She offered me a solution to make up for the bad experience and said they will be talking to the tech tomorrow as well. Thank goodness for Evelyn's caring enough to not let me go away with such an awful experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW Do not work with this company unless you want to be treated like trash by its employees. I made an appointment for the morning of the 16th. The week before my appointment, I received a call asking to reschedule to the afternoon at 230 due to the weather. This was fine, though I told the person rescheduling that the work had to be done by 430 so I could head to an apt. I was told that was no problem because they would be done by then. Appointment day comes, and I get a text message at 230 saying he was on the way. By 3PM with no one here yet, I call the office and speak to Samantha who put me on hold and then told me he was at my house already. I then went to the window after waiting another 10 minutes, to find this massive van parked ON MY LAWN and him sitting in it playing on his cell phone. Walk up to the van and knock on the window. Nicely tell him he was a little late and that I hoped that we could still have things done in time for me to leave at 430, He told me he wasn't late, that his window was to arrive anytime between 230 - 430. I told him that was not what was agreed on when rescheduling and he repeated his window of 230 - 430. So I then nicely told him he was parked also on my lawn. Without word, he simply started the engine, gunned it out of my driveway and screeched down the street. Within minutes I get a call from Samantha, who seemed to have a pretty nasty attitude now, telling me "I have canceled your appointment because you accused the tech of being late then slammed the door on him". I was not even able to correct her story because she kept talking over me, as though she had some false impression she was putting me in my place. So I asked to speak with the manager (Evelyn) who appeared to be shocked and told me this was not how they worked. She said she would speak to them and that was it. So basically, waited weeks for my appointment, which was rescheduled, then wasted an entire day waiting for some disrespectful chump with no regard for people's property to hang out with his monstrous truck parked on my lawn, only to be followed by a call from a severely mistaken little girl with a nasty attitude. Seriously, take your business elsewhere.

    Hubby scheduled an appointment for a quote for a new furnace and AC. They were supposed to be here…read morebetween 12-2. We got a text at 1:58 that they are going to be on their way. It's going to be pretty awkward explaining to them that they are going to have to end the visit if the other company that we booked for a quote shows up as they too are on their way and actually on-time. No calls, no apologies on the text. First impressions are lasting. I encourage the company to be more proactive and timely to create good impressions. Update: Jeff showed up at 2:24 reeking of cigarettes and has made everywhere he has walked smell. Blamed the lateness on the heat.

The technician was very nice, and the price seemed to be solid. The technician advised me that the units were very very old but seemed to be running fine. He suggested I could do a couple things to make the heater run more efficiently, which was great. However, soon after he left the unit stopped working all together. I thought it was the thermostat because it was giving issues and thought it just quit. NOPE. I found myself crawling into the attic and reassembling the panels to the heater because they were not reattached correctly and not engaging the safety switch. Also, he pointed out that the thermostat had a blue wire but it was not connected. While in the attic, I noticed the blue wire was not connected to the heater. For doing a maintenance on the heater he sure missed a pretty important piece. There was also no reason why I needed to go into the attic to fix the heater THAT JUST HAD A SERVICE LESS THAN 24 HOURS EARLIER. Jaguar, please reach out to me. Unacceptable.
