He quickly responded to my request and said 20 minutes and we will let you know. Before he took charge of my car gave me all the information about the process and price. I felt it ws clean wnd clear instruction and that's why I felt comfortable going ahead taking their service. Miles, the owner, told that as courtesy they will give me discount on my oil change next time and mentioned what oil they use which i felt was part of good service communication. I will definitely visit them again if I have any auto work to check and may update the experience.

I am not knocking Christian Brothers, they are a great company as well, but if you look, you can their overhead is pretty high. That is one of the differences.

This shop came highly recommended. Had my wife's BWM towed in for service as BWM was booked. Tommy…read morewas very difficult to understand and all we wanted done was an oil change and a cold start valve replaced. Picked up the car and was handed a bill for $4190.38. We were floored and wanted to know what in the world they did to the car. In very broken engrish, Tommy told my wife and I the timing chain needed to be replaced and told us he could not get a hold of my wife so he preformed the service anyway. Problem is, our car is three years old has 27900 miles on it and is covered by the manufactures warranty. This guy is a crook and a con. Two days after we got the car back, it acted the same way as when we brought it in so we had it towed back to BMW and was told the cold start valve needed to be replaced and so did the water pump. It was now leaking. As it turns out, the timing belt was NOT replaced or even looked at, it would appear they instead replaced the serpentine belt and tried to charge us for the timing belt. Dallas BMW warrantied the repair, replaced the water pump and cold start valve as we asked and the car runs great. We cancelled our AMX charge with Tommy Techs and called and asked for the parts they claimed to have replaced only to now have Tommy claim he could not understand what we were asking for and hung up on us! Crooks from the word GO!

When I paid my ONLY visit to this location I was in my 20's and there was no such thing as yelp. I am writing this review to give this place the respect they gave me back then. I called ahead as I had a mid engine Toyota mr2. I wanted to make sure they had people who were experienced with my type of car and they assured me they did. It was a 1985 body that I had someone put my 1988 mr2 engine in from my unfortunate accident. When I dropped the car off, the opened both trunks before they finally found the engine. I should have known better. This is why I am writing this review 16 years later: I had a problem with my TPS sensor not working 100% for my car which meant that my car ran but didn't run as well as it could. After several hours I got a call from them to come and pick up my car. When I got in, it would not accelerate properly due to misaligned TPS sensor. I talked to them about it and demanded that they make this right. They talked to me as though I were an idiot and told me I had to pay them the full price for fixing my car even though they made my car WORSE!!!! They threatened me with keeping my car if I didn't pay. I had to adjust my own TPS sensor by myself in their parking lot just to drive home. This was the worst experience I have ever had and now that I am able to Yelp, I can finally have my voice be heard. By the way, I can tell you that I remember arguing with them that I wanted to talk with a manager higher up as they are "National" but they told me that it was just in their name. There is nothing national about them. I hope that they have cleaned up their act since then but I can tell you I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles back to this place for the rest of my life.
