    *UPDATE* Received a call back from Evelyn who spoke with the…read moreoffice employee and management. She offered me a solution to make up for the bad experience and said they will be talking to the tech tomorrow as well. Thank goodness for Evelyn's caring enough to not let me go away with such an awful experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW Do not work with this company unless you want to be treated like trash by its employees. I made an appointment for the morning of the 16th. The week before my appointment, I received a call asking to reschedule to the afternoon at 230 due to the weather. This was fine, though I told the person rescheduling that the work had to be done by 430 so I could head to an apt. I was told that was no problem because they would be done by then. Appointment day comes, and I get a text message at 230 saying he was on the way. By 3PM with no one here yet, I call the office and speak to Samantha who put me on hold and then told me he was at my house already. I then went to the window after waiting another 10 minutes, to find this massive van parked ON MY LAWN and him sitting in it playing on his cell phone. Walk up to the van and knock on the window. Nicely tell him he was a little late and that I hoped that we could still have things done in time for me to leave at 430, He told me he wasn't late, that his window was to arrive anytime between 230 - 430. I told him that was not what was agreed on when rescheduling and he repeated his window of 230 - 430. So I then nicely told him he was parked also on my lawn. Without word, he simply started the engine, gunned it out of my driveway and screeched down the street. Within minutes I get a call from Samantha, who seemed to have a pretty nasty attitude now, telling me "I have canceled your appointment because you accused the tech of being late then slammed the door on him". I was not even able to correct her story because she kept talking over me, as though she had some false impression she was putting me in my place. So I asked to speak with the manager (Evelyn) who appeared to be shocked and told me this was not how they worked. She said she would speak to them and that was it. So basically, waited weeks for my appointment, which was rescheduled, then wasted an entire day waiting for some disrespectful chump with no regard for people's property to hang out with his monstrous truck parked on my lawn, only to be followed by a call from a severely mistaken little girl with a nasty attitude. Seriously, take your business elsewhere.

    Absolutely great honest immediate service…read more Im clueless about anything beyond jump starting or push starting old jeeps (use 2nd gear in a jeep). Trey from Grizzley replaced a thermostat and tested and serviced a roof mounted heater, solving the non working issue. My previous handyman,-now​ in a wheelchair-approved the work quality and the pricing. It's difficult in these "charge as much as you can then add 20% more to cover the tariffs still being imposed" mindsets to find honest pricing much less honest and careful workmen. I highly recommend.

    I did not have a good experience using this company for a check up on my air conditioning unit …read more I opted for the $150 maintenance check up but the technician did not even check the unit in the attic where the drain pan is located. My air conditioner was found to be very low on coolant and I was told I had a leak . The technician did not have the dye kit to check the leak and I was told they would have to come back to do that .I called the office to see if they could come out the next day to add the dye and I was told it would not be added charges .The technician said he could put coolant in and I was not told ahead that it was very expensive $350 for the first pound .So when he gave me the bill to sign for $300 I thought it was for that day service and coolant .( that would be to add the dye the next day )Then he gave me a bill for almost $850 which almost $700 was the coolant . I was completely shocked.I canceled going forward with them . I had another local company come out turns out there's no way you would put dye in to identify leak .He went right to the attic and saw that the drain pan is leaking and all of that will have to be replaced. When this new technician put the gages on he saw that there is something in the lines it's not condensing now after this company added the coolant . I called this company owner and ask for a call back to let him know what I have now discovered and he did not return my call . I am now moving forward with getting a new system with another local company. I would like a apology from this company for unprofessional service and not being transparent.

She was knowledgeable and asked intelligent questions to understand the issues we were having. When Chris the technician arrived at our house, he quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to make the necessary repairs in short order. He also was very courteous and professional. The person that came was…read morefriendly and took a quick look and provided info on what kind of system would be good for our house. Their initial estimate was for a smaller system so I requested that they provide an estimate for a larger system. The staff was great and provided an estimate for the larger system which I appreciated. On the day of setup, they two employees provided information on the system and were timely and quick in set-up. I appreciated how friendly they were and they provided information on the system. During set-up they notified their might be a power issue related to the system but after discussion with the owner, they determined that the system would be adequately powered. Overall it was a great experience and I believe the system the set-up was a great value. Looking to get lower bills in the summer when the heat cranks up! Only issue that I did not notice till later is that they actually had changed out to from a stealth to a trident but they had upped the version. Initially I was surprised by this but since it was a larger system and it was still able to be powered I did not have any issues.
