i went to celebrate a birthday dinner celebration at Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the Combo meal 6oz Sirloin Steak with Ribs combo, Caesar Salad with extra croutons and extra Caesar dressing ,Baked Sweet Potato fully loaded and Hot Buttered Rolls. My food overall was good my steak was overcooked/ tough, Ribs, Salad and Rolls were all good. We ordered cocktails they all were good. The service was good our waitress did bring food and drinks out together. But didn't bring out additional rolls we requested. The restaurant was crowded our party was split up in two different areas not close by each other like we were told we would be. Will pick another day of the week of see if it is not as crowded.

The service here on a Friday and weekend is always terrible. The food was pretty good! I had a steak and rib combo with Caesar salad, and loaded potato. We also ordered other items. The drinks here are always amazing! My favorite is the Jamaican cowboy. I tried it on the rocks for the first time and liked it better than the frozen! This is a casual dining restaurant where most seem to love to go for birthday celebrations!

This was my first time eating here and and food was really good the service was just not up to par. As a "retired" server I look for certain things when I go to restaurants. We arrived here about 12 and it was packed! Although it was just my son and I we were sat rather quickly. I really dislike that they sat us at those extremely small 2 person tables. We barley had any room for anything. If I wanted more food it wouldn't have been able to fit. Our server which I believe his name was Nelson, who was not attentive at all. Service was not up to par. We didn't get any refills on our drinks the entire time. I did give him our complete order but that didn't mean I wanted my appetizer with my food. So we just sat there waiting and then everything came out at the same time on these small tables. I don't know what they are taught at Texas Roadhouse but I was taught the appetizer is what comes out before the rest of the food. It's not suppose to come out all at once. It couldn't been my fault but hey. One word- PRE BUSS! Whether or not you have table bussers. Who wants to sit there in a complete mess especially at a small table. I had to stack everything just to make room. Now we had to try and eat all of this food and make space because the table was so small. I ordered something to go also which I gave him at the same time I ordered everything else. I think he literally put everything in at one time which is crazy. He didn't check my order the potato wasn't loaded. He never came back so I couldn't ask him for the other condiments and had to stop another server. He also never told us that we had to pay on the machine at the tables so again just sat there waiting and he never came back. It's just the small things that make a difference with the experience you have, especially since I had never been there before. Now the food! I ordered the ribs for the appetizer and they were amazing my son loved them as well. I ordered him the steak bites with fries and I ordered the 12oz Ribeye and Shrimp. The steak was cooked perfectly , a nice size and was well seasoned. I will be back here for sure hopefully we get a bigger table and I can try more items and even get an alcoholic beverage. The manager did come check on us very prematurely before everything went wrong so I just think she should make an effort to check on tables once their food has made it. Other than that I'd like to come back.

We always join the wait list online before going but it's always still 30 mins or so. We went for lunch this time and if it's m-f they have a good selection for $12. Always the friendliest servers. I had the chicken fried sirloin and my husband had the chicken fried chicken. Both came out hot! The mashed potatoes were really flavorful as well. Just use the kiosk on the table to check out . It's so easy!

Confused as how this is justifiable. This is a steak with fries, on top of an ADDITIONAL side of fries. It would have never been served this way in person. Whoever is training the employees needs to do better. And I need a refund.

Our server, JAYLA, was amazing and VERY helpful. She's the only reason I rated my experience higher than a 1 star. The salad was the only flavored thing I received. How can a sweet potato not be even somewhat sweet? The steak was beautifully grilled, but so very bland and NOT medium well. Sheesh, boxed Kraft mac n cheese is better than that uncharged stuff they call macaroni. So disappointed.

In town for business trip this week and decided to stop by for dinner. The food was absolutely amazing - each dish was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. I had the Sirloin 6oz steak well done, grilled shrimp, sweet potato with marshmallow and cinnamon. Let me not forget that I also had the famous Texas Roadhouse roll with extra butter. The atmosphere was energetic and inviting, even with the rainy weather outside, making it a great spot to unwind after a long day. The ambiance was comfortable, though my server's voice was a bit loud almost like she was speaking across the room. Despite that, she was friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic choice for dinner and I'd definitely recommend it!"

    Medium steak.

This ish was so dry and over cooked I actually didn't even eat it... Cut it up and gave it to my dogs. Was terrible. Silverware was also dirty. Party behind us left due To all of the silverware being dirty too

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stellar customer service that set the tone for our entire experience. Our waiter, Justice, was truly delightful. It was an absolute pleasure being served by him. He was incredibly friendly, patient and attentive, especially with our party of 14, which included children. His attention to detail and welcoming demeanor stood out, and his positive energy elevated our experience. Justice went above and beyond, and his efforts did not go unnoticed! The entire staff working on Saturday, April 4 was top notch. Everyone we encountered was warm, helpful and professional. From the food and drinks to the atmosphere and overall service, everything exceeded our expectations. I can say this was a 5 Star Brunch experience. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Louisiana!

We specifically found this restaurant because we searched online for gluten free restaurants, so we were excited to see that you offered a separate gluten free menu. However, there are some serious issues with the accuracy of that menu that need to be addressed. When we asked about the pork rinds brought to the table, we were told they are fried in the same oil as everything else. That in itself is your choice as a restaurant, and we understand cross contamination can happen. We were also told the french fries are cooked in beef tallow in a separate fryer, but they are not considered gluten free, which is why they are not listed on the gluten free menu. Again, that is completely understandable. What is not acceptable is having items listed on the gluten free menu that are not actually gluten free due to cross contamination. The pork rinds and cheddar filled tater tots were both listed on the gluten free menu despite being fried in shared oil with gluten containing foods. For someone with celiac disease, this is not a small mistake or a dietary preference issue. My husband has celiac disease, and if he had eaten the pork rinds based on trusting the gluten free menu, he could have become extremely ill and potentially needed hospital care. Our daughter has gluten sensitivity, and she would have been sick for the rest of the night as well. Many people still treat gluten free as if it is just a fad diet, but for people with celiac disease, it is a serious autoimmune condition that causes real physical harm. To the OWNER: please educate your staff and kitchen on what gluten free truly means, and update the menu so customers can trust it. People with celiac disease should not have to risk getting sick because menu items are mislabeled.

The crawfish were flavorful, seasoned well, and priced right, which is honestly the perfect combination when you're sitting down ready to eat. They had that messy, not really spicy, addictive quality that keeps you reaching for "just one more" until the tray is empty. I also tried the buffalo wings. They weren't that great, if I'm being honest, but I was hungry so they got the job done. The crawfish are clearly the star of the show here anyway. The atmosphere felt relaxed and unpretentious, exactly the kind of place you want for seafood with friends, cold drinks, and a table full of shells piling up by the minute. If you're wondering whether I'll be back, I already have.

We were in a large alcove at the back of the restaurant. It was spacious and elegant, even with the table ended up being almost entirely filled. Our waiter was enthusiastic and patient with our large party. Refills and check-ins were timed well. The drink selection was pretty extensive. Food was delicious and all delivered within minutes of one another (no one was stuck waiting for long). Burger was cooked to perfection and not TOO hot. I hate when food is so hot in temperature that you can't take a bite. The chocolate cake was good, but the whip cream tasted kinda fake/oily. The cake itself was medium density and had a slightly salted finish. It paired perfectly with the frosting which was very rich and extra sweet. A delightful pairing. For my drink, plus a double shot of whiskey, the burger and dessert, it came to just over $100. That feels expensive. Take that as you will. I wouldn't return mostly due to price. But quality on everything was great, and so was the service. Atmosphere was great too.

The lounge section was also closed due to a private party. Understandable but we wanted to have an after dinner cocktail. Overall we'd go back and sit at a regular table.
