I had a cancelled flight and then was able to rebook with South West Airlines. Getting to the airport I went to take my suitcase out of the trunk and the wheel got stuck on the net. I put every thing down and proceeded to get the wheel unstuck. I finally got it panicking to hurry up I grabbed what I thought was everything to only find out when I closed my trunk that I had left my keys in the trunk. I was lucky to have had all my other luggage. I would have to worry about my keys when I would return. I did not want to miss my flight and did not know how hectic the check in line would be. I called my insurance and had road side assistance they scheduled me an appointment for my arrival date. On my arrival date they scheduled Ed Asadi to go and assist me. I was scheduled to be off my flight at 4:20 the flight was delayed due to our terminal being busy. So I finally was able to make it to my car at about 4:40. He was not able to get the trunk of the car open because of the alarm system but he provided a number that could help me and made sure I was fine until the end. Shout-out to Abdul for his excellent service. I requested flatbed service thru my insurance provider after large debris in the road popped the front tire on my lowered vehicle. Abdul took excellent care of my car and was very cautious while loading and unloading. He showed up prepared with wood planks to ease the approach angle. I had to sign a damaged waiver as normal practice due to the low ground clearance but they handled everything professionally and my car arrived safe with everything in tact. read more
