We went there after a long hike during the weekend. Even I know they have been there for a long time but I never tried it. We order the fried onions, I had the chicken and my BF had the steak. We had a great experience a few months back (that's why I'm giving them 3 stars). Our last experience, not so good and neither was the food. The food tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill (bitter with a Smokey tar flavor), the guy that was our waiter knew very little about the food, options available, and specials (he got part of the order wrong and then just shrugged it off rather than try to correct the issue).. Texas Roadhouse is definitely, a place you should not only try but consider for a great night out. Although they can be just a wee bit pricey (depending on what you order), the food, atmosphere and service are usually, really great. It can be a little loud in there however this can be attributed to how much fun everyone seems to be having there. One of my favorite items there are the rolls which are extremely, delicious to me as I'm a major "bread head". Bottom line, this place is a fun place for friends, family, or to show your fun side to your business associates. read more

Our congregation of 9 entered into this sacred beef-based institution at approximately 7:58pm. We were immediately welcomed by the large, bodacious, taxidermied moose mounted mightily above the main entrance (FYI, his snout is quite reachable; make sure to size him up first). The hostesses decided to rend our fellowship in twain by dividing us into 2 tables. As you can see by the attached jpeg images, this place was JAM PACKED. Our server, Katie, did a phenomenal job. We had enough rolls to feed the 5000, my cup ranneth over with beverage, and she even offered us to-go bread. What a dashing damsel and servant of the people Katie is. As Jesus said, a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand. And since our party was in fact divided, I hereby declare this Texas Roadhouse, 50% yucky/50% yummy. Every time I eat here it feels like I'm bothering the employees. No one smiles or greets you warmly at any point, it's very odd.

Ordered, medium rare sirloins for the girls and a medium world for myself. The girls steaks came out very rare. Mine was well done. The waiter couldn't have been better. He returned it, but it came out the second steak still and the girls one was good and one was very tough and fatty. So I would have to say it was a 50-50 split. read more

The service was a 10 out 10 thanks to Charles! He is an excellent server. My fiancé and I spilt their 8oz Sirloin, Ribs, and baked potato with green beans. The chef nailed the cook for a medium rare. I'm impressed! We went on a Saturday night, used the online waitlist and only waited about 10 minutes after arriving. The lot was full and several people were outside so we were pleasantly surprised. Sirloin and a baked potato (theirs is the BEST- That salt on the skin is just so lovely with the potato!!) and broccoli....it is actually a healthy meal and very filling. The meat is juicy and always cooked to perfection! The broccoli had so much flavor!!!!!! I came here on a Monday evening around 5 o'clock. There was no wait. We are properly seated. We had a booth. It was in great condition no rips or tears. The floors were kept up with there was no food or anything like that on the floors, it looks like a very well-maintained restaurant. I had ordered a side salad with balsamic dressing, but I was unsure of which dressing I wanted. I ended up picking the white balsamic but the server brought me both so I could try them. It was very sweet and kind of him. I ordered Parmesan chicken for the first time and I was so impressed. Definitely my go to order from now on. it was so delicious and the 9 ounces was plenty. I also had the asparagus for the side and it was so flavorful I ate everything on my plate. Texas Roadhouse is a great place to eat. I especially find comfort there late at night to stop and eat. My favorite dishes I'd have to say are the steak kabobs and the hamburgers. I most often get the steak kabobs with a cup of chili, and it hits the spot. And, I love the armadillo mascot that occasionally comes in, if that's what the mascot is. I also enjoy looking at the drink menu under adult beverages to get an idea of something to make at home and open up my repertoire. Plus, another one of my favorite things about this Texas Roadhouse are the urinals in the men's restroom. They're the elongated urinals that touch the floor and I love using those. The food, the service and even the copy of my receipt were all of the poorest quality. My receipt is barely legible for me to get itemized for a business expense. The server didn't even include her name and I couldn't locate a legible receipt # to even file a complaint with TR. After a lengthy wait once I placed my order, I got a barely warm steak, a barely warm baked potato that wouldn't even melt the butter and both of those arrived before I I got an old, warm salad. I arrived tonight at approximately 8 PM and the restaurant wasn't even half full. There was zero reason for this other than lack of any pride. The staff made no attempt to review quality at any point and, as mentioned above, nobody even wanted to claim this atrocity. Very bad mark on the Texas Roadhouse brand. Got in quick 5:45 on a Friday. Seated and had drink orders. No issues with either of our orders between steak, chicken, salad, and ribs. Wasn't a fan of "cactus water" tasted like, well, water Ft Worth Ribeye topped with mushrooms was very good (medium) as was mashed with cheddar and bacon bits with a side of gravy. A little on the salty side overall but that's how I like it; others at the table felt it was a little salt heavy for them. As far as ambience it's a chain TRH so they are all the same, no surprises. I've always had great dining experiences at this location, however my experience when applying for a job here was among the worst application/interview experiences I've ever had. For background, I am a college student, and was looking for part-time employment, and had a reference in connection to this restaurant. The application in itself took between 3-4 weeks to process, and when I showed up for the interview I was met with blatant and obvious disrespect. The male manager, who was among the biggest tools I have ever met in my life, took forty minutes to grace me with his presence, only to tell me that I would "be difficult to train" in the host position, which he hires 15 year old girls for. I told him I would be open to any position, and was left with bussing, so I waited for a different manager, who was nice on the surface level. During my interview, I expressed that I was interested in the work culture there, which the managers took as me being "lazy." The managers then both gossiped like little girls to my reference/friend about how I blew the job interview with those words and then misconstrued my words to embarrass me to my friend. Now, I know that to ask to be hired as a young man at a chain restaurant isn't a guarantee, but I would like to be treated with general respect and professionally, no matter where the job application is. The whole experience left me disgusted, embarrassed, and frustrated, and I hope I am the only one who had such a negative experience. Big F U to the male manager. read more

Asked them to make cook it longer and of course by the time they cooked it again it was extra charred, black and just bad tasting even with the correct temperature.
