I don't know why this company is so uninterested in helping a scared young woman. I would have paid whatever they wanted, changed monitoring companies, agreed to every recommendation they made. When it's your child there are no limits. Marsha, the owner, seemed more interested in finding reasons why the company wasn't right for me than actually listening to what I wanted and was willing to pay for. As soon as she found out I have an existing security system, she just kept telling she can't touch it (I bought equipment myself, not company supplied) even when I tried to tell her that I am open to changing monitoring companies, not locked into a contract, she kept saying we can't help you, call your monitoring company--it was like she was so busy telling me no that she wasn't listening to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND service not at all what I expected Mark me really disappointed
