i went to celebrate a birthday dinner celebration at Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the Combo meal 6oz Sirloin Steak with Ribs combo, Caesar Salad with extra croutons and extra Caesar dressing ,Baked Sweet Potato fully loaded and Hot Buttered Rolls. My food overall was good my steak was overcooked/ tough, Ribs, Salad and Rolls were all good. We ordered cocktails they all were good. The service was good our waitress did bring food and drinks out together. But didn't bring out additional rolls we requested. The restaurant was crowded our party was split up in two different areas not close by each other like we were told we would be. Will pick another day of the week of see if it is not as crowded.

This was my first time eating here and and food was really good the service was just not up to par. As a "retired" server I look for certain things when I go to restaurants. We arrived here about 12 and it was packed! Although it was just my son and I we were sat rather quickly. I really dislike that they sat us at those extremely small 2 person tables. We barley had any room for anything. If I wanted more food it wouldn't have been able to fit. Our server which I believe his name was Nelson, who was not attentive at all. Service was not up to par. We didn't get any refills on our drinks the entire time. I did give him our complete order but that didn't mean I wanted my appetizer with my food. So we just sat there waiting and then everything came out at the same time on these small tables. I don't know what they are taught at Texas Roadhouse but I was taught the appetizer is what comes out before the rest of the food. It's not suppose to come out all at once. It couldn't been my fault but hey. One word- PRE BUSS! Whether or not you have table bussers. Who wants to sit there in a complete mess especially at a small table. I had to stack everything just to make room. Now we had to try and eat all of this food and make space because the table was so small. I ordered something to go also which I gave him at the same time I ordered everything else. I think he literally put everything in at one time which is crazy. He didn't check my order the potato wasn't loaded. He never came back so I couldn't ask him for the other condiments and had to stop another server. He also never told us that we had to pay on the machine at the tables so again just sat there waiting and he never came back. It's just the small things that make a difference with the experience you have, especially since I had never been there before. Now the food! I ordered the ribs for the appetizer and they were amazing my son loved them as well. I ordered him the steak bites with fries and I ordered the 12oz Ribeye and Shrimp. The steak was cooked perfectly , a nice size and was well seasoned. I will be back here for sure hopefully we get a bigger table and I can try more items and even get an alcoholic beverage. The manager did come check on us very prematurely before everything went wrong so I just think she should make an effort to check on tables once their food has made it. Other than that I'd like to come back.

We always join the wait list online before going but it's always still 30 mins or so. We went for lunch this time and if it's m-f they have a good selection for $12. Always the friendliest servers. I had the chicken fried sirloin and my husband had the chicken fried chicken. Both came out hot! The mashed potatoes were really flavorful as well. Just use the kiosk on the table to check out . It's so easy!

    Medium steak.

This ish was so dry and over cooked I actually didn't even eat it... Cut it up and gave it to my dogs. Was terrible. Silverware was also dirty. Party behind us left due To all of the silverware being dirty too

Our server, JAYLA, was amazing and VERY helpful. She's the only reason I rated my experience higher than a 1 star. The salad was the only flavored thing I received. How can a sweet potato not be even somewhat sweet? The steak was beautifully grilled, but so very bland and NOT medium well. Sheesh, boxed Kraft mac n cheese is better than that uncharged stuff they call macaroni. So disappointed.

In town for business trip this week and decided to stop by for dinner. The food was absolutely amazing - each dish was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. I had the Sirloin 6oz steak well done, grilled shrimp, sweet potato with marshmallow and cinnamon. Let me not forget that I also had the famous Texas Roadhouse roll with extra butter. The atmosphere was energetic and inviting, even with the rainy weather outside, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day. The ambiance was comfortable, though my server's voice was a bit loud almost like she was speaking across the room. Despite that, she was friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic choice for dinner and I'd definitely recommend it!"

In BR for work. Texas Roadhouse is usually pretty consistent. I'm a fan of the 8oz sirloin with mushrooms, a baked potato and a side salad. Add a side of ribs on that, and that's a pretty good meal. Since that's what I get most of the time, I usually don't even need a menu. The service was great, although a little slow at first. He was really nice, so I'll let the speed slide this time. Texas Roadhouse gets pretty busy, so it can be a bit loud in there. All in all, it was a good experience. I would recommend it.

This place is always a treat. We got on the waitlist ahead of time via the website and that was such a good idea because we didn't have to wait outside forever! The food was amazing per usual and our waiter was very attentive!

I've been here multiple times with my girlfriend and it has been nothing short of amazing. Every time we go there we have a good time whether it is busy or not. The steak and rolls were both great and service was quick

Rainy afternoon BBQ run turned into one of the best meals we've had in a long time…read more We swung by to grab food and somehow ended up with a full spread and enough to share with the neighbors. Honestly, every single thing we tried hit. The ribs were dialed in just right. Not falling apart, but that perfect bite where they pull clean off the bone. You can tell they know exactly what they're doing on the pit. Pulled pork was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. But the real standout for me was the burnt pork ends. Absolute game changer. Crispy, caramelized, smoky... slamalamadingdong. I could've eaten a whole tray of those. Brisket was legit. Moist, rich, and packed with that deep smoke flavor you're always hoping for. No dryness at all, and the fat was rendered perfectly. Loved that. Sausage was good, just not my personal favorite. I'm a Louisiana sausage guy so I'm a tough critic there, but it definitely wasn't bad. Sides and extras were on point too. Pickles, onions, mac and cheese, sauce... everything complemented the meat without getting in the way. But those mustard greens? I'd go back just for a tub of that. So good. Slamming. Something about grabbing great BBQ in the rain just made the whole experience even better. If you're anywhere near this place, don't overthink it. Order more than you think you need. You'll be glad you did. We'll definitely be back.

They have jerk chicken on the menu and, being a huge Caribbean foodie and skeptic, I asked to sample the sauce. It was NOT Caribbean jerk flavor at all. Instead, we opted for the chicken combo platter and the brisket tacos... Brisket. Tacos. Did I mention I am a skeptic? The brisket taco came with brisket and cheese on a soft tortilla. The brisket was decently seasoned and the portions were adequate. It was served with chips and salsa which, on top of being really salty, had competing flavor profiles for me so I didn't eat them. The bang for the buck goes to the chicken combo platter that had two leg quarters +2 sides. The chicken was large, well cooked, smoky and tender. Flavor was not as pronounced as I prefer but it was good. Overall, the experience was good.

They have been featured on Food Network's "Diners, Drive In's, and Dives" and have the pictures with Guy Fieri prominently displayed to prove it. The interior is eclectic, which is comforting. While BBQ is the main emphasis here, there are a number of other things on the menu. One of these that's really popular is the seafood stuffed potatoes. These are gigantic baked potatoes that come with shrimp or catfish, with our without crawfish étouffée. Seafood is a definite option here, and one can have it on Friday or any other day. But let's discuss the BBQ. They have smoked turkey that's never dry, and this is great in a sandwich or plate. The smoked wings are another favorite of mine. Then there is the smoked meatloaf, which is great in po-boy form. The ribs and brisket are also very worthy options. I think a two meat plate is a good way to enjoy the BBQ as it allows variety in tasting! Then one has to be pleased by the wide selection of sides. Variety is always great, especially when it includes uncommonly great options like fried green beans, red beans and rice, and Cajun Dirty Rice. The redfish was flaky, fresh, and beautifully seasoned with a proper blackened crust. It was absolutely drenched in a rich lemon butter sauce that tied everything together perfectly. The restaurant was PACKED when I arrived around noon on a Tuesday, which I later learned was likely because they were serving birria tacos that day. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of crowded restaurants, but honestly, the amount of traffic speaks for itself. People clearly come here because the food is worth it. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and the restaurant itself was clean... floors, tables, everything looked well maintained despite how busy it was. Service was excellent.
