They actually get a zero, but the scale doesn't go that low…read more I used them a couple of times with good results. Based on this I decided to call, them for a quote to expand my solar and battery storage systems. They are the 800-pound gorilla for this in our little community for this. I called on a Thursday. She (whom I won't mention by name) said she would call me back on Monday with the quote. Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. As did Thursday, Friday, and the following Monday. So, on Tuesday, I called back. She was not in, so I asked to have her return my call. Wednesday came and went, Thursday came and went, as did Friday, Monday, and every day since. You have to wonder why someone won't call back as promised. Even if it was to say they could not (or don't want to) do the job. But to ignore me? I have since found two other companies that have quoted me.

Three years ago I trusted Mike and his team with a major whole-home reliability project -- and I'm…read moreglad I did every single day since. The scope was significant: full Generac generator installation, a 1,000-gallon propane tank, transfer switch, and a 1-inch propane line run to the house. I didn't fully know what the right setup looked like going in -- I just knew I needed someone I could trust. Mike knew exactly what to do and built it right the first time. That 1-inch line is a perfect example of his thinking. At the time I didn't realize why it mattered, but now I know my system can handle a tankless water heater, future appliances, or whatever upgrades come next -- no bottlenecks, no limitations. That's the kind of foresight you don't find everywhere. Everything was done professionally, warranty was fully respected, and Mike has kept up with regular service in Amador County ever since. The system has been rock solid. If you're in Amador County and need propane or generator work done right -- not just installed, but truly set up to last -- call Mike. Best investment I've made in my property's reliability.
