This company was the worst to deal with ever! The guy came out and said it needed a new coil, he…read morestepped on the ceiling whilst in the attic and cracked the ceiling. My warranty company covered the new coil and I had $285 of uncovered expenses, which was fine. Only after they left this didn't fix it. I had another company come out and look at it and they said the coil is leaking? So I call liberty air and say hey the coil you just replaced is faulty, they said they would come and fix it, but now is trying to charge me $285 for uncovered fees, despite me already paying these fees for them to replace the coil two weeks ago?!? They also lied and told me my unit was too small for my size house, 1876sqft house with a 3.5 ton unit, is sufficient and they said I needed a 4 or more , straight up BS. Not only that, no one ever answer the phone, and their voicemail is full. These are the biggest scammers ever, I don't know if they even replaced the coil in the first place since as the company that came out said they left the old info stickers up instead of the news ones that you get with a new coil. I would give negative stars if I could. Stay clear!!!!

The scheduler failed to tell me that the technician would not go to the house unless they made contact ahead. Needless to say, the technician called ahead of arrival and since I could not take the call, they skipped our service call, which forced us to spend the night in 85 degree interior temp. I called in the evening asking why the tech did not arrive as planned and did not even get a response until 12pm the next day. By then, I had found a much more reputable service company and my issue was fixed. Encourage you to think twice before using this company. There are so many good ones out there and this one cannot compete.

I can't say enough about Mr. Andrew Jones and his co-worker (forgive me as I cannot remember his first name) I finally have found "trust" in an awesome company as I had used another local company here in Copperas Cove and they were completely unreliable and untruthful. This former company had us sign a contract and they were suppose to come back and follow up and never did and you could never get a hold of them. (then they tell you that you owe them $$) Outrageous!!! AirHeads was here right on time and went over and beyond and I finally feel I can trust a company again. I highly recommend them to everyone!! About two hours later my A/C was running like new again. The air smelled fresh, there was much more airflow and it was MUCH colder! The guys cleaned out the drain pipe and even cleaned the outside unit. The price was affordable and well worth it! I will recommend Kevin and his crew to my friends and family. Great job guys!
