hour! read more

The hostess was so lost when we arrived. Reservations were made for 430. The restaurant was empty and she didn't know where to sit us. The bartender didn't show up to work until almost 5pm. Tried talking to the manager and asked for the contact information. Hostess kept calling him on WhatsApp, he didn't want to give me his contact information when I was trying to leave the restaurant. If the restaurant opens at 4pm then why does it seem like no one is prepared for customers coming in early. read more

Nice vibes. Tonight is Tuesday and my second time here. Came by last Wednesday after work as well. Nice chill vibes. The amazing hookah is what brought me back shout out to the hookah girl! Ordered a margarita and it was below mid. But I'll come back for the hookah and chill Caribbean vibe. Kitchen closed both times I came but I heard the food is banging. Hopefully I get a chance to try it next time. Nice addition to the neighborhood read more

The service was on point the server Tanisha have such a great personality food and the drinks A+ definitely will be coming back

I heard there was a new lounge in five town that has hookah & knew that I had to check it out. I decided to go with a friend and have a few drinks, had to wait for a seat for a little while but we ended up getting one right at the bar exactly where I wanted to be. We ordered our first round my drink was off something was off about the pineapple after explaining to the bartender she replaced it. Overall the drinks were decent. The hookah was good and lasted while we were there. I believe there was a Dj and the music was good there wasn't dancing but it was a vibe. The bar is super high made me feel really small sitting there it's very unusual. This night wasn't so crowded however all seats were filled. read more

Food and drinks was good Linval was a great server he vibe was nice even tho it was early but me and my friend enjoyed every bit of it

I've been twice. Both times I left happy. The rum punch will have you on your ass but it's good af. I recommend the oxtail quesadilla but the chicken is good too. The bartender and waitress provided good services. They play R&B, hip - hop, and Caribbean music. The table has a 2 hr limit so get there after 8 pm or sit at the bar. read more

A friend invited me to this lounge last Tuesday. When we arrived there were a few people there, some were eating others were smoking hookah. Eventually, more people showed up to play Bingo since they also had a Bingo night that evening. The waitress was friendly. The music was great, they were playing R&Bs and I loved every song! My friend got a Long Island Iced Tea, and Hennessy Sauce Chicken Wings. The Hennessy sauce was really good. I ordered a Pasion Fruit Margarita, it was so good that I got a second one. I also got an order of Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings and since it was a Tuesday I had to try their Oxtail Tacos. The wings were great, crispy, and full of flavors. I liked the tacos too, never had heard of Oxtail Tacos before. I would definitely recommend this place. *The Long Island Iced Tea had a straw made of recycle materials, which is great but my Margaritas had two small plastic straws so they still lost one star. read more

Food is excellent!!! Service devine and the ambiance is great!!!! Check out Lauren margarita'

The place opened at 4pm. I got here like at 6:00pm and was the only person here. The hookah is a separate business and the guy who does hookah didn't come until after 7:00pm. The drinks were good though. The DJ came around 8:00pm. The parking isn't the best. There is about 8 spaces in front the building that the lounge shares with other stores. The service was good though as the waitress constantly came over to make sure we were okay. read more

The food was excellent. All of the food we tasted, including the fried shrimp and chicken tacos, was excellent. Definitely, we plan to return.
