Ralph advised that he could fit me this same day while out helping his technicians on their various projects.

It's rare these days to find a business owner who not only returns phone calls, but keeps…read moreappointments! James "Smylie" Kinne designed, fabricated and installed a 26 foot electronic gate with a Viking controller, and two 24 foot manual gates for me over ten years ago! He has checked in with me annually since the original installation and has dropped by when he was in the area just to check on things. He has had to make some minor adjustments to the chain length and remote antenna placement (due to heavy snows), and he responded within 24 hours, trudging through the snow to fix the problem! Customer service seems to be an archaic idea these days, but Smylie exemplifies service, honesty, and craftsmanship. And, he takes great pride in his creations. I highly recommend All American Welding. Sharon W.

His price was very reasonable. Then in 2007 we decided to have a second gate put in going up to our upper pasture. We phoned Jim and he came out gave us an estimate we had him put another gate. We have always been very happy with all his work. He's done welding for us also. We had a lightning strike and it burnt out the board that made the gate open And close. I phoned Jim again and it's fixed and working great. He's always pleasant to and on time. I highly recommend All American Welding.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO CALL!!--BUT MAKE SURE IT'S THE *ALPINE IN PIONEER*! Let It Be Known: the folks at this company are Professionals! They return calls; show up as scheduled (on time) & do fantastic work! Additionally, they are all so very easy to work with & just genuinely nice people! Whether Jason, owner; Lynn, receptionist; or Logan & Jimmy, installers/crew...I assure you, they are all are great! Just for the record, I do not know any of them personally or outside of the business & I'm not being compensated to write this review. It's my personal experience & honest opinion. Now, about the product... We had a Fujitsu split unit installed in our home 2yrs ago. Jason recommended the location for install to best heat our home & he was right on the money! Recently, we called to have the unit serviced, which they did. At that time, we decided upon having an additional, deep clean, which they came back today & completed. The unit looks & works like it's brand new! I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the people of this company & the quality of both their work & products. In summary, they're nothing short of Superb! Thank you, all of you, at *Pioneer's* Alpine Air Conditioning & Heating! You're the Best!

Alpine Air installed a minisplit system in our new home, including an outside condenser and two…read morehead units. They did such a poor job that we ended up having to have it redone by a different company a year later. The condensate line PVC installed in the walls was muddy. It looked like it had been lying around in their yard. My husband replaced it with new PVC. Jason drilled random holes in our studs, then realized they were in the wrong place and redrilled. So now our studs that are supposed to support the house look like swiss cheese. He used the wrong size connection to the condenser line. He used electrical fittings to connect the split unit to the condensate line, not fittings that are meant for water. This is a huge leak risk inside a wall. He used a 3/4" roofing nail to attach the condenser to the concrete pad. We're in a very windy area and the whole thing could have easily blown over. There were greasy fingerprints all over the wall and several fins were crushed during the install. We had it cleaned by another local company and they tried their best to straighten out the fins but there was only so much they could do. The unit was also mounted too close to the side wall than installation instructions say, so that it was difficult to work on when we had a third company out to fix all the problems from Alpine's install. Everyone says go to Alpine. Maybe they had a different experience or maybe they're just not as picky about the details of the install. But Alpine is the one contractor in the area that I would never call again if my life depended on it.
