It's been a minute since our last visit so we decided to dine for dinner. It wasn't too busy but steady. Hostess was nice and addressed up right away. We were seated immediately. Tables and resturant was clean and our server was very attentive. I was disappointed that a few menu items were no longer available but what we ordered was still good. Hubby loved their street corn on the cob. While they removed the cob, they still have street corn but nibbles in a bowl. He said it was still good but not as good as the cob. One of my favorite was the tostada nachos. Instead they have the Chicken bacon nachos. I ordered not expecting much but wow, they exceeded my expectations. Not your typical nacho. The cheese is bold and different. There was a lot of bacon which was a bit much but overall, pretty good. I would order again for sure. The star is their monthly $6 margaritas. I'm typically not a sweet cocktail person but something about chilis margaritas, I can't resist. They are made just right. I can never have just 1. Also, the best guacamole from a non Mexican resturant. Would definitely dine again. read more

Another 5 stars! I don't know why, but Chili's just isn't on my radar all that often, but then when i do go, I am reminded just how amazing this place is! Stopped in for dinner on a weeknight. The place was pretty busy, which is usually a good sign. For a starter I had to get the Nashville hot mozz, and it was tremendous as always. I stand by my previous comments that this is my favorite "mozzarella stick" type appetizer from any restaurant period. Next up was the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. These were absolutely FANTASTIC! I hadn't had them in so long, that this was a real treat / eyeopener for me. I simply LOVE the combination of the crunchy chicken tenders and the sweet heat from the Honey chipotle glaze. When dipped in ranch the combo it a true flavor bomb! We also got chips and salsa for the table which was also perfect. I love the fact the the chip are warm and perfectly salty. Even the salsa was really good and flavorful. (I prefer the skillet queso, but this time kept it simple) My guests ordered both the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, and the plain chicken crispers with t few different sauces to dip them in. All in all everything was fantastic. I simply can not praise the food here enough. Bottom line... Chilis really is a jack of all trades when it comes to offering truly mouthwatering menu that ranges from some of the best appetizers around, to fajitas, pastas, steak combos, chicken sandwiches, amazing chicken tenders, and truly HUGE burgers. The Big QP had a lot of burger and it was very juicy too. We were there around 1:30 in the afternoon. Chili's was a busy place the evening we went to eat dinner. It was a full of energy. I had not been to Chili's for several months. Our waiter, Carl, was an excellent waiter. He helped us get the hang of the specials on the menu. There are various options available so we got what we wanted. The food was average but they have some new dipping sauces to try. The ranch dressing was good. But the item you want to try is the Southwest dipping sauce. It is a melted cheddar with a Southwestern seasoning. If you've tasted Rotel dip, these dips are similar. I tried it on the chicken, the potato's and on the quesadillas. All were improved by the use of the cheese sauce. My guest had the same. Dinner I did with different ingredients. I am giving four stars as mine meal was five stars, but my husband was three so we will meet in the middle. To start with we ordered a appetizer of chips and salsa. If you go to Chili's, even ever once a while, make sure you download their app. They send you special deals every once in a while and you always have the free chips and salsa on the app with your meal. It normally cost $6.29 but you get this free. Their chips are just about the best. I love them. They are very thin and served warm and salty. The salsa is also taste very fresh I ordered the '3 for me meal', this is located on the back of the menu. I ordered the Old Timer burger with cheese, iced tea and baked potato soup. You get all of this for $10.99. You cannot beat this deal.. It is such a good economic option. My burger was cooked perfectly and it was a basic burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato and all the toppings on it. It came with a generous portion of really good seasoned fries Baked potato soup was very tasty and a good size portion. After the chips and soup, I can never finish my meal. I always wind up bringing half of it home for lunch the next day. It heats up perfectly in the air fryer. My meal was definitely five stars. Everything was perfect with it. My husband ordered the grilled Santa Fe salad. This salad is $14.69. While it tasted okey. The serving size has shrunk dramatically. I've included a picture of it. This was after he cut it up and he moved some to the side so you could see the shallow plate. He had not yet eaten any of it yet. it is definitely not the size of a $14 salad should be. They used to have a buffalo chicken salad that was delicious and much larger but it seems like all of their salads have shrunk. Lettuce does not cost that much. I don't know why they are so much smaller now. We definitely will not be at ordering the.'Big' salads here again. Chili is one of our few chain sit down restaurants that we eat at. We typically tried to eat at the local places. We normally get pretty good service here and the atmosphere is good. It's a good place to go and sit in the bar area if there's a sports game on because they have lots of TVs to watch it. read more

My friends and I went here today for some good grub, and were not disappointed in the slightest. We always enjoy the food, and I have yet to find a problem with the cleanliness, but today's service was just impeccable. Without realizing, we ended up sitting at the table hours after eating, chatting and having a good time. Rather than get an attitude (which we wouldn't have blamed you for in the slightest) we were treated so well. Countless refills and checkups showed how kind they truly are. My husband and I dine at this location often. We enjoy the 3 for me options that start at $10.95. It includes an appetizer, entree and drink off the menu. We most recently dined in a Friday around 5pm. No wait for a table, however, when we left there were quite a few waiting. I ordered the 3 for me upgrading with a margarita for $3 more, the Old Timer burger subbing with a black bean burger with broccoli as my side and salad as my appetizer. Excellent as always! Went to Chili's on a weeknight. I kept seeing the queso on TikTok and got influenced to try it. I ordered the 3 for me with Diet Coke, White Queso, and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. So the food was a little salty but it was actually very good. I particularly liked the queso and the very thin fresh tortilla chips. My server was slow at first but then she got with the program and was very attentive with diet coke refills. I over ordered but the food was good. I probably wouldn't order the quesadilla again but I thought the queso and chips were fire! I'm sure I'll be back. read more

Would never come back. Food extremely overpriced for low quality (chicken fajitas, burger) and the rice and beans that came with the fajitas were no good. Everything was super salty. There we no prices on the drink menu and our bill came out to 20 dollars just for two drinks (reg marg and skinny marg) that were very unsatisfactory. I do wish they would not put diced tomatoes in the house salad, but I can pick them out. If you have little ones, check Chilli's for deals. They often offer great meal deals for the youngsters. We got a gift card for Christmas for Chili's, and we were both like WTH are we going to do with this? In mid-January, we gave the Fenton location a try because it's the closest to us, expecting the worst from a casual chain restaurant. We enjoyed it so much that we brought friends back with us tonight! I thought the first time was probably a fluke and it wouldn't be as good this time, but I was wrong! Both times I ordered the same double bacon cheeseburger, and both times it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and delicious! Everything we had was excellent, from both of our entrees, the chips/salsa/queso, the fries, the service, the clean, warm atmosphere... Our server tonight went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and even went the extra mile to take care of our mobile app rewards without us having to use the little table machine to pay. When we were all finished, I called the manager over to compliment him on the service and quality we had received. He told us she had only been serving about 2 weeks! I highly recommend this location, and I can't believe I'm saying that about a national chain restaurant. Definitely sign up for the app, because at the very least every time you visit, either your drink or chips and salsa appetizer is free. Not only did we get that tonight, but we also walked away with a free kids meal and a free dessert as rewards! We will definitely make this location a part of our regular routine. read more

Just because you put some chicken, peppers and onions on a sizzling platter doesn't make it fajitas. I got a precooked sliced breast of chicken (not grilled or charred) on top of mushy peppers and onions (not grilled or charred). That kind of chicken belongs on a salad at best. Everything was flavorless on top of that. Absolutely horrible and a waste of $17. They just need to take that dish off of the menu. If I ever go back there I'll just get a burger. read more

However- I am now not able to eat gluten and their menu is not equipped for gluten free food, as most of the same fryers and grills are used for everything. U was severely glutened last evening. Worst experience ever! My wife and I have been going to Fenton Chili's for years. At least once a week. Tonight we came in sat in the bar area. Told waitress we needed another minute 10 minutes go by waitress busy doing other things We get up all hostess to seat us in the dining room. We sat for at least 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged us. The waitress name was Jen Took my wife's order and was in a hurry. I didn't even tell her what I wanted she took off. Finally I flagged her down and said you never took my order? She said yeah burrito. No said No that's my wife's order I gave her mine. My wife got her salad. "No utensils" We wait another 10 minutes trying to get her attention. Even made eye contact several times. Finally she stopped by and we told her we needed forks. Got our food. Every time sheet came by she was rushed. I felt horrible asking for anything because that's how she made you feel. She said I'll be back with more chips and salsa. We went to Chilis at 7:40 tonight. A Monday. Got seated. After 5 minutes, a server came to our table and said "Drinks?" Came back, set them on the table and left. 10 minutes later she was getting a complaint from the people behind us, "cold food and horrible". Looked over at us and said, "Be right with you". Another ten minutes goes by and she walks past us, " Be right with you". At this point it was a game for us, our drink glasses were empty, so we decided to see how long it would be. 25 minutes later we got up to leave, lady across from us says, "good decision"!! Server sees us and says "Oh you guys......" 55 minutes later we walked out the door. This place was not busy and she was not a new server. What the hell Chili's? 55 minutes of staring at an empty glass and a menu? We will stick with the Kirkwood location. The Fenton location doesn't want our business. read more

We went there last night and it was awful. First, the two hostesses said we could sit on the bar side as long as it was a clean table. (What??) That was at 8:15 p.m. Sat for at least 20 minutes before our server even came over to get our order started. Only four people at the bar. Bartender was on his phone or counting tip money while one side of the bar had dirty glasses. Watched a busboy take all the dirty dishes from one table and put them at another table with other dirty dishes. There were at least five tables that needed to be cleaned. I guess he was too overwhelmed to finish cleaning any tables. Ordered the new Chicky, Chicky Blue Sandwich. Not one crumble of blue cheese to be found. Had to ask for silverware. Hard to eat ribs without silverware. It was so disappointing and I feel bad because I suggested we go there. Don't think I'll be choosing Chili's again. read more

You get what you pay for. I'm not a huge fan of Chili's but when meeting a bunch of family members this restaurant can offer many different choices to please everyone. Even though they have the healthy options menu they do not offer many great tasting options. I special ordered a Vegetarian Fajita with no sour cream or cheese. I found it odd that they have chicken, shrimp and steak fajitas but no vegetarian option on the menu even though all of them contain the vegetables needed to make the vegetarian option. You have to ask for it specially. When I received my fajitas they were room temperature and the broccoli was way undercooked (almost raw). I think the reason my fajitas were cold was because they served the first half of my table and then did not bring out the rest of our food, mine include, until 15 minutes later. I also asked my waitress if they had hot tea available. She said "Yes". I asked "What kind do you have?" She said "Some off brand kind." with a chuckle. I did not find it funny but I guess she did. I asked for hot water with lemon instead and every time she had to refill my cup she would say "It may take a minute since I have to go get hot water from the bar." and "it takes so long to fill this up." It was like she was backhandedly asking me to change my drink choice. I did not have a great experience here but I will most likely be back because of family outings. read more
