Mess from ducts.

Do not use this company, the only positive thing I can say is that the owner was very polite. I had them replace all my duct work on 06/27/22 for a cost of $3600.00. I got a text from one of the workers letting me know his ladder slipped and did damage on one wall. When I returned home after the installation there was debris everywhere that came out of the vents, and I mean everywhere. I then crawled up to look into the attic and immediately saw exposed ductwork that had insulation ripped off due to their installation of the straps. I also noticed a area of ducting that was not even replaced. I called the owner, Matt and he did offer for a cleaning company to come out but we had already been cleaning up the mess due to the fact that we had no other option. Matt also said he told his technician to tie into the existing duct as it was to low for him to get to. If that's the case then why am I paying for all duct to be changed out if they were only going to to change most of it. The company ultimately came out the next day to "fix" everything. They put some Stucco on the wall and supposedly fixed all the issues in the attic. If I hadn't have looked in the attic to check their work I would have never known that it wasn't much better than what they took out. They even used the old straps until they came out the second time. Never once did they offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience or mess. Today I checked my a/c to make sure there was no leaks. I found a huge handful of insulation that was in there from the installation, picture will be attached if I can. So disappointed with this company. Pictures attached are of their work, not how it was before, also pictures of the mess.

My dog is now staying warm thanks to our new heating and air system!  It is bulldog approved!!

Thank goodness for Evelyn's caring enough to not let me go away with such an awful experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW Do not work with this company unless you want to be treated like trash by its employees. I made an appointment for the morning of the 16th. The week before my appointment, I received a call asking to reschedule to the afternoon at 230 due to the weather. This was fine, though I told the person rescheduling that the work had to be done by 430 so I could head to an apt. I was told that was no problem because they would be done by then. Appointment day comes, and I get a text message at 230 saying he was on the way. By 3PM with no one here yet, I call the office and speak to Samantha who put me on hold and then told me he was at my house already. I then went to the window after waiting another 10 minutes, to find this massive van parked ON MY LAWN and him sitting in it playing on his cell phone. Walk up to the van and knock on the window. Nicely tell him he was a little late and that I hoped that we could still have things done in time for me to leave at 430, He told me he wasn't late, that his window was to arrive anytime between 230 - 430. I told him that was not what was agreed on when rescheduling and he repeated his window of 230 - 430. So I then nicely told him he was parked also on my lawn. Without word, he simply started the engine, gunned it out of my driveway and screeched down the street. Within minutes I get a call from Samantha, who seemed to have a pretty nasty attitude now, telling me "I have canceled your appointment because you accused the tech of being late then slammed the door on him". I was not even able to correct her story because she kept talking over me, as though she had some false impression she was putting me in my place. So I asked to speak with the manager (Evelyn) who appeared to be shocked and told me this was not how they worked. She said she would speak to them and that was it. So basically, waited weeks for my appointment, which was rescheduled, then wasted an entire day waiting for some disrespectful chump with no regard for people's property to hang out with his monstrous truck parked on my lawn, only to be followed by a call from a severely mistaken little girl with a nasty attitude. Seriously, take your business elsewhere.

I have a rental in Stockton, and tenant mentioned the AC is not blowing cold, and the thermostat is…read morenot working properly. I found Ken on yelp. I asked Ken to replace the thermostat, which I bought a new one, and check the AC.He was quick to reply and communication was professional. On the phone, he said he would take a look and will call me if anything work will be needed. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. I received no call from Ken at day of appointment. When I asked my tenant, she said Ken thought my thermostat was wrong, and Ken would be back the next day with the correct thermostat. Two days later, my tenant told me Ken had been working for the third days. At that point, I was finally on the phone with Ken, and he told me he had to rewired the AC, because the installation wiring was completely wrong. (I was really skeptical when he said that since the AC has been working perfectly for years.) He blown out two capacitors trying to fix it. At the end, he was unable to fixed it. He advised me to get a new AC.(a 2-ton unit at about 4K) He felt bad about not fixing it, so he discounted his three days of work to $420. So I found another HVAC guy to come out to give me a quote for a new AC, he looked my unit, and quickly told me it is a simple problem to fix, and I didn't need a new AC. In his two-hour first visit, the other guy fixed my AC in two hours and charged me for $240. The AC is blowing cold. Then I found out, Ken was troubleshooting the wrong AC during his visit. I was really disappointed. I told Ken what happened, and I was hoping he could consider giving me a partial refund politely, and he stopped responding to me. All in all, I think Ken was honestly trying to help, and that was probably unfortunately went to wrong path when he troubleshoot. I am sure there are people had good experience with him judging from other positive reviews. Maybe I just had bad luck. Lesson learned.

It's going to be pretty awkward explaining to them that they are going to have to end the visit if the other company that we booked for a quote shows up as they too are on their way and actually on-time. No calls, no apologies on the text. First impressions are lasting. I encourage the company to be more proactive and timely to create good impressions. Update: Jeff showed up at 2:24 reeking of cigarettes and has made everywhere he has walked smell. Blamed the lateness on the heat.

My wife and I recently moved into a new house and I did not know the condition of the HVAC system,…read moreso I scheduled a maintenance. The technician was very nice, and the price seemed to be solid. The technician advised me that the units were very very old but seemed to be running fine. He suggested I could do a couple things to make the heater run more efficiently, which was great. However, soon after he left the unit stopped working all together. I thought it was the thermostat because it was giving issues and thought it just quit. NOPE. I found myself crawling into the attic and reassembling the panels to the heater because they were not reattached correctly and not engaging the safety switch. Also, he pointed out that the thermostat had a blue wire but it was not connected. While in the attic, I noticed the blue wire was not connected to the heater. For doing a maintenance on the heater he sure missed a pretty important piece. There was also no reason why I needed to go into the attic to fix the heater THAT JUST HAD A SERVICE LESS THAN 24 HOURS EARLIER. Jaguar, please reach out to me. Unacceptable.
