We got a great room, located very close to the pool area. We loved that the hotel was so close to all the American Graffiti festivities downtown. The hotel has a work out room in addition to the pool and a restaurant with a bar. We will return next year and hopefully stay in the same room. The free cookies upon arrival were also a nice touch!

You save $1 by having it as part of your hotel stay. There's a sky bridge on the 3rd floor which helps you avoid the street, which is quite busy during daylight and without any cars at night. I've stayed here twice. The rooms are comfortable and the furniture is in good condition. There's lots of water pressure and the bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately, I had problems with my room's AC on both stays. The first time I was on the hot side of the building and thought it might have been that but it did not get better once the sun went down. Maintenance came, checked the temp and acknowledged the warmth, said they could not do anything and left. On my second stay, the guy thought it might be the curtains blocking the airflow so he moved them and left. It never cooled down. I called downstairs, they brought me a key to another room, and I packed up and moved myself to another room. The next room was definitely an improvement but still not as cool as I like. A bit of a hassle but luckily I wasn't in a rush. Kudos to the front desk for accommodating me in such a drama free way. The warm cookies and free water for those with status already in the room helped. Lol

There's a giant artificial sequoia tree you walk through with an artificial rock ridge line in the rotunda with rams on the ridge. This location seems to stock more combo fishing rods. As for the rest of the fishing supplies it's about the same as the Sacramento location. On the outside grounds theres a small pond where you'll see families with their kids fishing. Buy some fishing gear and go fish!!!

Parking: Located in the Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley, there were plenty of opens spots. It's a good mix of head in and rear in chargers. Environment: The mall seems fairly empty when we arrived to charge. Next to the handicap charger, there's also a Clipper Creek charger. Some of the charging spots are designated as 30 min general parking. You can also go to the Bass Pro Shops nearby to kill some time, but it's a bit of a walk. Restaurants and restrooms can be found at the mall. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Plenty of open chargers and it wasn't too busy. The place was clean and there was a trash can available.

They always get the orders right and when there's a small issue they are ready to solve it right away. The shop is small and has dine-in half booths, and tables outside. I have lived in the area my entire life, and although this café has been established for quite some…read moretime, I had never visited until today. While I typically avoid paying premium prices for coffee, I decided to treat myself and finally give this location a try. Upon entering, I was greeted by a pleasant atmosphere and placed an order for three iced coffees, which I stated clearly. When my order was delivered, two of the drinks were iced, while one was served hot. I calmly and politely mentioned that all three were supposed to be iced coffees. At that point, I overheard an employee respond in the background with an attitude, stating that I had ordered the drink hot. I fully understand that mistakes can happen--orders can be entered incorrectly, and errors are part of any service environment. However, my concern lies with the dismissive attitude and the decision to challenge the customer's request in front of them. This interaction left a poor impression, and as a result, I do not plan to return to this establishment. I will instead continue supporting my usual coffee shops.
