We got a great room, located very close to the pool area. We loved that the hotel was so close to all the American Graffiti festivities downtown. The hotel has a work out room in addition to the pool and a restaurant with a bar. We will return next year and hopefully stay in the same room. The free cookies upon arrival were also a nice touch!

That's when Amber (Customer Service) stepped in. She immediately took ownership of the situation, genuinely cared about making things right, and brought Mike (Manager) in to help. Instead of making excuses, they worked together to find a solution and made sure I left satisfied. Great customer service isn't about never having problems, it's about how those problems are handled. Amber and Mike went above and beyond, turning a dissatisfied customer into a loyal returning one. They truly know how to treat people, and that's the kind of service that deserves to be recognized.
