I picked the 2nd one from the top. 20oz bone in ribeye.

Great place for a family dinner or a date or to just sit at the bar and chill. Good food, wide selection. Great service.

When we first got there the hostess told us 25-35 mins but we were seated at 15 mins. Our waitress Melanie is very attentive and sweet. She was fast with getting our order and then bringing it out. The food was good. Couldn't finish it all so went too the rest to go. Melanie definitely deserved a raise and a shout out.

Dinner time!

Love me some Texas Roadhouse anytime!!! My family and I were all vacationing from different parts of the US and from overseas. I suggested we eat here on 11/1/23 after learning they had not experienced eating at this restaurant anywhere. We hung out at Buc-ee's for a little bit holding down our hunger. We arrived right at the opening time of 4pm and there was already a long line. So we waited for about 7 minutes to be seated. The ambiance is lively and can get pretty loud and crowded. I got the salmon with the sweet potato loaded and caesar salad. My Aunt Abby got the catfish with veggies side. My Aunt Norma got the bone-in ribeye steak with garden salad. Aunt Norma's BF, Dom got the prime rib with veggies. side. Everyone loved their food so much we hardly spoke. Haha! We all especially loved the fresh dinner rolls with cinnamon butter. You can literally get full off the bread. Our server was excellent (forgot her name). Would definitely return again when back in town!

We have been waiting for this place to open up and as we saw this place open ground up. This place is always crowded and there is always a 60 to 90 minute wait. If you want to go, I recommend putting your place online. The good news is there is also shopping areas If it is cold outside, their waiting area outside does have heating lamps. We finally got sit down. Prices were actually reasonable and well priced. The bread was great and was warm and fresh. We ended up eating 4 of them and they kept giving us We ordered the 28 ounce ribeye steak and comes with 2 sides. I ordered the chicken fried sirloin. The service was great, but can get crazy as if you request for something, it does take awhile like more water or bread. Food wise, I would say their food is really salty and I usually do not complain on that part for all food. The manager wanted to make it right and I ordered something else like the beef tips. It was mashed potatoes with sour cream. The meat was still very salty, not as much as chicken fried sirloin. I give 5 stars for the management making things right, but the food was not as great as I expecting.

The steak kabobs with rice, it was very good

The service was pretty good, especially because of how busy they were, fresh hot bread ( I know everyone likes the cinnamon butter, but we prefer regular) took a long time to get cocktails, but water was brought out quickly. I ordered the steak kabobs medium with rice and a salad, my husband got the big ribeye medium rare with a baked potato and salad. I wish the salad had come out earlier because I eat slow, but my husband was done with his when the meal arrived. He was asked to cut into his steak to check temp, but declined to do so. Mine was almost perfectly cooked for me, I wanted to try his ribeye but once he cut into it I noticed it was way under done, almost blue. He ate it anyway, but I never did get a chance to try it because of the cook level. He really didn't complain just said next time he may order it medium. All in all though it was a great meal and maybe even worth the $80+ that we spent. I'd definitely recommend it, and I hope next time we go back we get the same young man as our waiter. I wish I could remember his name

I was told that the sides were the amount that was provided by all Texas Roadhouse restaurants.

The food and service have been great every time. The price is amazing during early dine. Yes, it's loud - just like everywhere else.

I'm obsessed with Buc-ee's! It's a must-stop if you're in Texas. It's a massive travel center, with…read moresome locations having over 100 pumps. They've even expanded beyond Texas to places like Tennessee and Northern Virginia. Everything is kept clean, especially the bathrooms. This particular location is on the smaller side, so I can't even imagine how huge the larger locations are. There's a wide variety of souvenirs from apparel and home goods to even pet items. Towards the back, you'll find a deli, a wall of specialty beef jerky, tons of snacks, plus brisket sandwiches and desserts, including fudge. We ended up spending a good amount of time here before getting back on the road. You can sample the jerky. I really liked the Honey Jalapeño and Maple Cherry (on the sweeter side). And don't leave without grabbing the beaver nuggets!

It's close to the highway with easy access. There's a hundred gas pumps. There are multiple entrances to the store. Even at 1pm on a weekday, it was BUSY! Inside, there's that Buc-ee's smell that hits you hard. Candied nuts and fresh brisket. And all the other stuff you can see - jerky and fudge and soda fountains and Icees and a wall of candy. It's practically a ritual. Of course, we had to stop to visit the restrooms. Mrs. K. confirmed that the ladies side was excellent and I could see that the men's side was clean. I love the red/green lights to let you know which stalls are available or not. In addition to the fridge magnet, Mrs. K. added a BUC-EE'S ballcap to the collection along with two bags of the caramel drizzled Beaver Nuggets. Friendly service and everything else about it, just the way it is everywhere else. Awesome. [Review 404 of 2026 - 713 in Texas - 25587 overall]

Charleys Cheesesteaks

I've been to a lot of Charley's and I got to say this is my new favorite of franchises. The food…read morewas not only good but big portions, I ordered small sandwiches got huge sandwiches that were stuffed with meat (where's the beef, you'd have to be blind not to see the mounds on each half that was edge to edge), the regular fries were awesome, the loaded fries were LOADED and so bloody good, the joint was spotless, and the staff were so good and friendly. I asked for rabbit food on one of my sandwiches and actually got lettuce (not a dusting) and two full slices of tomatoes on both halves (that makes 4 slices). The mozzarella sticks were the size of hot dogs and I got four of them. Even though this out of my way I'll be coming back again.

Let me start off by saying I am a fan of Charlie's Cheesesteaks in general, And at the time of our…read morevisit this location was fairly new and had only been opened for about a week or so and they were busy. With that said I'm just going to give my honest opinion on how our visit went. The employee who took our order seemed to be unhappy about something as we received attitude for simply ordering two Philly cheesesteaks combos. (Pleasant employees make happy customers, Unhappy employees make for bad reviews) The dining room was filthy the drink station was nasty and the ketchup dispenser was empty and partially disassembled (broken) and the trash can was full and overflowing. These details are all important because there were no less than 8 to 12 employees only half of which were actually working the other half were milling around. I'm hoping it was just a bad day in the grand scheme of things because I did have high hopes for this location as it is the closest to me. I will revise this review if anything changes but in my experience, they rarely do. as the old saying goes first impressions are everything The only reason I gave them three stars was despite everything above the food did come out as expected, the food was tasty and the portions were the right size for the price. To management or owner: just because you're located in a Walmart doesn't mean you have to manage it like a Walmart. The secret sauce to success for places like In-N-Out Burger, Chick-fil-A, and Raising Cane's is cleanliness, quality control, and enthusiastic employees. One of three isn't good enough

Jones BBQ

Jones BBQ

DO NOT EAT HERE! Jones BBQ is the antithesis of everything…read moreI hold dear and know to be true about the restaurant industry. While driving back from Terrell with my brother he makes mention of the guy who is selling BBQ from his house a few doors down and how it was pretty decent the last two times he tried it. I said something along the lines of," Oh yeah? What is he smoking with?" To which my brother replied, " I don't think he is smoking it, I think its boiled or something. " " Boiled!?" " Yea, but it tastes good!" I love my brother dearly, but upon hearing this BBQ blasphemy I wanted to pull his Native Texan man card and beat him about the head and face in a pugilistic manner. Instead I simply said, " Well I guess I'll have to try it out if you say its that good." *Smirk* We get a few more miles down the road and I see the most asinine cardboard sign on a wooden stake that reads "BBQ and More" in letters that surely could have only been painted by a four year old with a sponge brush. We go maybe one more mile and I easily spot the place my brother was talking of, I was tipped off by the ten other cardboard 4 year old signs staked in and around the property advertising there brisket tacos and BBQ. So I turn in and drive up to the porch, get out and am greeted by a nice man telling me to come on in. I put my head on swivel mode and look for a smoker anywhere in sight, use my giant snause to try and detect a hint of smoke, alas both attempts failed. So I walk into the "restaurant" and am immediately hit with a smell that can only be explained as eau de body odor, bean juice, onions and boiled beef. Trying not to retch I survey my surroundings only to realize I am in a dimly lit walled off portion of this couples home and it looks like something out of my worse nightmare! To my right is a floral print sofa with a hideous coffee table saying just the opposite of "Take a seat and relax" . I'm pretty sure this one whispered, " Have some Hepatitis C and butterscotch. " To my left was the "kitchen" and I use this term very loosely. It amounted to two warming trays and a microwave on a folding table. I begin to think to myself...this guy cannot be legit. I look around and sure enough there is not a health code permit, dba or hand washing sink insight. Its one thing if your selling stuff on craigslist every now and again for a little pocket change, BUT when you are planning on running a roadside business with no inspections or permits, that is completely wrong. So, I steel reserve myself against the smell and after looking at the menu posted on the wall, I tell the owner I would like a BBQ sandwich. Oh and not that I'm the most clean cut of guys, but the owner and his wife both seemed very unkempt and kind of dirty, even though they both were very nice. The Owner ( should I even say owner, seeing as he has no permits?) gets his tongs out, opens a warming tray and begins to pick through the most disgusting looking vat of fat and meat I have ever seen. Think the scene from Motel Hell when you discover whats really in the stew. Just for my own mirth, I ask, " So whatcha smokin with?" Owner," Oh its not smoked, but it has a smokey flavor, its real good, I plan on gettin me a smoker...you know the long ones? And where going to get us a buildin to and do more than just this, chicken fried steaks and such. Do you like fat on your sandwich? Me, " Well, no not really big globs of fat" He hands me what amounts to a wal-mart bun with 4 slices of nasty ass looking sliced beef in a styro container. I'm a nice guy and I'm not in the business of crushing peoples dream's their faces, so I pay for my sandwich ( four bucks, no tax...go figure) and decide I'll just let my brother eat this since he liked it so much last time. I look for some pickles or sauce of some sort and see a sad looking stand with bottled dill relish, mustard and BBQ sauce. I go to sauce the sandwich and just to cherry on top my experience there is a homemade little foil cap I have to take of the bottle first, lmfao! The Owner made sure I got a business card on my way out so I could use him for caterings because I'm pretty sure in his mind he is serving Gods own BBQ. I honestly felt like punching this guy in the face at this very moment for being so damn downright absurd to everything I have worked so hard to learn and understand about the restaurant industry. I was raised right though so I just smiled and told the guy to have a nice day. Then I punched my brother in the face and told him hes an idiot who deserves to get food poisoning from this place and handed him the sandwich. No I didn't punch him...but I did hand him the sandwich :)
