PRESTIGE COLLISION REPAIR…read more +1 (214) 577-5927 10203 Plano Rd Ste 104 Dallas, TX 75238 United States I cannot speak highly enough of Vadim's work. Over the past three months, he essentially rebuilt my car, and the results have exceeded every expectation. It now runs flawlessly and genuinely feels brand new. Rather than addressing only the major issues, he attended to every detail throughout the process and ensured the vehicle was returned in excellent condition. Equally impressive as his technical skill was the sincere care he brought to the work. We contacted him frequently for updates, and he was consistently patient, understanding, and transparent about his progress. He created a welcoming environment and made us feel entirely confident entrusting him with my car. When I picked it up, it was immaculate and looked better than it ever has. His pride in his craftsmanship was evident, as was his genuine happiness at seeing how much the results meant to me, and that kind of character is rare. Moreover, his pricing is exceptionally fair given the level of quality and care he provides. For anyone seeking a mechanic who is honest, highly skilled, and truly committed to doing the job right, I recommend Vadim without hesitation. I am deeply grateful and will be referring him to everyone I know. Thank you, Vadim!

He quickly responded to my request and said 20 minutes and we will let you know. Before he took charge of my car gave me all the information about the process and price. I felt it ws clean wnd clear instruction and that's why I felt comfortable going ahead taking their service. Miles, the owner, told that as courtesy they will give me discount on my oil change next time and mentioned what oil they use which i felt was part of good service communication. I will definitely visit them again if I have any auto work to check and may update the experience.

Would like to have for proof of maintenance when necessary. But also, he put 3000 miles on the windshield sticker. So, I verified that he did put full synthetic and he said yes and that he always puts a 3000 mile sticker on the windshield. That is deceptive right there. I had bought two Groupons for this place and just hoping I'm being too negative, I went ahead and brought 2nd vehicle in today. The owner said that the Groupon is for semi m-synthetic oil. I explained that it states synthetic. He said yes, semi-synthetic. That's not ok. Even on the Groupon page under highlights it says they offer conventional, semi-synthetic and synthetic. My Groupon is for synthetic. Now I am pretty sure he didn't put full synthetic in the 1st car. I just left and got my money back from Groupon.

This shop came highly recommended. Had my wife's BWM towed in for service as BWM was booked. Tommy…read morewas very difficult to understand and all we wanted done was an oil change and a cold start valve replaced. Picked up the car and was handed a bill for $4190.38. We were floored and wanted to know what in the world they did to the car. In very broken engrish, Tommy told my wife and I the timing chain needed to be replaced and told us he could not get a hold of my wife so he preformed the service anyway. Problem is, our car is three years old has 27900 miles on it and is covered by the manufactures warranty. This guy is a crook and a con. Two days after we got the car back, it acted the same way as when we brought it in so we had it towed back to BMW and was told the cold start valve needed to be replaced and so did the water pump. It was now leaking. As it turns out, the timing belt was NOT replaced or even looked at, it would appear they instead replaced the serpentine belt and tried to charge us for the timing belt. Dallas BMW warrantied the repair, replaced the water pump and cold start valve as we asked and the car runs great. We cancelled our AMX charge with Tommy Techs and called and asked for the parts they claimed to have replaced only to now have Tommy claim he could not understand what we were asking for and hung up on us!
