As he was driving it to the body shop that the insurance company told him to take it to, due to the accident his gear shift stopped working and his car stopped in the middle of the road. The police sent out this tow company, what a nightmare. The tow driver told my husband while I was on the phone it would be $200 to drive it to the new place. Then when they got there he added $10 more dollars. Then left, then came back and demanded an additional $248!!!!!!!!!!! Insane, crooked, theft! This company has no morals, the owner is off his rocker his name is Andy. He was totally disrespectful and underly disgusting. He Has no idea how to handle an upset customer due to their mistake. As a business if you make a mistake like that it's on you. They quoted us a price and we paid it. Then they had the nerve to come back and demand more money!!!!! So sketchy, weird behavior! I would absolutely never call this company they are sketchy, have no morals, and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache of dealing with someone trying to steal money from you after they quote you the price. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE! THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY QUOTE PEOPLE OR RUN A BUSINESS!

**Updated Review**…read more I'm pleased that the work on my vehicle was indeed completed by the deadline - December 23. However, I noticed a nasty visible deep scratch on the cargo hatch door and the wiper windshield hoses were connected improperly (i.e. pushing handle towards me would trigger rear wiper vs. front window). I immediately contacted Paul and Joe to resolve these two issues. I am happy to say that the deep scratch was repaired at no extra cost and the wiper hoses were connected correctly. That said, it took me two additional follow up visits. I do understand collision centers are swamped due to the increase of accidents and pending repairs but it's important for any auto shop to do its due diligence prior to returning a vehicle to its owner. I did ask for a walkthrough at time of pickup but Paul was out on holiday. That said, I do agree that you should carefully inspect and photograph your vehicle prior to drop off and ask your service tech do a walkthrough at time of pickup to avoid the follow up hassle. PS.. the work done comes with a limited warranty - I believe one year from work date.

I went back asking why it says new tire but there's no new tire, and the man I worked with instantly went off on me saying "what am I trying to accuse him of". So I had to leave the car again to get the tire. If I hadn't noticed I would have never gotten it. I felt scammed. What else did they say they did but actually didn't? Also 6 months later a piece they fixed snapped off and wasn't aligning right. I called asking about a warranty and was told it wasn't covered. They didn't do a good job. Don't recommend

I called QUICK TOW LLC early in the morning, around 6:17 AM, using their 24-hour number. The person…read morewho answered sounded like he was half asleep. I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, "No." I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I've towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely. He told me the driver wouldn't be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they've hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited. At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time -- with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I've had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn't tow the car without damage. The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help. The frustrating part is that the driver wasn't told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman -- now fully awake -- admitted they don't even have trucks with dollies. This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn't have gone through this whole mess. The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here.

Fast forward a week- turn on car, drive over to mailbox bank, turn off car. Get back in car- nothing. It's getting dark and I am in a red zone. My car insurance sends Bryan. Not only does he call with an ETA, he also lets me know that he's a master technician- whew! He calls again as he's leaving his prior appt. Gets me going and shows me what he's doing. Instead of just jumping it and leaving, he has me keep the car driving for a bit to see if the number stays steady on his monitor or if it goes down. Guess what keeps dropping. He offers a no pressure option A or B- I can do whatever and try to start my car in the morning or he can replace it tonight. I go with the replacement option as clearly my current battery has lost its formerly team player spirit. And his battery has a 3 year warranty attached and roadside service if it does need a stern talking to. I should also mention that he was very friendly and professional. Being a woman with car trouble sucks on a good day but I never felt ripped off and everything he did he explained. Would highly recommend if car troubles befall you!
