They were responsive to every communication and stayed late for drop off and pick-up to allow for our work schedules. When parts took a longer time to come in they assisted with our extra rental car fee. They were kind, respectful, honest and fair. I requested a quote the other day for my car to see roughly how much money they would charge. I told them my situation and sent them a photo, as you can see in the attached screenshot, and nothing. They told me they "can't service it" because they're "booked at this time". That's weird to me because I never asked for a specific time or anything. All I wanted was a quote and when I explained that in the following message, they just left me on read. I wouldn't mind if they were busy at the time and had to reschedule with me, but they didn't bother to even help me out at all. No quote, no recommendations for other places, no communication. If you are looking for a honest and reliable company this is the place. I had major dents in my passenger sire door of my Bmw and I was able to drive up get a estimate and the repairs Were started the following morning they even opened the shop a hour early due to my availability. I was told they the door would need to be repaired by 2 separate. Companies the owner was amazing and the price was more than reasonable for the amount of work that was needed.
