All wires hidden properly, cameras installed securely, and adjusted perfectly. Great value for all the hard work and high quality craftsmanship he puts into the install. Hundreds of feet of wiring and cabling later - our home now has almost 360 degrees of coverage. Good peace of mind from the cameras, and good peace of mind from his installation. Thanks sir!

1Control AV really is as good as it gets. After dealing with no less than 5 Control4 Dealers, I…read morefinally found a winner with 1Control AV. Customers sometimes ask for things that may solve a short term problem but creates another down the road. 1Control AV kept me from making a bad situation worst by first focusing on the network before making changes to the system. You know your network is solid when no one in your family complains anymore about their WiFi being down! Next we focused on cleaning up the mess the previous 4 dealers created. 1Control AV provided options with associated costs and we picked an approach that worked based on how we use the system. I have a home theater, distributed audio, integrated security, climate control and lighting. They did what they said they were going to do at the cost they said it would be. Very responsive even on weekends and after hours! The Control4 support center should have 1Control AV on speed dial! 1Control AV is my go to experts for Networking and Home Automation and I will definitely use them again.

initially inquired about getting help installing a better router than the standard one issued by…read morethe internet company and james from love tech told me he could install it and that the router would be faster, able to auto correct and broadcast a signal across the whole house. after 3 weeks, and james still not being able to get out and fix the issue, our tenants were getting tired of crappy internet... we pay for 1gb internet speeds... I found out that he also took our $773 and went to Florida on vacation leaving us for a week without internet. the job was pretty simple. move the router to a place that signal could be broadcasted across a 1600 sq ft home... apparently charging us 283% for a router that we could buy on Amazon ourselves, and moving the router kit to the back of the house wasn't enough. this con man now is trying to say that he invoiced me 60 days ago when i never got any further invoices after his initial one... to say it's a rip off is a joke. we ended up having spectrum come back out and paid them $60 to do what James love couldn't do for $773... avoid him like the plague if you value your hard earned money.
