I've dealt with Monkey's for years, having had them service and repair the two Class A RVs I've…read moreowned. I've had over a dozen lube, oil, filter services. The repairs included a damaged exhaust system from road debris, a leaky transmission seal, an air conditioner compressor replacement, battery replacement, and a leaky rear end seal. I have yet to be unhappy with their service. Monkeys is very well equipped to service and repair RVs with their huge service area and their RV lift which is big enough for even the large Class A coaches. They limit their business to gas engines and do not service diesels. They repair chassis issues, but do not repair house related issues such as leveling jacks or other rv house components. They are an authorized smog station and I've had several smog certifications done by them. I have seen government agency vehicles at Monkeys, and I presume that such customers speak well of the shop and its abilities. I have no idea how those one star ratings can be justified. The three one star reviewers have a total of seven review among them, and that often means sour grapes. Some folks can't accept bad news about their car repair and because of their frustration, simply want to shoot the messenger. The one star review that advertises another repair shop is highly suspect on its face. Such reviews ought not be allowed. So... from years of experience with them, I highly recommend Monkey's.

This a great spot for a change of scenery! My sister invited me out and it was my first time here…read more The drive out there was pretty easy and felt so close that I was surprised that I've never been here before. Better signage would help to arrive for parking. It was pretty empty outside, which I understood because it was hot. We decided to go upstairs and order a drink. The bartender was really sweet and attentive. We placed an order with her for food as well and sat outside while we waited. The view of the water upstairs is beautiful. You see the boats go by and wave. We ordered nachos, a burger, buffalo wings, and a club sandwich. (About $16-18 each). The food took about 10 to 15 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. The server was really nice and friendly. He chatted a bit with us and made sure everything was as ordered. I tried a little bit of everything and I will say, everything tasted great! The food was plentiful for the price. The buffalo wings were bigger than I expected. The club sandwich was huge and I got full with just half the order. The curly fries were made to perfection. I couldn't get enough of those. The inside has connect for, a pole table, and darts. They didn't have a central AC. They just had the windows open so it got pretty hot in there but overall we had a great time!

There are few things better than cruising across the Delta, tying your boat to the dock, and…read morestepping ashore for cold drinks, free live music, and a basket of hot comfort food. While you can certainly drive here, arriving by water is part of the experience and makes this waterfront gem feel like a destination rather than just another restaurant. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd hope for, relaxed, lively, and filled with people enjoying the sunshine, good company, and free live music. Plenty of umbrella-covered tables provide welcome shade while you soak in the waterfront views. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and attentive, adding to the easygoing vibe. We decided to make it a finger-food feast, and every basket that hit the table looked better than the last. The onion rings arrived beautifully golden with a light, airy batter that shattered with every bite, accompanied by both ranch and barbecue sauces for dipping. The nachos were a showstopper. Built sky-high with seasoned ground beef, a generous blend of cheeses, fresh pico de gallo, jalapeños, olives, onions, sour cream, and guacamole, every chip was loaded with flavor. This isn't a plate meant for one person, it's made for friends to gather around. Just don't wait too long, because like all great nachos, the race is on before those bottom chips get soft and surrender to all that cheesy goodness. The appetizer sampler was another winner, piled high with crispy chicken strips, crunchy flautas, fries, chips & cheese and even more onion rings. Everything arrived piping hot, perfectly crisp, and cooked exactly as it should be. Every bite offered something different, making it the perfect platter to share over a couple of cold beers. To finish, we shared the shredded chicken quesadilla, grilled until beautifully golden with just the right amount of char. The tortilla was crisp on the outside, while the seasoned shredded chicken and melted cheese created a rich, satisfying filling. Paired with fresh guacamole and cool sour cream, it was simple comfort food done right. This isn't the place for fine dining, and that's exactly its charm. It's where you come to dock the boat, order an ice-cold beer, share baskets of delicious comfort food, tap your foot to live music, and watch the boats come and go. Sometimes that's exactly the recipe for a perfect day on the water... and this place delivers it beautifully. Overall: A must-stop when you're out enjoying a day on the Delta. Just save room for the onion rings, they're worth the trip all by themselves.
