Upon arrival, I was notified that no cars were ready and that they didn't have the type of car I reserved. Considering the reservation was placed well in advance of the pick up date, I'd believe this is something that should have actually been held for the customer RESERVING the vehicle or communicated to the customer before arrival. Furthermore, why aren't the cars cleaned and ready if you know you have people coming in to pick up cars regardless if it's the one they want or not. After receiving the news, I was told they only had large vehicles, okay fine by me. When given the options to choose from, I was only given the make of the car, Toyota or Hundai. This prompted me to ask the model of the cars.... they were minivans. Again, why not be upfront about this as well, don't try to hide the fact of what the car is by just offering the make of it. I immediately refused and then miraculously they also had a Durango available. Had I not rejected the "Toyota or Hundai" would I not have been offered the Durango? I expressed my frustration with the manager on duty AJ and his response was that he thought I'd want to save on gas which is why it was not initially offered. That is not your area to make a decision on. Of course I chose the Durango however, I didn't realize until I drove off that the car wasn't even given to me with a full tank of gas. Of course I called and complained. The explanation was that they do a match on gas so whatever level it is given, that is how it should be returned. Well duh but why is it not on full?. I have NEVER received a rental car without a full tank of gas. Returning the car was a total opposite experience. I believe the gentleman's name was Koolie or Kolby (I can't remember the exact name but I know he specified that it started with a K), asked about my experience and boy he shouldn't have done that! He was very apologetic and calm when receiving my feedback. He even explained to me why such things happened upon picking up the car, something that should have been provided then vs now but I still appreciate the explanation. He arranged a car for me to be dropped off and even carried my bags to the car. Based on this experience, I am not sure I'd rent with this location again.

I swung by after stopping by my collision shop and was greeted by the friendly lady working at the front desk who took all my info, insurance and deposit. And even let me pick a gun standard/midsize vehicle to drive, which ended up being a Tesla! Smart car for dumb people, yes. Lol. Although there was a learning curve and less than 15% left to charge; there were supercharging stations in proximity and we were also able to charge the vehicle at home. It's been a stressful few weeks sorting this out being involved in insurance hell but Hertz helping me not walk in this 100 degree summer and getting me in a vehicle to drive around has been much appreciated! Can't wait for my own vehicle to return, my husband will certainly miss our rental, but now we know they're close by if we ever need a fun weekend ride :)

The 2 Clowns running this place are a joke…read more I rented 2 trucks from this location for a 1 day rental. I left in a hurry without looking at the rental receipt on my way to the airport. I figured they would have accurate information logged about the vehicles since I've never had this issue with hertz in the past. when I got back from my trip I was shocked at the additional fees they had charge me. They logged both vehicles as having full tank of gas when they were only 1/4 full. they charged me $98 for not returning a child seat even though I returned it. I was charged $300 more than I should have in fuel and child seat charges I did not accumulate. video and photos of the vehicle I rented show less miles on the odometer than were logged on my rental. trying to get any answer from hertz customer service is a joke. the employees know this and push the work load off on corporate even though it is their screw up. I will NEVER rent from this location and probably Hertz ever again.

I ended up having to stay an extra day of the rental extension and called to ask if I can use that free coupon got told I could and then when I returned the vehicle the following day they told me I cannot use it and that I had to call customer service customer service explain to me why I couldn't use it but went ahead and offered to go ahead and still give me that day free due to the fact that it was a family emergency they'd also told me that they would refunding me my deposit whenever I had yet still get my refund I have called multiple times and repeatedly got a different reason why I was being charged an additional $77 first it was for the mileage it was an unlimited mileage vehicle then it was well you got an upgrade we did not get an upgrade then I got told that I was being charged for the day that I kept it which was already given to me for free and refunded my money for that when I spoke to a manager he also told me that it was for the additional day that I kept the vehicle I said that makes no sense because I was already given that day for free and it was being charged off of my card and refunded back to my card he told me that I did not understand what he was saying but I clearly did not only did they charge me once but they were charging me twice for the additional day that I was told that since it was a family emergency that I'd be able to get it for free they are still not releasing my deposit and they are still charging me the additional $77 I would not recommend this company to anybody especially if you have enough family emergency and they promise to give you the discounted a day.

We rented a Chrysler Pacifica from the airport- the tire pressure was low and was making abnormal sounds w the wheel. The threads were worn out. We rented it for a week for a Texas road trip- drove it for under a day- and didn't feel confident it would get us there safely. Hence went to this Avis to get car exchanged. Salem at this Avis car rental in Walmart worked so quick, efficiently to switch us to another Pacifica. We were so impressed. Thank you Salem!!

We arrived and walked right up to the counter where Matt pulled up my reservation and got me in a car in less than 30 minutes. I was in a major collision where a young unlicensed and drunk kid ran a red light t-boned my car at 65mph, cutting my brand new Audi nearly in-half. I was still trying to deal with insurance, happy to have survived but sad as I had only put 50 miles on my new Audi. When I was making my reservation for the following day with Ivan Nuwoldi and then picking up the car, my insurance put me in the cheapest economy car. Enterprise employees, Abigail Goo and Store Manager Ivan Nuwoldi were discussing the upcoming rental reservations, had received the information from my insurance and saw they'd only pay for the least expensive car. However, I was surprised the next morning as I picked it up. They discussed it the night before and decided to give me a complimentary upgrade ...to a brand new 2025 Audi A6. New key! The old one had been drained of battery. When I got the key with the deed, it crumbled in my hand as I tried to turn on the car. When I asked for a replacement they said I could buy one. When I asked if they were going to pay for it there answer was, "We usually do not even have keys its a freebie but nice try " Not acceptable.
