Absolutely NOT worth the expense and hassle. The customer service was miserable. No help at all with needed adjustments, and the weekend staff wouldn't do more than text links to unhelpful videos. The chair is a low quality massage chair with an uncomfortable face plate -- Not a solution at all when you're wearing a post surgical shield. Not remotely comfortable following eye surgery. There are far better solutions with less customer abuse involved. I only wish I could have given them zero stars. read more

They came and replaced my unit but did not replace the stand or anything else JUST the unit. They also did not seal the unit to the roof which caused a leak which caused my ceiling to collapse. When called about it they came out and looked at it and basically said "that's not our job" I was told I should have had roofers come out and seal it. They refused to take any responsibility for any of the damages or even come back and do a proper job with installing the unit. I had to spend $$$$$ for another HVAC company to come out and install the unit properly. Then I had to spend $$$$ to have the roof & ceiling repaired. If your guys made a mistake and didn't do a good job, then TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and correct the mistake. Don't blame the customer and refuse to correct the issue. read more

Called at 9 pm, frantically hoping to find someone who actually does emergency calls as advertised. Our newish AC stopped working after pumping in the 104 degree heat. Mike was the one person who answered. When I called, he was already at someone's place working in their broke down AC... at 9 pm! Spoke with his very friendly wife, who connected me to Mike. By 9 am on Sunday Mike was pulling in (on time!). After about a half hour, the problem was diagnosed, the new compasitor was put in, and our very hot home began to cool off. The cost was far more reasonable than I anticipated. Especially because I was formulating plans on either getting a hotel or staying at someone's house; far worth having him come out on a Sunday morning. Next time I inevitably run the AC into the ground, I will be calling on Mike again! Very impressed. read more

Mike and Dawn were amazing with their outstanding customer service. Justin was awesome as well! Showed up and had things fixed in 15 minutes after calling multiple companies for the same issues for 9 years.. and nobody else could figure it out.. Mike and Justin fixed it in 15 minutes at a super reasonable price! Everyone else wanted to book weeks out in advance and kept trying to say I needed a new system for 12k. BUT!... These folks saw me same day I called and fixed 9 years of woe that multiple companies couldn't repair with repeated visits .. and they did it in 15 minutes for $180. Versus the 12k the other companies tried to charge. My house has never been so warm!!! Thank you fellas!!!! Super professional, super accommodating and super great people! Great and very professional service, fair pricing. Mike was able to work with our schedule, managed to fix the problem efficiently while explaining me the reason why my AC stopped functioning properly, and cleaned the unit. This was the first time that I used Comfort Solutions. Mike was awesome. Very knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. It was 100 degrees outside, we had guests at the house and the AC suddenly stopped. I called at 7 pm during a heat wave and Mike was still out the field working. He called back the next morning and said that he would be in Sonora all day but that he would get to us after he finished there. He called to say what time he would be there, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit. Considering he came after hours and we are a bit off the beaten path his charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call him again for any AC issues. read more

I have had problems with my A/C several times and called Comfort Solutions because he was recommended to me. Mike made it a point in 106 degrees to get to my home regardless how busy he was that first day. He worked overtime until he got my A/C working. I again had to call him the next year because my thermostat broke and he made a special trip all the way out here after hours to make sure we were comfortable in our home. He put in a new thermostat in nothing flat. His pricing is beyond incredible and his work is very professional. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a problem. This man will tell you the truth and if you don't need repair he will tell you and not charge you for something you don't need. He is very very honest. For what we first was told by another company what was wrong, Mike could have torn our whole system apart and worked on it like the other company wanted to. He didn't. He was just very honest. I found Comfort Solutions in the local phone book. I did not know Mike. I called mid afternoon on a Thursday and had a call back by 4. As it was not an emergency, Mike scheduled an appointment for after his normal Friday workday and showed by 5:30 Friday evening to access the job. He figured that it would take a couple of hours, so he volunteered to come back Saturday morning. He finished the job by noon. He was professional and his charge was more than fair. I will call him again when I have an hvac or refrigeration need. read more
