I was on hold with AAA and did a web search to see if any tire shops were open. Manteca Tire was open I called the shop, the shop had the tire size I needed drove there. I received excellent customer service, it was convenient, and so rewarding to not have a shop over charge you because of the urgency of our situation.

At first I had the front wheels done first to see if that would take care of it. I paid and hopped on to the freeway to test them but seemed to be still the same so I went back and had the rear wheels done as well. That seemed to have improved a little bit but wasn't completely fixed but tolerable. I figured it could be something else causing the issue so I saved it to have it diagnosed further later. I paid $60 for the work done total ($30 on each pair) After driving for a few weeks the shaking on the steering wheel seemed to have become worse. So I took it to Firestone this time to get the balancing redone as well as alignment. And guess what? Yup, the issue is now gone when driving on the freeway. I've been to this shop quite a few times before and just feel that their work is just average. I came only because it's close to my home. But this will definitely be my last time as I paid for something was supposed to fix the problem but obviously didn't, not to mention money wasted. I somehow wonder if they did the work correctly, or even did the work at all even though I did see them took out the wheel from my car. SMH -_-

Where do I start??…read more Placed an order online for 4 tires on 12/15 in the amount of $1400. At that time, I also scheduled the install for 12/22 @ 8:30 AM. I received a call to confirm not only my order but my appointment. A day prior to the install, I received a text to confirm my appointment, once again. Arrived on 12/22 @ 8:15 AM and waited in line for ~ 25 mins. Unsure why this location doesn't have a designated appointment line like other stores do?? I was standing in line while the associate chose to answer the phone instead of helping me . . . okay. Long story short, the front tires were in stock and had arrived and the back tires had NOT yet arrived from AZ. Asking me if anyone had called to notify me of this?!?!? Clearly not if I am standing in front of you . . . asked if I wanted to have only the front installed and come back when the other tires arrive. WHAT?!?!? Went home and am still waiting for them to let me know if the rear tires have arrived. It's now 12/29. Nah, going to Costco for tires after this. Do better, please.
