We ordered a few drinks and a few sodas. The soda was not cold. They gave cups with ice after 10 minutes. The slushy straws were too big for the cups. When we got the bill, they advised us to scan to pay online. The bill had gratuity added on it, and when you scan and sign in to pay, it adds another gratuity on the payment site. Imagine paying twice the tips, which is ILLEGAL, by the way, for service you never got. It's a complete shyt show there. The lounge looks like someone's living room. Decorations are not well thought out. The owner definitely took the cheap route, and it extends to the service there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go spend their hard earned money at this place. And all the bartenders do this as though they were trained on the practice. I'm probably going to report this to the NYS Attorney Generals Office.
