Have been here several times and the food and service is always good. Last Monday my family went to celebrate my grandson's birthday. We had a reservation and were quickly seated. It was still happy hour so there were drink specials. We started at the salad bar, too many choices to choose from, always a plus. The lobster bisque was real good and the potato choices were all good. They brought a plate of French fries to the table for the kids and those cheesy rolls melt in your mouth. The meats are served table side, they are sliced to your specifications. Your choices include sausage, pork, chicken , ribs and lamb. I suggest you go hungry and pace yourself so you get to try everything you want. We did end with dessert for the boys. They ordered the cheesecake & chocolate cake and said it was all good. This place is fantastic. My family of 4 took me here for my birthday. My youngest can be very picky and he even loved it. The salad bar is great and we all enjoyed the presentation of meats. Mushrooms were delicious too. I also got a slice of pecan pie and carrot cake and both were the best I've ever had! Highly recommend. We had a great time trying this place for the first time. We didnt load up on the salad bar, the cheesy bread was gluten free which I enjoyed. The banana side was good. We got a bottle of wine and just had fun with the night. The flank steak was my favorite. Everyone was attentive and made sure we got what we wanted. We didnt have reservations, but they sat us right away on a Friday night around 645pm. We were in the area next to the bar away from the salad bar. Meat was flowing. Conversation was good. It was a great time. We wouldnt do it all the time because of meat sweats but it was a great night.just one thing, the wine glasses suck. They have a special where you get the bread and dip, 2 meats, and 2 sides. We got the sausage and bacon wrapped chicken and the meat is always so good. Well in today's email I got offered a free dessert for our anniversary, still one week before our anniversary and extending three weeks after our anniversary. We had requested the free dessert two weeks before our anniversary because of conflicts preventing us from going closer to our anniversary. This is not the first time that I've been here. The ambience is nice and the weight staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. However, I was not impressed by the quality of the meat this time. The meat was extremely fatty (beef especially) and difficult to cut and chew. There were also no seafood options like scallops wrapped in bacon. I didn't mention this in the last review because it was the first time it happened and I like to give second chances. There were three us and we made reservations days prior and we told them that I was in a wheelchair (because of how tight the tables are.) We got there ten minutes early so we waited at the bar, 20 minutes later a waitress call us but saw my wheelchair and said I couldn't be seated on the second level because there was a couple steps. Then after a couple more minutes the manager seated us and apologized, we explained him that we were up set because this was the second time this happened to me with giving them notice about my wheelchair. Our waiter Rob was great and very attentive drinks were never empty and our empty plates didn't sit. The bar tenders nice too we were chatting with them well waiting for our table. This was definitely one on our list! I did have an experience at Texas De brazil a few years back, before I was familiar with the concept of it. This time, I was fully prepared. I did my research and waited on a special occasion. It was our anniversary. We did book a table a before we went. As I had seen the menu before hand, I wanted to try out pretty much a lot of meats! Of course, their menu online is extensive. The reviews on Yelp also helped me to get a proper idea about the menu and what I should prepare myself for. We checked and knew we would try the lamb chops, leg of lambs, the pork ribs, the flank and the mignon. As we walked in and were seated, our waitress was really nice and helpful. We didn't want any drinks but she did mention we get a free dessert for our anniversary. The salad bar is absolutely perfection! I went around it and tried out the Lobster bisque, and filled my plate with the chimmichuri, the brazilian vinaigrette and the au gratin potatoes(that was to die for!!). We also tried the assortment of cheeses, the tabouleh, the mushrooms and the other salads that were there. But I kept coming back for the potato au gratin because of the cheesy sauce. It is a good salad bar for sure! Lots of choices! I also believe having just meat and meat only would be difficult so the sides are equally important. As the meats kept coming, we enjoyed the Picanha, the lamb legs, the flank steaks and they all were incredibly flavorful. We waited around for the lamb chops!!! But they never came and our host said that it is no longer on the menu and we have to pay extra for them. That was a huge bummer. I didn't see any information like that on the website. I wish I knew. The leg of lamb was very very charred but so absolutely perfect. It reminded me of tandoori that we enjoy in our Indian cuisine. I believe if someone can eat a lot of red meat, they can enjoy everything worth the $50 per person. My husband kept going back for the lamb and the filet mignon. The fried sweet bananas were a palette cleanser and I liked them while they were warm. The meats taste amazing as long as they are hot and fresh. I honestly wanted to keep having more but my stomach got full pretty fast!!The gauchos kept the momentum going, but I still had to request for the sausages and the pork ribs twice. I wish the gauchos were more prompt as I did wait around for sometime for the meats I had requested for. It was okay, but I would prefer the lamb over the beef and the chicken, and I honestly did enjoy the experience there. The dessert choices were great and we chose the chocolate cake with white and dark chocolates. We packed it for to go. It was a good experience and I believe I would come back again for more, provided that I starve the previous day to make more room in my stomach to cram in as much meat as I can!!!! My husband and I made reservations for 6pm yesterday. We went to celebrate our birthdays, which are only 2 days apart. We were seated once we arrived, which was right at 6. Our hostess was sweet and led us to our table. The night was at its peak, so our server was a little busy but acknowledged us so we would know he was coming to take care of us. After being told my gluten free options (pretty much all the meat was in the clear, along with the complimentary bread), my husband and I grabbed a small salad and waited for the real food. My apologies to all salad lovers out there! Mountains of delicious meat passed our table, which we loved the taste of but not the cook. Everything is medium rare, but some of the meats were a little under. We didn't want to make a fuss, but if I had a do over, I'd definitely ask for certain cuts to be cooked more to our liking. Apparently they can do that! The beef was the best part, as the lamb I had was a little too gamey. The chicken wrapped in bacon was pretty good, too! We didn't have any pork brought around, but that was okay. The hot appetizers sounded good, but by the time I got to them, I couldn't eat another bite except for the lobster bisque. The soup wasn't thick like I usually prefer, but it tasted okay. Because you get a free dessert on your birthday, I saved enough room for creme brulee and my husband managed to eat a slice of bananas foster cheesecake. This was easily the best part of the meal because the desserts were delicious. Definitely the tastiest creme brulee I've ever had! The cost was high, but expected. I had a birthday coupon and a gift card, so ultimately all we paid was a cash tip for our server. Overall, this restaurant is one you definitely want to try for a special occasion. In my opinion this was an outstanding restaurant very clean table separated noise level was moderate I was there on a Wednesday night and it was still packed The server staff and the gauchos were Right on the ball when you needed something all the meat and chicken and lamb cook perfect . l but I enjoyed the salad bar more I thought the choice were superb from the soup to the olives to everything on that table was just wonderful I will definitely go back again. It's good food, some things are excellent, but at the end of the day it is so highly overpriced that I most likely will not frequent here often. I understand it's all you can eat and it's meat, and I'm sure some get their money's worth. I on the other hand love going out and getting a good meal but usually have leftovers because I can't finish huge portions. The big problem is that sometimes you wait a while before somebody comes around with meat again and you feel full. Waitress was very good and attentive.
