The hand massage had no consistency, and I found myself counting what she was doing. She massages like in between my pinky finger like 5 times, then the thumb once and then pulled index finger only. In between our thumb and pointing fingers are where the best pressure points are. It's great for relieving stress and headaches. I do hand and arm massage daily. Someone dropped a box of supplies or something and was loud picking it all back up in the middle of the massage. Definitely not relaxing at all. During my facial, she used a wet sponge or towel that was a little TOO wet, and water was dripping inside my nose. Although that part didn't feel as good, the facial was my favorite part. The neck and shoulders massage could've been better and consistent. This place has such good potential. I think they all need to experience this service themselves. Maybe do it on each other. So yes there are some damaged packaging and returned items. You need to check things but if you don't mind doing that there are bargains to be had. They do have a 30 day return policy with your receipt, so keep your receipt. Each day is a different sale too. A different department will be on sale. You can call and see what will be on sale or check their website to see what is on sale that day. The website isn't always updated though. You can find some nice things, even furniture at great prices, you just have to look over things. I recommend checking it out and looking for those bargains. Have fun shopping.
