Suggested I put sealant in first to keep the freon from leaking and then poured in the needed amount of R-410 freon and my AC is back on which is really important for an upstairs home! Failure of the part is a Lennox issue and not a failure of All-Air. Labor for the job was $1800 for a job that took one service rep a little more than 3 hours. That beat the $3900 estimate that I got from another hvac company in the area that was sending 2 service reps for the job. Robert arrived on time and was polite and professional. I am thankful that All-Air was able to fix the problem and appreciated the help of Ray who made the initial diagnosis and topped off my coolant so that my AC system actually cooled my home and again for Robert who replaced the coil.

In regards to their tech's I have had the same one, Josh, for approximately 3 years. In this 3 year period I have come to regard him as a friend. After eliminating several possibilities, he discovered there was a blockage that was preventing the airflow. The blockage was due to the coils the coils being completely covered with debris. So we contacted Grizzly after that company told us we needed to replace our compressor for $7000+ (and recommended we just replace the whole unit if we had to do that). Grizzly was able to come out same day during the heat wave. Joseph (our Grizzly service guy) called me on his way, came and asked a couple questions and told us what the two possible issues were based off the info he had. He got right to work on the unit on our roof. Joseph said it seemed like the capacitor which is what we had assumed was the issue as well, and went to get the part from the shop. He came back with the part and had our ac blowing cold air again shortly after. Joseph even talked to us about our washable filter being too thick and possibly causing our machine to work too hard and gave us info on purchasing a better washable filter option. Overall, Joseph did his job fantastically. He walked us through the process and was professional and extremely friendly. Working with Grizzly was actually about $90 cheaper than if we would have replaced the same part with the other company. Luckily for us, a terrible experience with one company made us reach out to Grizzly and we ended up with the best value and experience fixing our ac on a hot day. Would highly recommend this company and plan on continuing with Grizzly for future services. But biggest shout out to Joseph!!

It is with deep disappointment that I must update my review to reflect a series of serious issues…read morewe experienced with this company. I strongly advise against hiring them. While I believe the owner/manager intends to deliver high-quality service, the actual workmanship during the installation of our HVAC system was alarmingly negligent. Shortly after installation, an electrician who came to install a chandelier discovered multiple beer bottles in the attic near the HVAC system. Given that the HVAC team was the only one with access to the attic after we had moved in and our inspector had been in the attic with us --and that we had noticed missing beers from our fridge--the correlation was clear. When I raised this concern with the company, it was dismissed outright, with a firm denial rather than an investigation. The electrician also noted that the HVAC system's power had been improperly run to a 220-volt line in our garage, which he described as "illegal and definitely not to code." Again, when we raised this issue, the company was defensive and only briefly mentioned a potential fix, which was never completed. The problems continued: we noticed the HVAC system was underperforming in certain areas of the house. Upon hiring another company to inspect, we discovered: The HVAC zones were incorrectly set up. The unit was operating at only 30% capacity. The plenum was torn, meaning we were inadvertently heating and cooling our attic. Alarmingly, someone had written "F this install" on one of the rafters. Due to the severity of these issues, we are filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing legal action. In summary: this company's work is substandard, unsafe, and unprofessional. Hiring them will likely lead to serious frustration, additional expenses, and potential hazards. Avoid at all costs.
