I reached back out to Mark, and once again he was incredibly helpful. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule within just a couple of days, which I really appreciated.
He arrived right on time and was polite and professional from the moment he walked in. He took the time to listen to what had happened, answered all of my questions, and immediately reassured me that he would take care of everything.
Mark is extremely thorough and clearly takes great pride in his work. He replaced the unit, updated and set up the app, registered the new Wall Connector with Tesla, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also took the time to walk me through everything so I felt completely confident it was all set up correctly.
What really stands out is his honesty and fairness. His pricing was very reasonable, and at no point did he try to upsell me or recommend anything unnecessary -- something that's unfortunately rare these days.
