Well, when I dropped the car off at 10:30 she confirmed 5:00 today. At 4:30 I called to see if it was done and she said it's going to take a little longer than I thought but it will be done today. At 5:30 I stopped by and they still hadn't gotten the old one out yet. She said its more complex than I thought but we will get it done before we go home. The car was finally ready at 9:30 pm so I guess give them credit for staying late (ie 2 stars and not 1). On the way home I stopped to get the alternator checked at autozone and they pointed out that the wire to the alternator wasn't even hooked up so it wasn't working properly.
