I hadn't been to this place for several months, and their customer service has definitely stepped up a few notches. I got samples of their two new flavors, then opted for a single dip sugar cone of my favorite, Gold Medal Ribbon. The folks behind the counter were all friendly smiles, and the scoop I got was very generous. But I did notice that their prices for a single dip cone have increased from $3.25 to $3.99 (like everybody else). Ouch! read more

This is my regular BR's. I seriously love ice cream. Their ice cream is always fresh. The owner and workers(possibly family) are all super cool and friendly. Not to mention, generous! I don't normally do reviews but I have to give this location a 5 star review today! My fiancé and I went to go get some ice cream today and boy was the service AMAZING! The worker, who I sadly didn't get his name, was so welcoming when we came through the door. We have been there a couple times before but it's almost been about a year since we last went. This man remembered our regular order which surprised me since it's been a while since we have been there. He was always smiling and joking with us which I love to see when it comes to great customer service. I always get an ores milkshake, but he gave me a suggestion to add caramel sauce around the inside of the cup. Where I entered the store, the employee continued to clean something for about two minutes until three other costumers entered the restaurant. I ordered three scoops of ice cream asked for them in three different containers , he still continued to place the scoops in the same container so I had to ask him 2 more times to put them all in three different containers. . I have one child thar can't have dairy and he still managed to mix the ice creams. He bagged up my items and just said here you go. The employees are friendly enough. Not quite pleasant enough for ice cream employees, but not mean either. I'm addicted to their Wild 'n Reckless flavor. They got my 2 scoop in a cup order wrong the other day while I was the only one in line....not sure how you manage that. This place just kinda exsists. Upon entering this Baskin Robbins I was not greeted with a friendly smile instead I received a cold stare. As I decided what I wanted he continued to give me the cold stare. Finally I decided to order a Oreo milkshake , he measured out everything (I've never seen this happen) which resulted in a milkshake that was lacking milk. Although the place is clean the owners should become more guest friendly. Creating a better atmosphere would attract more people here - the tv was not on, the guy behind the counter was on his laptop, there was no music playing , and it was just awkward in general. I would give it less than a 1, on the rating, if possible. This is based solely on the fact that they do not participate in BR corporate coupons. I put the app on my phone and was given a free single scoop. Nowhere does it state that I must purchase anything. It simply says "one free scoop" Well, when we walked in and tried to use it, we were told they do not participate in the coupons. They were not nice about it at all and stated that they did have a special where you buy 2 scoops and get a third one free. I will never set foot in this place again, and would highly recommend no one else does either. It is the principle of the thing. Do you really want to lose a customer over this? It seems to me that if a company issues a coupon or special deal, then the franchises should accept them. Anyway, due to how we were treated, and like I said, they were not nice about it at all, we will not ever spend our money with this BR location. read more

First off let me say the last review given here by the other person ...not nice enough for ice cream employees? ...what the hell does that mean?! This is an ice cream store and the young ladies (teenagers) that work here are very nice especially after one of them had to deal with a very cranky older lady in front of us this evening For the amount of traffic there is here tonight those 2 girls were killing it on customer service, friendliness and getting the customer taken care of Good job girls..keep it up! read more

This not-so-new BR moved here a few years ago from 40 hwy. It's on the corner of a strip mall. There's plenty of ice cream treats and sherbet to choose from. The only vegan options was the Daquri flavored ice. It was ok, a little bit tart for my liking. But if you're in the market for sundaes or ice cream cakes, this is your place! read more

I believe it is a family that run/own this location. Seem pretty standoffish. After many times of using a BOGO for a cone that was accepted for a two scoop, all of a sudden it does not work. WTF? Absolutely worst experience. Ordered a Reese's layered sundae, and a cup with 2 scoops. Had a coupon for free scoop for a birthday. Wouldn't honor it. Reese's layered sundae had oreos in it instead of Reese's, missing the hit fudge, it was half the size of the picture and still $5.39. The two men behind the counter were rude and unhelpful. This is the second time for a bad experience. I tried to give it another chance, no more. Ice cream isn't worth this must frustration. read more

What a rip off, will never return. Had a coupon for a free waffle cone, didn't know that meant the cone only! Not to mention the scoop was so small all that was there was waffle cone but still cost $7. I asked to have it turned into a sundae instead and they refused to do so even though I hadn't touched the cone. Great customer service! The guy was so rude he's lucky I didn't throw the cone in his face. Baskin Robbins has went way down hill. I'll be going to cold stone creamery from now on!
