When we got the bill, they advised us to scan to pay online. The bill had gratuity added on it, and when you scan and sign in to pay, it adds another gratuity on the payment site. Imagine paying twice the tips, which is ILLEGAL, by the way, for service you never got. It's a complete shyt show there. The lounge looks like someone's living room.
