We didn't eat here. We just grabbed a drink. We sat at the bar. The bar tender was friendly. It was a Sunday afternoon and it was quiet, and not very busy.

Razorback Pizza

Would do 3.5 stars. We sat at the bar and ordered the Greek salad and razorback pizza (add caramelized onions). Both the pizza and salad came out at the same time- not a long wait either. The salad was ok- a lot of lettuce, the chicken was a little tough in some parts. The salad was a little pricey, especially given 75% of it was lettuce. The pizza was delicious, they are super generous with their toppings, the protein especially. The slight drizzle of honey really helped tone down of the salt from the bacon and ham. I think there was supposed to be pepperoni on it too but there wasn't and the caramelized onions were just raw onions. Still good overall. Service is top notch, above friendly and personable. This was a great experience and I would happily return.

I haven't been here in a few years. The customer service was outstanding! The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Not many people dining even though it was the lunch hour. Loved my stuffed portobello mushrooms. Would eat that every time. Did not like my sandwich, and my friend's pizza looked OK, but I wouldn't order one. I love their sister restaurant in Bremerton more. But I will try this place one more time.

The American standard adding sausage and prosciutto

Silverdale WA. A solid 5 stars for me. Still sitting here at Tessio, 1/2 the pizza gone. All the salad gone. I don't normally write these till later. 238 reviews and over 400 check ins. I eat out a lot. Pizza is a normal thing for me. Greens too. I got to say I really like this place. The staff, pretty friendly. The food, absolutely yummy. The side salad and pizza was so well constructed that it touched my tastebud's soul. Warm bacon on my salad, yum. The flavors were just on point. Well constructed, lots of ingredients, got my moneys worth. Not sure what the negative reviews are about but try it yourself and see.

Bacon wrapped smokies. Love sweet & salty. Had brown sugar or honey I think.

Had a late dinner at Tessio's based on the restaurants open until 10pm on a Saturday, with good reviews, in the Bremerton and Silverdale area, that I hadn't been to yet. Dinner was good. Ordered the bacon wrapped smokies, chopped salad, and a specialty pizza (I forgot the name, but it had red sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell pepper, mushrooms, and scallions). My husband had one of the ciders. Also good. The reason I rated this restaurant four stars, was that based on the reviews, I was expecting pizza that would make me forget other pizzas in Washington state. Don't get me wrong... the pizza was delicious. Crisp, and lots of fresh toppings. I just have really high expectations for wood-fired pizza. I have my favorites where I live in SW Washington. My parents live in Bremerton, WA and I visit Kitsap County once a month, or so. The service at Tessio's was GREAT!! Our waitress was kind and attentive. Of the three items my husband and I ordered, I liked the salad the best. I know I'm going to "date" myself, but my favorite pizza of all time was Shakey's Public House Special with pepperoni, mushrooms, and bell peppers, on Wheaton Way in the 1970's. Not a competitor in today's market because it closed decades ago. I would recommend others to try the pizza at Tessio's and form your own opinion. CHEERS!

Came in on a Friday at 5. East to get a seat. Server came over quickly to bring water and take drink orders. Pizza order was an American standard and a your in charge which is a create your own pizza. The American standard is a pepperoni pizza with olives and mushrooms. It had good flavor with a bit of a spicy kick. On the create your own we had ham and mushrooms. I don't know what it was about this pizza but I liked it more than my favorite, pepperoni. Both were real good and would come again for pizza.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Just wonderful food! Loved the Bacon Wrapped Smokies, but the rest of the meal was delightful as well. Lucky to stop by on the way home from camping at Scenic Beach. Our server was very sweet and did a great job especially considering she was waiting on the entire restaurant plus bartending!

The wedge salad

Silverdale has a variety of pizza places to dine at but this is my go to. It's a small cozy spot with great customer service, good food and a full bar! Gotta order their wedge salad. It's a meal in itself. I don't like to share it. The wedge is sprinkled with bacon and sits in a moat of a delicious blue cheese dressing that contains tomatoes and candied pecans. It is a magnificent salad. My spouse and I always share a pizza. The pizza is cooked in a wood fired oven which you can see from anywhere you sit in the restaurant. I don't have a favorite pizza because they are all delicious. This time my husband decided he needs an appetizer as he is not eating my wedge, he orders a flatbread! The flatbread is brought to the table and it's the same size as our pizza! We brought that bad boy home. It was cooked in the wood fired oven and had cheese- which I could place the type, Greek black olives, mushrooms, onions and prosciutto on it. It was delicious! The staff is fun and engaging. They have a full bar. Their house margarita is so delicious the taste motivates you to have another. The decorative theme is paintings of guitars and rock and roll is overhead. Looking for a small intimate place for pizza this is the place!

Brewers Special Pizza (yes, those are cashews)!!
Cindy P.

We have found our new favorite Kitsap County dining establishment! Not only have they opened up some outdoor seating during this maddening shut down but the service and quality of food is superb! Tonight we enjoyed the spicy meatballs, wedge salad and Brewers Special pizza. I officially crave the wedge salad after enjoying it for the first time a couple weeks ago, best wedge I've ever had! Plenty of dressing, lots of halved cherry tomatoes, bacon for days and oh my, those candied walnuts take it over the top!! The spicy meatballs are loaded with cheese and have just enough kick to keep your taste buds tingling but not too much to make them too spicy for even the lightweights! Every pizza is a culinary delight with flavors and combinations that are definitely not your average pizza toppings. The Brewers Special did not let us down! Oh, and you've got to have a Lemon Drop, they're the best in town, not too sweet and plenty of lemon tartness. Service is spot on! No matter how often you go, whether once or weekly, they treat you like you're a regular! Friendly, outgoing and attentive, they'll make you feel right at home! Thank you Tessio's for weathering the storm and going above and beyond to serve your community!

Been here once and that's probably enough. Wasn't thrilled with the cramped seating and varied menu from Toad House. Pizza was just ok.

Walking in we were greeted by a jovial and gregarious man at the counter who was so welcoming. As it was later in the day, there weren't as many baked goods or quiches which I see they are rated for which is to be expected arriving late in the day. We ordered sandwiches made fresh to order on house made bread. I had my eye on the ginger cookie sandwiched with lemon frosting as well. The sandwiches hit the spot , light and refreshing to curb hunger until dinner time. Counter guy (sorry we didn't get your name you are awesome!) threw in an extra cookie sandwich, props buddy. Sitting there eating our sandwiches, we enjoyed the banter between the counter man and the back of the house talking about what they were making tomorrow. Wish we could've come back the next day for the mac & cheese, which they were talking about and sounded fabulous. TLDT; Cute little hole in the wall you might not ever discover without yelp. Fun local bakery/cafe…read more The interior is much bigger than I imagined from the outside. Ample parking when we went. Lots of local makers with booths to shop while you wait for food or after you are done. Loved the plant wall with the names as well. The food was good. They have a variety of different favored cinnamon rolls and many other baked goods items. Cinnamon roll was a bit drier on the inside than my preference. I like it more gooey, but it was good. The staff was friendly and moved through the customer line quickly.

This has a lot of onsite seating at communal tables or two tops around the perimeter of the bakery. Welcoming counter staff. Lots to see while onsite from well stocked pastry cases and quite the array of retail items. Great to see featured items from various local artistans, craftspeople, and creatives. Well crafted iced mocha and tasty, tender fresh peach scone. Their menu has a nice variety of sweet & savory products and beverages, both standard and seasonal. Constant stream of customers for takeout or remaining onsite for convo, reading, or the laptop crowd. Nice mix of regulars and passersby like myself. I lingered onsite for 90 minutes, before driving onward to catch the Kingston-Edmonds ferry. Overall pleasant vibe.

Our counter gal, Chloe, was very nice, answered questions, and reminded us we had earned a treat based on prior purchases. The food was very good, I love great tasting bread, soup, and salad, along with the other baked goodies. I had the Fuji Apple chicken salad (1/2). The lettuce was fresh, green, crisp. It had a-good serving of chicken, dressing, and toppings like walnuts, feta, dried apple slices. It also comes with a side, I chose a small loaf of their bread. It comes warm and with some butter to spread. So good. My wife had potato soup bread bowl. It was a bit small perhaps but good soup and the bread is worth the price of admission. We finished meal with cookies and lemon scone. Top notch. Thanks Chloe and Panera staff.

I'm not sure what's wrong with this Panera but this is my second time being wildly disappointed…read morewith their service and the food they put out. I realize a simple avocado toast isn't always exciting and honestly, I wasn't expecting much given my experiences here in the past - but I was starving and this was the closest "real" food to me. The bread was this weird mix of stale and soggy with impossibly tough crust (I'm guessing due to the stale?) and the avocado, while green, had that unique taste of an avocado that's a solid day past its prime. My guess is they mash them up and treat them with lemon or lime juice to keep them green. This definitely wasn't fresh avocado. Sadly. Not related to the food - the toast came in the box shown here but also a giant bag with several forks and knives and napkins. Like they felt a family of four was going to eat this? It didn't make any sense. And finally, just like my other visits the folks working there truly seem like they could not care any less if you paid them to. So many Panera locations are amazing, super friendly staff, amazingly clean and really fresh food - I'm not sure why this location can't keep up.
