Parking: Located in the Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley, there were plenty of opens spots. It's a good mix of head in and rear in chargers. Environment: The mall seems fairly empty when we arrived to charge. Next to the handicap charger, there's also a Clipper Creek charger. Some of the charging spots are designated as 30 min general parking. You can also go to the Bass Pro Shops nearby to kill some time, but it's a bit of a walk. Restaurants and restrooms can be found at the mall. Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Plenty of open chargers and it wasn't too busy. The place was clean and there was a trash can available.

Not only that but the guys working there don't close 5 or 10 minutes early as I've encountered elsewhere. I like that - and although I understand the temptation to close a bit early I'm used to the high customer service from Trader Joes - there the rule is as long as your there before closing time - even just half a minute - they let you in... they have the same policy here due to the strong work ethic from the two behind the counter. They run right through the finish line. Store was clean and bright and nothing out of place. Very impressive. Its evident that the workers here wear many hats and preform a variety of tasks to achieve efficiency. One thing I always keep in mind is how restaurants operate. I can't stand some waitress just hanging around killing time when things are not tidy. I like the slogan 'if you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean.' Some of the cars I have are getting difficult to get parts for. Often special order is necessary - and the willingness to check and order close to closing time was noticed. In a strip mall with Harbor Freight nearby. The old Star casino location was across the street. Lots of parking.

I was told the part would need to be ordered and should arrive within three days. Since it was Friday, I reached out to check on it and was told it wouldn't be in until Monday. I followed up again, only to be told that it still hadn't arrived. At that point, I finally gave up. What was most disappointing was that I never received a call or any communication from the business to let me know about the delay. I ended up going to O'Reilly Auto Parts, and they had the part available within a day and actually called me to let me know it was ready. I really wish things had been different because I genuinely thought this was a good place based on my previous experience. Unfortunately, the customer service this time left a lot to be desired, and because of that experience, I can no longer recommend this place.

I reached back out to Mark, and once again he was incredibly helpful. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule within just a couple of days, which I really appreciated. He arrived right on time and was polite and professional from the moment he walked in. He took the time to listen to what had happened, answered all of my questions, and immediately reassured me that he would take care of everything. Mark is extremely thorough and clearly takes great pride in his work. He replaced the unit, updated and set up the app, registered the new Wall Connector with Tesla, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also took the time to walk me through everything so I felt completely confident it was all set up correctly. What really stands out is his honesty and fairness. His pricing was very reasonable, and at no point did he try to upsell me or recommend anything unnecessary -- something that's unfortunately rare these days. It's clear Mark is a true professional and a master of his craft. I highly recommend Artisan to anyone needing electrical work, especially Tesla Wall Connector installation or service. You'll be in excellent hands and won't be disappointed.
