Flickering lights, power problems over a two year period.. When I contacted Angi s list, I immediately got a call from Jerry. He sent a two man crew out the very next day. They spent time tracking down the problem including crawling under the manufactured home. It was determined that that the main line from the pole that was buried was compromised. The next day day they brought a crew and worked tirelessly to completely fix the problem in one day!!! Not only were the workers competent but immensely professional. Jerry and his team of professionals recently installed a whole house backup generator at my Mom's home. Recommended to me by my hairdresser while my husband was having an emergency electrical problem at home. Yikes. They answered my husband's call right away and came out quickly to help fix the problem. The workers were very professional and step by step worked through our system to identify failure points. We really liked that they were comfortable calling for help when they weren't familiar with something instead of pretending to know what was going on or pretending to fix it. This is an off grid solar system so we weren't expecting that anyone could help us at all and these guys got us back functioning again with just a few things left to fix, as soon as parts arrive. Called them out because i was constantly losing power. The power would go on and off randomly and in windy conditions. If I plugged in a high power draw device like an air conditioner, the lights would get really dim... They spent several hours here, replaced a bunch of outlets, checked wire connections. Right after they left problem came right back. Called them dozens of time to come back and fix the issue. Never did get one call back. I would never use or recommend any one use these guys. I called another electrician and he found the issue within 5 minutes of arriving. It was a 5 minute fix and he didn't even charge me. He said it could of set the whole place on fire! read more

I retained Gasper's Electric to install a 220V breaker and run conduit to my new hot tub. The crew arrived on time, reviewed their plan for running the conduit, offered me several options as to how it could be accomplished, and set about doing the hard way (under the house, through a couple of walls, up through the deck for the fuse disconnect, and then to the hot tub. They could have easily just gone under the deck to do this, but the conduit would have been visible from the junction box and I requested to do the work so that I could not see it when looking at the side of the house. Both technicians were extremely polite, very accommodating (they even helped me lower the hot tub onto the girders through the access hole in the deck). The job was completed on time and at the agreed to price on the estimate. I would highly recommend this company. The guys were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. read more

I am house/pet sitting for friends in Valley Springs. They had just left for a 10 day trip when the chain on the attic fan broke meaning I couldn't turn it off. Couldn't believe it. Looked on internet, found Gaspers. Called about 8am. Jerry said he didn't know if he could fix it but said he could at least get it off and would be there in 2-3 hours. He showed up early in about 1 hour and fixed the switch!! Everything is as good as new. And the charge was more than reasonable. To me this was clearly an example of divine intervention. Fabulous!!
