It wasn't obvious to me, as a first time customer, that you have to get your silverware and napkins from a station a elsewhere in the large room, but luckily, I had overheard someone else commenting on that before my food arrived. The only possible problem might be parking on busy nights. For example, on this night, a concert was going to start nearby; the dinner crowd was larger than usual, and more parking spots in the area were taken.
