I was looking to run only one simple line from furnace/ac to thermostat... from garage, up around the door to the laundry room and through the wall to mount an ecobee to the wall on the other side. Ecobee doesn't require itself to be in the center of the house. The reason why I needed a new run was Ecobee DOES require a C line (power). The lady who answered (Sarah) - first of all identified herself as Grizzly heating and air - and when I asked her was this Lodi Services H/C, she said "No, I'm your smart assistant who can help you with all your needs." I then said "So you're not Lodi (S H&C)?" and she said "I can help you with all your heating and a/c needs". Sounded like an AI but I heard background noises that made me think she wasn't an AI. Sometimes people need to learn Customer Service. This was simply to run a 12' wire, go through a wall, and hook it up to a new thermostat. It was easy money in the bank (I would've paid HUNDREDS just to get it working)...yet cos they ACTED (or spoke words that INDICATED) like they were an AI, I hung up. WOW! INCREDIBLE! I am MOOORRREEE then pleased with them. When my AC failed I knew I needed it fixed ASAP so I call around to several companies. Either no one answered, no call back, or next apt was days out. I saw Lodi Services on my google page and saw they only had 9 reviews... 9!! How the hell do they ONLY have 9? They were so awesome, I'm shocked only 9! I called this afternoon and spoke with Heather. She was so understanding, compassionate, funny, and gave me a same day apt. When the tech got here (Victor was mind blowing knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and worked fast) he was able to spot the problem right away, and nail down the source to the problem. Lodi Services was the second company I had come out to fix my furnace. There was something off about the first company. Lodi Services told me what was wrong with it, then told me how much it was going to cost and then with my approval fixed it. I'm going to need a new heating and air system before summer and I know where I'm going to go. Prompt and excellent service. Highly recomended. The lady on the phone was great. read more

On 6/20/17 I called them out as my A/C didn't come on. The man opened my unit up to find that a critter had made a nest in there, now gone. I also showed him a leak coming from my ceiling which is the floor for my second story. I also have a HVAC on my second story. Without attempting to turn the units on he told me that I needed a "more than likely" a replacement unit for the first floor and that the leak was coming from an upstairs plumbing. He then replaced my 1st floor air filter with a very cheap filter (charging me $22 for it) and later when I went into the attic and found that the leak was coming from my 2nd story AC and I called to complain. They sent another man later who apologized for the first man not going into the attic to tell me that to fix the leak would be another $150 or more. Later I spoke to "Greg", who said he was the owner of the business, who told me "based on his 30 years in the business" that I need a $10,000 Hvac, new ducting $5000, a need to address an "extensive rodent problem". So after heated words I decided to get a second opinion. I did get a second opinion ( see my other review!). I would not recommend this business based on the above to anyone!! read more

I find it very "odd" that the only ratings that are listed on their facebook , or their yelp reviews are written by the owners and the owners family members, giving themselves a 5 star rating and the only other yelp review is from one of their best butty. Facebook is the same thing, they give "themselves" all 5 star ratings written by the owners and the owners family. I called for an estimate and never scheduled an appointment as I was treated very rude and they were short and impatient with me. I would like to see true and honest reviews , I say buyer beware when the only ratings are all 5 star and all are the owners writing about themselves. Shady marketing approach and proves to be decietful and dishonest to trick the public this way. I say keep shopping and pass on these phoneys! read more

This is a great company to deal with. The HVAC system on the roof of our condo broke down last April. We shopped around and Lodi Services had the best price by far. And their service was quick, clean and very well done. We were so happy with the price and the service that we had them put in a new gas water heater at the same time and they added a fitting for a natural gas BBQ.
