A brand new sport bar at UBS. Friendly staff, good service and food. Our server, a young girl complimented my skin - so I'll have to brag here ... lol (maybe she was bored ha ha ha ...I did give her my secret: Vaseline - can't live without it.) The nachos is good but the Brussels sprouts is way too sweet for me, the salt lover. Our bathroom is dominated by Billy Joe. This bar is perhaps still developing, taking their small menu from Harrison, a pretty highly rated bar two miles away. Their hours needs to be updated

If I could've left a review with no stars I would have. Had a truly awful expirience last night that has nothing to do with their food or drinks .After a game at the ubs my friend and ride home disappeared on me and didn't know where he was at. I waited for over an hour outside trying to figure out his location. I was freezing alone and very far from home with my cell phone dieing. I entered the ubs again and they advised me to go into the bar and ask for a charger Or just get help. This Fuc$in douche of a bartender said he didn't have a charger. Granted he probably didn't but highly inlikly to work all night and not. He could've asked his coworkers even offer to make a call for me the way he said it to me though was very dismissive as if me crying and needing heIp bothered him. had tears in my eyes and honestly never been scared like that before. This little bald pop belly pig ended up calling security on me when I called him out on how he was acting. He had the nerve to sarcastically say "I thought your phone was dead" as I was using whatever juice was left in my cell to call my for help and to let people know where I was. A security women leant me a charger and another guest helped give location to my sister who was trying to get to me. Never have I been surrounded by grown men who simply didn't care to help someone felt as if he was making a mockery of my situation and he handled it awfully. Being a women crying hysterically and lost, that was truly disgusting behavior for a grown @$$ man and to think he has a mother and possibly other women in his family wouldn't he want them safe? what kind of @$$holes do they hire in this place

I have been living around this neighborhood for a while and I have not even tried stepping into this place-MY LOSS. Parking is not a problem as the joint has a parking lot beside it. My first impression after getting into their door: relaxed, friendly, and chill local bar, with a lively vibe and a decent size bar area. Casual, informal atmosphere, American pub fare with a dynamic, cozy ambiance. Bar offers a good selection of beers and cocktails and seems to be a popular local spot for watching sports or enjoying a casual night out with friends.  Unfortunately I was unable to try their food as me and my friends were already full prior to coming to this joint, but according to my friend who has been here before, he praised their food for being good which includes burgers, fries, onion rings, and wings.  The vibe is cheerful and energetic, they have a live singer, people watching sports on multiple screens, costumers chatting which tend to get louder as the night gets deeper. They have a wide selection of craft beer and signature cocktails. Staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We have enjoyed their different craft beers, costumer and staff friendliness, and the cozy ambiance. Brew house seems to be a solid choice for a laid-back and fun local bar experience in New Hyde Park, especially if you're looking for pub food, cold beer, and a lively atmosphere with events.  Definitely coming back to try their pub food as recommended by my friend.

Finding the huge parking lot in the back was very convenient but I should have walked to the front to avoid the stairs in the rear entrance. We made it inside to find that it greatly resembles a sports bar, with one hundred and one televisions plastered on the wall. Seriously, 100 televisions was enough, that one extra television was the one Domino that set everything in motion. I was so fascinated and trying to watch every television set in sequence. I needed a horses blinder in order to restrict my vision to focus on one televisions. Besides all of that, Trotters has a lively, upbeat atmosphere yet it did provide a touch of romance if you could focus. Santiago was our waiter. Very poised and possessing self-assuredness. Santiago provide exceptional customer service in all areas. His side kick assisted us as well with such professionalism. FOOD* Apps- spinach artichoke dip with corn chips. Blackened chicken platter w rice & broccoli. Chicken parmigiana penne. Lava cake Hot Tea The appetizer was very delicious and offered a desirable taste and the chips were not greasy. I received a generous portion of food that provide a meal for the next day. The blackened chicken was very good and tasty, if I would recommend a dish, this would be it. The broccoli was crisp with the rice as an excellent culinary paring.the lava cake was different. I was thinking it was going to be a hot lava cake but is was good regardless! The night was a good night and we really enjoyed this local treasure trove! Inspire more,Yelp more!

Waitress was friendly and attentive as well Ordered the half rack of ribs and wings combo. It came with fries and cole slaw. Also got the spinach and artichoke dip. Wifey also ordered the margarita as she wanted a drink after a long day. The food was ok. I enjoyed the wings and the ribs were tender. But the picture in the menu made it seem like there would be more ribs. The fries were standard fries and nothing special about them. The dip was ok. Wifey said they needed more salt. I did find them kind of bland. But wifey did enjoy her margarita! As for the place, it was fine. Plenty of seating available. Kinda low lit. The biggest thing that stood out to me was when I used the bathroom. I have never seen so many bathroom flies/gnats inside of a restaurant bathroom before. I quickly used bathroom and washed my hands and got out of there.

The atmosphere is very pleasant and I really liked the decorations and lots of photos. It was quite noisy - there was a football game on, but my husband and I like this kind of atmosphere - otherwise we would go to sports bars. The food and drinks were typical bar fare, deliciously prepared. The chicken wings were generously sized, and the chicken sandwich with fries was perfectly prepared--juicy, on a crispy baguette. I didn't have time to take photos--only of the dining room--because we were all so hungry we wolfed it all down I just wish the manager would increase the number of staff during peak hours, like during a football game. We had to wait quite a while for someone to come to us with menus, then with our order, and the drinks only arrived 20-25 minutes later, just when we were about to leave. The only thing that saved the situation was seeing how hard the waiters and bar staff worked. Plus, everyone was incredibly polite, with smiles. How could you turn down such hospitality? Please, managers, increase the staff a little during rush hour. We'll definitely be back

Housed in a landmark Floral Park building, this gem has a warm ambiance with low lighting, leather booths, and quiet background coffee-sleepy-jazz in the background (Though, as a fan, I wish they hadn't messed with the Sly and the Family Stone's "If You Want Me To Stay" :D). There is an inviting large bar, an open kitchen, and a large private room in the back. The menu is American classics made with premium ingredients. Although his place is known for their single malt whiskey, craft beer and signature cocktails, only one at our table had a cocktail: EZ Money made with gin, prosecco, lemon, cucumber and St- Germain Elderflower Liqueur. I will look at their wine list next visit. As for the food, the garlic bread and calamari did not disappoint. Our table ordered a variety of dishes. A unique rotisserie chicken salad sandwich, a salmon bowl, and an order of mussels. Each dish was a win. I chose a great mesclun green salad and had to try the double smash burger, a mouth-watering proprietary blend of prime chuck, brisket and short rib which I'd have to talk myself out of not re ordering with my next visit.
