I especially appreciate that they have the same professional, respectful approach regardless of whether they are talking to my husband or myself. We had some lights out in the kitchen. They replaced all the lights and fixed the switch. They also changed out our overhead lights. They were able to come the same day we called. I contacted this company after learning that my dad had been without power for nearly 2 weeks in a Texas heat. The local energy company wouldn't give me any information due to not being on the account other than his meter needed to be replaced. I tried another electrician and had a horrible experience. When I contacted A&B, I was desperate to help my elderly father. They really listen to me and had a heart for the elderly. They were out to my dad's house within two hours trying to help. I offered to pay them for their time, but they refused saying it was the right thing to do to help someone. I called A&B Electric services on 9/21/2022 for a quote to install a ceiling fan and was quoted $92.50. On 9/22 A&B Electric Services installed the ceiling fan and when finished the electrician said the service was $225 not the $92.50 I was quoted. I will wait for the owner who gave me the quote to call me because I had a quote on 9/21 from another company for $125. Update: owner and I agreed to $115. Never again will go with the unknown company. After dealing with A&B electric services owner who never gave me his name I learned my lesson. I got the quote on Wednesday for $92.50 and Thursday 9/22 I had to call to find out when they would arrive. I know now to also ask before they send anyone out to verify the $92.50 I was quoted on Wednesday. Had the owner said $225 I would have said no thanks. This is similar to a car salesman bait and switch. Their quotes mean nothing. read more

Came out with very short notice. Listened to my explanation took a couple looks and diagnosed my problem in a couple seconds. Of course I felt a little foolish not thinking about the condensation due to the ice on my outside lights that kept tripping my breaker. Did not charge me a service charge for which I'm grateful for. They are amazing! My home warranty company contracted them to fix our pool pump on a house that we had newly purchased. They came out to the house and fixed what they were contracted to do and went above and beyond what they were getting paid for and fixed a few other things as well that the warranty didn't cover. They helped me try and understand a pool system that I have never had any experience with before, which is fabulous. I had a small problem today and they came back out again free of charge because I was confused on why the spa kept draining into the pool, which again isn't their problem and didn't have anything to do with what they fixed.
