(Just like those doctor reviews that complain that his staff was rude, or wouldn't schedule an appointment, etc. - We still don't know if the doctor is any good, right? If he's the guy who can save my life, I'll work around his nasty staff...!) - Bendix installed our solar system and it has been working great. Rather than put it on our roof we had it installed about 100' down a hill on pedestals, and it has functioned perfectly. The installation was neat and professional. All wiring is wrapped and secured in place. He even ran a water line there so I can wash the panels now and then. The crew was polite and efficient and cleaned everything up, no construction debris anywhere. I had 2 quotes, and his was the lowest but only by a few hundred so price wasn't a factor. Glad I picked them!

He's an honest, down-to-earth guy and more than you could ever ask of an electrician. He knows his stuff, he's reasonable, and local.

We got home from the hospital to find that the air conditioner was broken! She is 86. I took her blood pressure and because it was so hot, it was 84 over 61...! Not good. Too hot. I knew we had to get the electric fixed right away. Well, I had been sick for a long time with Lyme Disease and a fatal liver disease. I asked God for a healing and he said ok! Thy will be done...but He told me I had to work for him and heal people and do mediumship work when I was healed. I said ok, Thy will be done! When Howard got here, my Dad, who passed away in 2010 from cancer, but who worked at PGE as a journeyman welder and self-taught electrician came to me in my 3rd eye and told me he was going to show Howard where everything was and everything that needed to be done. And he told me he picked him out for us because he is such a good guy as a human being. He led my sister to hire him as the electrician to come out to fix our electricity. Even though he was super busy and really didn't have time to come and help us, he came and did a temporary fix on the air and got it going that very day. And came back a week later earlier in the morning when it wasn't so hot to fix our issue permanently. His prices are reasonable for someone as skilled and nice and honest as Howard is, and he is intuitive- he is divinely guided by his angels and guides, I was shown in my 3rd eye. When Howard got here the second time, I was told by my dad to meet him outside. So, I did. I told Howard about my newly amplified gifts and that I was being led by spirit, in this case, my Dad who worked at PGE, to tell Howard to trust his intuition when he gets up that - that Daddy would be showing him what was broken and needing to be fixed. Mundas made me show him a picture of what he looked like in life and said to tell him he would help him on any job with any problem, just think of him and he could come to him. Well, Howard probably thought I was a nut job, but he took my woo-woo information in stride. He got up there and fixed the issues permanently and found another issue that he was going to come back for some other day because he had other work to do. Well, my Dad stopped him from leaving and told him to get back there and do it - that he had time today. He went to leave to go get help and Dad showed him another way to do it where he wouldn't need help. So, then, after he fixed the second issue, dad showed him ANOTHER issue. So, he was going to leave again and come back again and Dad stopped him and had him!fix that one, too. It was awesome! All in all, Howard found several issues because he is intuitive and listened to his guides. He did a fantastic job and got every last thing fixed for us. I can't recommend Howard and his electric company enough! He is an outstanding human and has a big heart. He won't do you wrong. Good luck - but you won't need it if you pick Howard.

Based on this I decided to call, them for a quote to expand my solar and battery storage systems. They are the 800-pound gorilla for this in our little community for this. I called on a Thursday. She (whom I won't mention by name) said she would call me back on Monday with the quote. Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. As did Thursday, Friday, and the following Monday. So, on Tuesday, I called back. She was not in, so I asked to have her return my call. Wednesday came and went, Thursday came and went, as did Friday, Monday, and every day since. You have to wonder why someone won't call back as promised. Even if it was to say they could not (or don't want to) do the job. But to ignore me? I have since found two other companies that have quoted me.
